That is actually a great question, which I should have answered as one of the first ones ever but there was such a big wave of them (which was overwhelming but also so sweet and I’m still touched 🫶🏻😭) that I drowned and got lost lol

I guess the 2003 could also go by the full names, and maybe ROTTMNT boys could go with Leon, Angelo, Raphala and Dee (but usually it’s the colors). Also I had a pretty big problem with the Aprils and I’m not sure nor satisfied with their nicknames but life goes on.

I thought of Riri cause maybe Baby Mikey would call her that before he learned how to talk/pronounce properly, and it just stuck.

what’s the inspiration for some of the scenarios in your art? they’re all so unique and creative!

The wires in my brain are very crossed! I grew up around the oilfields and always found them uniquely disgusting and horrifying. So industry, pollution and mechanical "parts" play a big role in the art that I make. This is combined with my fascination with the human body and cartoon animals to create... all that

I have always been enamoured with furry transformation among many other kinks from my earliest years in the fandom, and that plays into what I draw. I also think pooltoys are alive and have a direct link to god

Is it shed skin? Like I don’t do reptile husbandry but I honestly thought a lot of his and the snakes’ appearance in second faze was burn wounds with how raw and scalded it all seems.

It could be that, to be fair. I’ll admit a lot of it looks bloody. I took the red coloration to the winged serpents’ red pigment sloughing off. Also there seems to be some sort of transparency effect on the stacks of skin that to me make it look like shed? I think a read of it where they are burn wounds is still cool tho! This would imply the base serpent can’t even handle eating fire but does so anyways because what? Power? It’s also pretty thematically tight, since expectedly eating an incarnation of hatred would probably kill something from the inside out….

Sorry if I got this wrong, but is the base of the thesis about diversity in background and childhood experience in schools and how that affects other students and the school environment? Does it have to do specifically with military children as compared to a child that moved around a lot for different reasons?

no ur all good! the base of the thesis is actually about how growing up military can both positively and negatively affect a child. the whole thing about military children being good for the system of civilian public schools was a toooootal offshoot that really isn't even gonna be a part of my thesis, it was just something I fell down a rabbit hole researching recently that I found very interesting! but yeah, that whole post and point was sorta. unrelated LOL just something that caught my attention during research!

if it helps at all, my ACTUAL thesis statement is 'whether growing up in an active duty military household negatively affects the cognitive and emotional development of a child' I've just been kinda paraphrasing in my last couple posts for simplicitys sake ("simplicitys sake" I'm lazy. it's cuz I'm lazy)

Yes! Orange is the best cook out of the family but Mikey tries his best too, he loves to cook even if his skills need improvement (he’s got great potential!). They like to cook together from time to time.

Which submission surprised you the most and why?

I got a single submission for Baron Ashura from Mazinger which surprised me because I totally forgot that character existed! :'D I love mecha stuff (and am even considering running a poll related to that after this one concludes) so it was funny to see that character suddenly pop up and be like - oh yeah! Baron Ashura!
