what was it like when gordon first did the whole "noises through the mouth" thing? did the AIs find it funny? creepy? did being reminded of the fact that the gordon they see is a puppet ruin the vibe of game night?

It didn't ruin the vibe, but it did make things awkward. Once it was pointed out that Gordon was doing it, he felt really uncomfortable for breaking the illusion, and he had to be assured that it wasn't that distracting, it's fine, don't worry about it. But it's like discovering that there's a hole on your shirt and you can't do anything about it for the rest of the day. It's there, and it's going to bother you the whole time.

favourite season: ohhh that's a tough one. summer probably - lots of outings on junks/boats, on the water, on the beach, learning to swim, barbecues in the evening, falling asleep in the back of the car all sunned-out. lots of happy memories

and one of the four elements, by extension, water! water as the giver of life and also as an element of destruction is pretty cool. as my hometown icon bruce lee said... be like water... or sumfin....

I was actually thinking about the concept of skully a little while, and honestly part of it still confuses me!

From my understanding, skully is a combination of everyone who has died from the operator and went to the ark, and is taking the form of Jay.

I don’t think skully is necessarily human, so it’ll be interesting to see where skully stems from, and if its plan is going to actually work.

I’m also questioning if skully has two different forms, as we also see it in the ark as well, so who knows. (I could be completely wrong)

making ghosts is my baby <3 the long fic i’m currently posting and that i’ve been working on since september last year (and i still have so much left to write SIGH)

it’s a ghost hunting fic!! sirius and james (and peter and remus) have a paranormal youtube show which is based on a real ghost hunting show called ghost files!! and somehow they end up investigating regulus’ house because it’s apparently haunted. there are obviously many complications, the main ones being that sirius and reg haven’t seen each other in 11 years and they don’t have the best of relationships. and the fact that james is falling for reg isn’t exactly helping matters!!

here’s a little snippet from ch 7 (which is the one i’m writing rn)

“The point is,” Meadowes butts in, looking far too entertained, “that even if it sort of started because of James, it only ended up happening because it was good business.”

“Okay, sure, but Lily does have a soft spot for him,” Marlene insists, and Regulus finds himself frowning before he can’t help it.

“Oh, for sure!” Meadowes answers, nodding effusively at her girlfriend before looking at him. “She’s a totally different person when she’s with him,” she tells Regulus. “Which is kinda ironic, because she didn’t like him at all when they first met.”

There’s a nasty pull at his stomach that almost makes him squirm, and Regulus’ shoulders stiffen a second later. “I see,” he says through gritted teeth.

and all the violence!! the interlude!! all the violence is a pandalily series about them being serial killers!! it’s very gory and toxic and violent and fucked up <3 i’m writing the sequel rn

the interlude isn’t actually about them (that’s why it’s an interlude), but about jegulus.

at the end of the first part pandora sort of kidnaps lily. we get to see the aftermath of that in the sequel, but obviously lily’s friends and family are worried/looking for her. after certain things happen in the sequel they. give up on lily and stop all the searching. everyone except james!! bc he used to have a thing for her and he was still hoping they’d end up together since it’s what he’s been told was right. so he continues investigating and looking for her until he catches pandora’s attention, who isn’t happy to discover someone trying interfere with her business. she decides to send reggie to deal with james <3 (read: get rid of him) but reg ends up liking him.. in a way.. he’s too fucked up to like ppl normally.. and wants to have fun with him instead <3 all of this behind pandora’s back ofc

so all the violence interlude focuses on everything that happens with jegulus and their relationship (idk if i should be calling it a relationship tbh)

I'm gonna answer this for Clancy and Clark right now since they're the ones I'm kinda focusing on!

Clancy and I are not travelers. We hate navigating the world around us without one another. Trench is a big, vast, empty continent and it can be scary. If Clancy came here to my state I think he'd really like it! There's a lot of forests and places you can find quiet/privacy. We still wouldn't travel too much, though, I think! We're homebodies who just want to enjoy one anothers company uwu

Clark is the opposite, honestly! He likes to travel and explore the world, one of the perks of being a journalist! That and the fact that travel time isn't a thing for him is good. Clark would defs love my state too, and find it very beautiful! I think I'd like to visit more big cities with Clark, though, around the country. I'm scared of crowds but I think I'd feel confident with Clark holding my hand u////u

i think quintessence would probably be the most practical/useful! i headcanon it as mind/body manipulation (healing/mind control/etc). so that has a lot of applications!

i think the most impractical would maybe be fire, even though all of them are useful in different ways. fire just seems like the riskiest lmao (i am slightly biased against fire tho, i feel like it would make you too warm all the time and i would hate that)

I'd say mental illness/EDs/suicide definitely count! mental illnesses are not always easy to write, and a lot of them I do not have experience with and thus don't want to get wrong! same with EDs and suicide, though the latter is more just an all-around sort of dark topic I don't want to tread on! like suicidal!reader would be no from me :<

disturbing topics can also include topics considered "dark content" or illegal, such as p*dophilia, inc*st, r*pe (I've written about a reader who suffered implied domestic abuse in the past, but on the front of r*pe/SA, I'm not really comfortable writing abt a reader who has had past experiences w that as the focus of the request to clarify)

you're more than welcome to send in a req if you're still unsure, and I'd be happy to let you know whether or not I can do it! I won't be mean about it or anything if I can't, I'll be polite ^^

I will under no circumstances write about dark content like those listed above to romanticize them, either!! that should be a given, but I know there are people who romanticize topics like that and I just want to put it out there that I will not do that.
