Platonic Staig, Cousins AU

——— “Stan?” Craig stepped into the dark room, dimly lit by the light from the hallway. The scent of alcohol thick in the air.

He spots Stan in an instant, curled up in a fetal position, surrounded by a crooked circle of bottles with nondescript labels. Stan is trembling, quietly sniffling and crying.

Craig lets out a soft huff of air, shoving his hands in his pockets as he makes his way to his cousin, “Stan..”

There isn’t a clear response, but the other boy’s shaking began to still.  Craig kneels down, placing a carful hand on Stan’s shoulder. Stan freezes, melts and reaches up to wrap his arms desperately around the taller boy, trembling resuming as he sobs. 

“Hey, Stan, look up at me.” 

Hiccuping, Stan shakes his head. There isn’t much to say, Stan is barely comprehensible, so Craig strokes his messy hair and shushes him.

They sink down together, both of them on the floor now. Stan’s tears soaking Craig’s shirt. “D-Don’t—“ the words come out warbled and watery, with the edge of a slurring tone, probably the effect of alcohol. 

”Don’t leave me.”

“I’m not leaving you, Stan,” Craig sighs, rubbing his cousin’s back. Finally, Stan’s grip on Craig loosens, his voice still slurring, but softer now, clearer. Fragile and small.

“Do you promise?”

There’s a pause. A beat of quiet. Craig swallows, pulling Stan closer to his chest, his voice a soft murmur, “I promise.” He affirms.

Am I the only one, who because of the deadpan-personality thing and the similar colouring, thinks Sonozaki could easily be Kuroko’s cousin?

COUSIN AU: I imagine she’s that one slightly delusional relative everyone silently prays they’ll go home early whenever there’s a family gathering.  (She used to be such a little sweetheart. The organization drove her nuts, I swear).

Timmy finds it much easier to get along with Danny than Jazz not that he has anything against her personally he just has bad history with redheaded teenage girls

And the fact that Jazz keeps pushing trying to show how nice and friendly she is only makes Timmy more suspicious, considering how Vicky is in front of his parents (got a lot of work to do to earn his trust Jazz I believe in you
