Spending holidays, anniversaries and birthdays alone wasn’t new to you. By now you were fully expecting Jay to work through whatever special date your calendar showed. But this time you had your hopes up. Jay had been asking for days about your work schedule for December. December 10th was your 5th year anniversary and when you used his laptop a few days ago you noticed his browser history. He was looking at hotels in Hawaii and jewelry.

Two days before the anniversary you found Jay rummaging through his closet.

“What are you looking for?”

“A suitcase.”

“A suitcase?”

“Yes, a medium sized one, matte black.”

“Try your big red suitcase. Maybe it’s in there.”

You sat down on the bed, smirking.

“Should I pack too?”

“Huh? Why would you pack?” He said absentmindedly.

His answer took you aback and you blinked, making sure you heard him right.

“Aren’t we- Where are you going?”

“I told you, haven’t I? I’m doing a two-day festival in Busan.”

“Ah, right. You had mentioned that.”

You couldn’t hide the disappointment in your voice and so you left, allowing him to finish packing. Maybe you’d go on your trip a little later.

“Are you mad?” He asked, snaking his arms around you. You were in the kitchen, preparing dinner. When you didn’t answer, he sighed, chuckling lightly.

“I haven’t forgotten about our anniversary and I have something special planned.”

“I know. Hawaii.”

“No. Seattle. Well, actually Aspen but we’re making a stop in Seattle too. Why did you say Haw- oh the browser history! Babe, I’m sending my parents on a trip to Hawaii for Christmas.”

“Oh.”

“I can’t leave now! I still have a few appearances and ChaCha is coming to finish the album.”

I know she has plenty of iconic scenes to choose from, but I really like this one because it's so adorable! I liked seeing Pidge getting to be excitable and childish and just act like a happy kid for once, because it's moments like this that remind us how young they actually are in comparison to the other paladins.

Everyone's always relying on them for their advanced skills with programming and tech, and because of that it's sometimes so easy to forget that she's only like 15/16? But this scene really served to remind me that underneath it all, they still have that excitement and wonder of being a kid in a really cool spaceship!

Jimmy/Trina - I guess when Jimmy proposed? I don’t remember much about their relationship and they bug me in season 7 because the writers trashed Ashley to make it happen. 

Rick/Terri - Terri stomping on the rose

Craig/Ashley - This is tough because I adore them, but I think Crash getting back together at the end of Neutron Dance.

Towerz/Liberty - looking at each other through the window because that’s pretty much their only scene

JT/Liberty - Liberty telling JT she still loves him

Sully/Manny - I guess the end of U Got the Look? He brings her a drink or something and asks if she’s okay which is probably the nicest he’s capable of being. 

Craig/Manny - The ice rink kiss

JT/Manny - JT asking Manny to the semi formal/cultural appropriation dance

Spinner/Manny - Spinner promising not to break Manny’s heart; It’s such a powerful moment mostly thanks to Manny and would have been much, much, much better if we had any investment in the relationship and they didn’t break up only three episodes later. 

Damian/Manny - Damian defending Manny to Emma

Jay/Manny - getting back together in Paradise City

Mick/Manny - Ugh. There wasn’t even a good scene of Manny sticking up for herself or anything like that. Even when they “broke up”, Jay was the one who threw Manny’s phone and refused to let her call the creep. Maybe when she “defied” him and auditioned for the Jason Mewes movie. This relationship sucked not only because he treated Manny the worst of all her boyfriends but because it’s such a forced plot point. We see Manny in college and at no point is it suggested she’s seeing anyone. They could have easily set up this relationship for the movie, but didn’t and it’s really abrupt. It’s not like with Paige and Ellie. We hadn’t seen them for an entire season. Anyways.

Toby/Kendra - Their one kiss?

JT/Mia - their first scene; I don’t remember the dialogue. Something like “You’re PJ JT. My daughter has a crush on you.” 

Spinner/Paige - Paige comforting Spinner after he almost beats up Rick

Spinner/Darcy - the end of Redemption Song

Spinner/Jane - Jane’s speech about how she couldn’t picture her life without Spinner

Matt/Paige - Snake refusing to let Paige take the fall for her relationship with Oleandor and forcing him to speak up

Paige/Alex - the end of Lexicon of Love

Jesse/Paige - I think they danced in their one episode, so that scene.

Griffin/Paige - Eating ice cream with Marco and Ellie

Sean/Ellie - This is another hard one. I think Sean asking Ellie to move in with him.
