(this is slightly based on something i find that i do often!!)

i imagine peter having a slightly thicker than his usual new york accent when he first wakes up and is a bit groggy

like the barely discernible & stereotypical italian-new yorker type of accent (unless you grew up around it, then it sounds completely normal lol)

like i’m talking the old man type ny accent

peter (just woken up): “d’aw, come ahn… oim tryn ta get some shut-eye fowah few, hah??”

dick: *typically has heard much different (yet still fairly thick) jersey accents since he was around nine* ..??

(fun fact: i’m from northern wisconsin and when i went to southern wi for summer camp i was deeply humbled by my accent and common phrases i use, especially when i first woke up 😭 i live so far up north that it’s practically a canadian accent and my roommate did a double take every time i spoke in the mornings)

THIS IS SO FUNNY 😭 I've been planning to have a moment like this at some point but i didn't know where exactly it would fit the best- i decided on when he was angry or excited about something, but perhaps another time like this would be cute too 💖 ugh that's adorable im gonna be sick

i have a pretty thick southern accent (i live in Louisiana) and while most of the time i make a conscious effort to hide it (for a majority of reasons), it always always alwayssss comes out when i'm angry, excited, or too tired to think about it. apparently there are a lot of sayings/phrases/pronunciations down here that have my friends going "what???????????"

I am nothing if I don't follow the whims of my heart wherever they may lead!!! Lazytown self insert!! 😳💖💖

She lives in Lazytown and I'm debating whether to make her Stephanie's cousin or just another citizen, but either way the particular reason she isn't as active as she could be is she's scared of EVERYTHING. Yes, I've thrust upon her my issues with anxiety (inspired partly by the recent wave I've been experiencing over the past few days 😅) she's scared of cars, birds, germs, certain types of bugs, and it leads to her feeling safer at home.

The lessons she learns with Sportacus and the others are to teach that even though the world can be scary, you can overcome it and get out there and experience all the good in it! 🥺💖

Got any headcanons on what you think cogged Sunstreaker looks like?

omg anon i was legit about to post my attempt at drawing cogged Sunstreaker...your timing is impeccable

but yea here's my attempt at designing him!! I'm very proud of the helm design, but the chassis....not so much lol. I'll probably replace the window for something more "cybertronian-like", but er (as you can see) I put waaay more thought into his helm ahaha

I wanted to make sure it still reads as a design evolution of his cogless design while still retaining his iconic features (his earfins!!), and most importantly, that it complements SIdeswipe's design as well.

I definitely want to keep the iconic black square/trapezium on the top of his chassis as an homage to his original toy and G1 design, but everything else about his chassis is subject to change :D

as for headcanons...I'm borrowing heavily from his original toy description here: "Tough polymer-steel skin resists artillery" so he'll have a bit more bulk than Sideswipe even though their frames are near-identical and they have the same height.

I just love the idea of Sunny being able to tank more compared to his twin who's more agile. I know this concept isn't foreign because I've read a few fics that alluded to this too so that's nice!

Honestly tho I hope we get to see his actual cogged design in the sequel (PLEASEPLEASEPLEASPLEPLPEAPLS--)....✊😔 here's to manifesting
