So I don't have a degree in Graphic Design, but I do have a sense of general aesthetic. I figured that it's April. Let's rate, and potentially verbally tear apart and drag through the mud, some autism shirts and graphic designs, and I'll probably do a part 2, these scores are only semi-arbitrary: First up is this:

Already off the top, I am confusion because it seems to read "I wear puzzle cousin autism awareness". Sounds like whoever made this was drunk.

Puzzle pieces, ew.

The red, yellow, green, and blue look like the shades you'd see in elementary school, so that seems pretty infantilizing.

Autism Awareness, I am very much aware of my existence.

Final Score: 0 out of 10. Designer, go home; you're drunk.

Next we have this:

This one already has a slight advantage over the first because it's at least coherent in terms of the message.

Elementary school colors, but make it extra tacky.

Puzzle pieces; don't try to bullshit me by putting the autism awareness banner over it, I can see the other indents that make them puzzle pieces.

Once again, I am well aware of my own existence.

At least it's a smaller design.

Final Score: 0.5 out of 10, and that's being generous.

This is up to personal preference, but to me, the person-first language is giving "I need to be reminded that someone is a person."

"Fun", "Sweet", "Cute".....it's the infantilization for me.

I call this color Patronizing Paraprofessional Blue, aka the tackiest shade of blue ever.

It looks like something one of those older white suburban millennial moms would wear. Like something a Karen would wear to one of those autism walks or one of those social skills teachers who talk in that slowed-down patronizing kindergarten teacher tone with that fake-ass smile, no matter how old you are. You know the one I'm talking about, right? Yeah, they'd wear this.

Puzzle piece. Light It Up Blue. Ew.

We all know what organization this supports.

Final Score: -10 out of 10. Burn it.

Think it's time for a proper introduction of my XIV blorbo, thank you for the inspo @yagirlfinley

This is Chasing Tsunami, she/they. A hard to pin down woman, who claims to be a Bismarck-trained chef (she is), an airship pilot (she was), and an agent of many various organizations dedicated to the survival of the star.

In day-to-day life, however, she's a simpler person. An artificer by heart, specializing in manufacturing various gadgets and modular weapons platforms that she uses for combat and medical purposes alike. Her favored forms of combat rely on assembled weapons, switching between a gunbreaker and machinist as the need dictates.

Putting her skills to the test after a routine mission with one of her organizations led her to become infected with an extrastellar symbiote that seems to eat her aether and matter alike, rendering her less roegadyn by the day and more akin to a strange, barely-held-together mutant that even the most skilled chiurgeons struggle to diagnose. Reliant on homemade aethertech that is permanently plugged and cabled into her body, she tries to make the best of however long she has until she's unwound.

Rules of physics and story seem to become elastic when she fights... and she's defied death too many times to count at this point. There's a belief that she may be immortal, as the symbiote will not let her die. But that's more of a hypothesis, as she works on diagnosing what the hell attacked her and turned her to what she is now, a hulking dysphoric attempt at humanity.

Until then, you can find her in the Quicksands, doing her best to engage her social skills - and finding out that despite her struggle with autism, queer identity, and undiagnosed AuDHD, she's found a lot of found family within the walls. She jokes sometimes that she's a bit of an unofficial "mother bear" to any folks who are needing a reliable "lesbian aunt" figure. She has a massive weakness for Viera mascs and Roegadyn femmes, and as much as she tries to be slick or suave, it's as much a cover for a desperation for companionship as anything else. Bond with her, however, and you'll have an unflappably loyal companion.

As you can see, I'm refreshing it so I can finally reorganize and start everything from scratch again. I feel like I'm lazing off reblogging without any tags at all these days, and it can definitely be annoying to many. It feels.. messy. I used to identify as a trans masc person during my teens but after going through my own personal journey, I came to realize I wasn't exactly a trans masc person and desisted back to a bisexual cis woman. I did suffered under some form of internal misogynism and thought of femininity as something weak, so I used to try and appear as trans masc to appear like I'm "stronger" and more "unique than the other girls.". It's pathetic, and I am definitely deeply ashamed of that.

HOWEVER, this does not mean that gender criticals and TERFs should be welcomed on my blog. And I certainly do not appreciate anyone using my story to make some form of fear-mongering against trans and queer people. Everyone's journeys are different!

(Desisting meaning that I have not gone through any form of trans affirming healthcare, but I had identified as a trans/queer person before.)

I'm a Malay-Singaporean and lived here since birth. I mostly speak and type in English. It's easier for me to do that. I'm technically Indonesian-descent since I do have Javanese and Bugis ancestry in me. I'm also aware how I'm honestly aware that my culture's very underrepresented in the western media. Haha.

I do speak Malay and some Indonesian, but my skills in those are like, really rusty at the moment because I hardly consume content in those languages.

Malay and Indonesian are pretty similar, just like your Norsk languages or Dutch and German. It's just that I need sometime to read Indo properly or understand the slangs. It's not too bad, though.

- what intrigues Sova about Arcade is 1) her history and 2) how that applies to her work. She’s bubbly and active as ever when at base, but on the field she can snap into Serious Mode in an instant, and she seems to know what she’s doing and understands the important tactical decisions she has to make regarding her abilities. - the Protocol garden is a big greenhouse full of plants and wildlife and such for the agents to enjoy. It’s run by Sage, and there’s plenty of space for other agents to get their own dedicated sections.

- Arcade and Sova would often run into one another in the garden, before Arcade had her own plot, and they would talk and bond over the plants and the mutual appreciation of silence. Their conversations wouldn’t get too emotional, but they were definitely becoming established friends.

- time passes here for a bit as the two get closer. Sova learns more about Arcade’s habits and history and Arcade learns more in turn.

- but once, late at night, Sova wakes up oddly. As he usually does, he gets up to get a drink of water then sleep again.

small apology here, my rant about fakers, fauxtism and all that.

Gotta admit that I have stopped BNHA a few years ago. Not because I thought it was bad. I still like the world building and characters and how a lot of the Quirks reflect the personalities from everyone, I just didn't fully vibe with the direction the series took when it shifted away a little to hard from the academy life and all that. But gotta agree on Todoroki on all the points you've made. And I reach out to you in sympathy to you. Considering everything you've likely been through you have become incredibly strong, even if a little rough around the edges but honestly considering how things online are it's no wonder... I really admire you for being headstrong and being above so much stuff. And from your examples I also see that it's also from others being "others" causing more harm than good.

I have my own catalogue of examples of others having caused my depressions and anxieties (on top of many other things) and sometimes my attempts to step out of situations were outright ignored or dismissed. Too often others CAUSE people to react certain ways. And it really is just insulting when I see people see medical conditions as an aesthetic or a quirky personality trait or worse a free pass to be an asshole towards others "you can't be mad at me cause of my autism I dont know any better" bs

Tell me if I'm wrong because I like to play armchair shrink, (and it's totally projection) but is some of the resentment over fakers/fauxtism because they make it look fun and easy? -Like look at me! I'm (neurodivergent/mentally ill) and am having this great time expressing my quirkiness and individuality! I'm expressing my asshattery in a sassy and quirky way that will by no means create a fallout worse than the condition itself! People find me interesting after all!

Meanwhile, suffering from the abuse survivor's form of the 'tism, I've got the thousand-yard stare of that person not allowed to be quirky a day in my life. The slightest bit of weird behavior immediately got smacked down, and sometimes I'd be going about my normal business and get attacked out of nowhere wondering what I did this time. Then I get labeled as being cold and soul-less, like wait...are you saying that I'm not allowed to express my individuality in any way, but when I get that much closer to achieving 'perfection', then I'm accused of not having a personality at all? There has to be some sort of middle ground that every human being on earth is allowed except me.

Then there's the old 'Why don't you (x) like other (x)?' from Stalker Guy that couple times when we were still good. It was never anything having to do with a personality, more like yet another person trying to play puppeteer molding me into an ideal.

I just got into BNHA in January and had to limit myself to 3-4 episodes a day so I didn't binge burn through them. The X-Men fan in me loved the idea of a society of complex mutants, even with a greater suspension of disbelief. The "Hellish Todorokis" were a draw. At first, Shoto was such a 'blah' character, but then there's the first good abuse analogy where he wouldn't use his fire side because he didn't want to be like the dad he was pissed at. Ironically, some of his personality might be from abuse, but some of his stoicism and coldness might be because he actually takes after Endeavor. That's part of why Endeavor could never have hoped to become #1 or breed a future #1. Maybe he didn't understand that the sensitive warm-hearted All Might was the symbol of peace because he was one-part superpowers and one-part good public relation skills. :-P

The Endeavor redemption arc was good, even though the fandom got worked up about it. Come on now, it's okay for people to apologize and feel regret for the terrible things they did (how refreshing of a concept), and it's not like his family was like 'all is forgiven; let's pretend like it never happened'. They were still angry and hurting but willing to work toward a better relationship going forward. That's realistic and reasonable.

Every so often, I'll think to google if Dabi is still alive, but I shouldn't hold out hope. -Or maybe one could see it like...if he has to live his life blind and missing an arm, he's better off deceased.

As much as I loved Todoroki drama, it was the Meta Liberation Army that really grabbed me. What a waste of potential they all were! Maybe kids might be bored with them and happy they were one-shot villains, but as an adult, I loved the politician who used 'incite' to get the useful idiots going, or the goofball CEO doubling as a secret cult leader, or the skulking creepy hacker in charge of intel. Then there's my Himura ship I'm not advertising as incest because, even if I couldn't care less either way if it was or not, I'm sick of the foaming at the mouth crazies getting worked up about it. A person could be trying their absolute hardest to write a decent story in good faith, and the antis will glom onto the stupid kink and make it 100% defined by it.

Been RPing with them for a longtime. There's never anything complicated between us or a rift of drama, it's just let's go and have fun. We really mesh well, I've welcomed nearly ever character and got the privilege to RP with nearly all them. They always open up envelope and help me, settle on back and just laugh. I would do it for them alone. @scholarlybreadbun - I've only been back recently and they've so much warmth. Their presence is the sun of inviting. The couple and posing all the shipping that stuff makes me even melt. I'm not particularly talented in regards to posing couples, but I took notice of them along time ago and set on quietly improving. Really like them for them, wouldn't ever want them to change that. Ideally look forward to be in their orbit longer so I can bask in them. @seascrapes - Been mutual with them for a while. Their aesthetics and character is all S+ level. Could easily find any of their characters comrades with my own, or jiving alongside. Not to mention last XIVWrite, they slaughtered it. So enjoyable to read them all. I like how organized their blog is too, motivated me recently to redux my entire thing. @cadrenebula - They have so many diverse characters and their entire roster is vibrant and is imbued with a massive flux of life. They are able to encapsulate so many character's voices and portray them so effectively too, I really admire that greatly. They've made me think bigger and try myself recently at actually undertaking a huge roster of characters too. I've taken many breaks, but I always am so graciously returned often with them close-by and that's so incredibly sacred. I've seen a lot of people get discouraged or quit, leave, departure, etc. But they always seem to have a bigger house then they had last I took a break and I enjoy peaking in. @silvernsteel - Her artist and gif-work are awe-aspiring, there's little unrecognizable by her photo-sets and edits. They helped me even tip-toe into uncharted with giving me the recipes to try incorporating gifs into my arsenal. Plus so delightfully pleasant to actually talk with and just chill. I want nothing less in life, than the beauty they give, to be returned to them for eternity in all their glorious air. If ever needed anything of me, they've got me. @spotofmummery - We talk about passion or friendliness or overall a person to even remotely try to be, I got to include them. Their web-series and writing, screen-work, everything they do is fantastic. And that's furthered back nearly any I've met showcase or immortalize how just genuine of stellar person they are. I wish them always the energy to create and sparks. @snow-covered-moon - They've never been anything less but absolutely a diamond to know. I enjoy their character, their almost always abundant of energy that's very rub inducing. Their WoL character stories, writing, screen-shots, everyday they open up a new pandora box of joy, there's no mistaken love behind their character and that's infectiously easy to also enjoy something when the author does too. Always healthy to be around, I never feel short of vitality when they're close-by. @letheofthelost - Always cheerful or least encapsulates with me, they're a carnival ride. Just pure epic story-telling and engaging equally as passionate, constantly writing characters, not looking for anything outside of RP or anything really just being their selves, they fade all others. I love their presence, them as a person. Enjoy any character they'll ever come and throw under me, or a change of pace. Always feels easily understandable between one another. @crow-iv - Together we're an unfiltered, unstoppable wake of pure passionate writers and art. But I would say they're far ahead of me, in every regard. Already able to portray multiple characters in a scene and do such in-depth thinking, alongside even sketch or draw right afterwards or a scene. They're so talented, huge reason I set-out on giving them a Crew of cast and actual stories to-tell when I'm actually caught up and if they interested and we both have the room, I really think if further myself, I can be better and supply more for them to draw and I want to see them soar. I want to give them all my improvements and effectiveness. @trishelle - They've such a reinforcing personality and aura around them that easily bolsters anything that dares thinking they're about to be depleted so energizing. I've been around in this Community for many years. There's a lot of things I could say about it, more probably then anyone else. But what matters to me, is recognizing the people who are here, that work hard, build others up, support, constantly are a beam. I don't need to interact with everyone, to know when someone is generally out for good. Or they're out for bad I've learned inquisitiveness longtime ago, I had to survive and remain afloat. Arthur (the PBS cartoon) means a whole lot to me, and I just remembered that it's coming up to it's last season so I'm gonna talk about it

So I was very much a PBS kid. It was the main channel I was allowed to watch as a kid, and Arthur was the show that was on in one of the 7:00 to 8:00 am blocks (depending on the year) so I watched it every morning for a solid 5 years give or take during elementary school. It always has been and remains to be one of my favorite shows on air.

As an autistic kid, I legitimately think I learned most of my social skills from this show. They showed me how people talked to each other, and to an extent how to deal with executive functioning difficulties, and stay organized. They showed me examples of what it all should and shouldn't look like. There were friendly seeming kids and kids that came off as less friendly but were still showed to be good people. There were quiet, less main character-ish kids who still had extremely rich and interesting lives. The episodes ended with a resolution that showed you what the right thing to do was.

As a kid who grew up with congenital eye problems, patched for 7 years, and had multiple eye surgeries before Kindergarten, and always felt different because of it they had a main character who wore glasses, that weren't just an aesthetic characteristic, and they had a blind character who fit in perfectly with the rest of the cast. It's easy to gloss over now because it's so much more common now to see young kids with glasses, but even 10 years ago it was far less common, and the fact that Arthur had these characters and Arthur didn't just have glasses, but had blurred vision when he took them off was a lot for me.

As an autistic kid with special interests in autism and disabilities there was representation and content there. The characters weren't in every episode, and there are definitely things that could've been done better (see the discussion of Asperger's). But all in all it's definitely better than some other kids' shows have done.

I cannot emphasize enough that I watched this show into middle school, so it was a part of my life longer than some of my friends had been.

Mr. Ratburn is the only representation that matters. I've been lucky enough to grow going to a relatively gay church, and generally know that gay people existed, this of course didn't stop me from taking forever to realize that I'm a gay people too, but that's for another time. I'm not sure if it's because I felt like I had a connection with this character more than I may have had with other people, or that Mr. Ratburn did have to "come out" like I did, and wasn't just known as being gay as a lot of other characters/people in my life. But I was in 10th grade when that episode came out, and I logged onto the PBS kids website to watch the episode as soon as it was available, and I was bawling. I don't cry because of media that often, but this really did it. Gay rat wedding.

The characters have FLAWS and IT'S OKAY.

Very small detail but made me feel so extremely seen as a child; George Lundgren celebrates Santa Lucia (a Scandinavian winter holiday), a holiday that I also celebrate, but no one else. I've met knows of and George celebrates it and it still makes me happy.

This show means so much to me, I feel like I can't be the only one. It's truly one of my favorite pieces of media. It may just be a me thing but it feels like a piece of neurodivergent culture. Arthur's an absolutely incredible show. Marc Brown is truly a king. I cannot thank that show enough for existing. I can't wait to see what happens in this final season.

I feel like they would clash a bit, but we could make it work! I like colorful warm and cozy and percy is more of a simple guy when it comes to decor. i think of we balanced it right it could work for both of us though 💛

he's not prone to bragging, but if he was he would probably brag about me being a writer and my reading comprehension skills maybe? idk im a nerd like him so

human percy: a warm, but rare smile, reserved only for me and his close friends. red, a soft turtleneck sweater, books. a desk, a microscope and a container full of perfectly organized slides. dark, fluffy curly hair thats thick but soft to the touch. a rich accent excitedly talking about his latest research or the newest scientific advancement.

robot percy: cold bright lights, red and teal, whirring gears and pistons and the deep almost imperceptible hum of a spark. a soft robotic voice excitedly talking about things i could never hope to comprehend, but i love his excitement anyway.

Servitor: Day 1

It has been like 7 hours since I made the previous post, right there, for you all to catch up with my journey across time, space and mind. So before we go further into that adventure of sorts, I wanna address a point with you all:

Thank you all SO MUCH for literally being 240+ ppl following me here and 144+ over my YouTube, I still feel alot of joy every once in a while whenever I get to see those numbers grow (as far as impostor syndrome is concerned), so count that as a thankful memo.

Even though I don’t know what I wanna have as my next follows goal, it would be nice to reach something like 360 followers. No worries though because in such trying times I am happy with every single person that reads or interacts with my posts over that dying community that is Tumblr’s.

So, what am I seeking over my autism and my physical gender? Well, I know I wanna develop my speaking/social skills by some slight margin and so is my autonomy. Gender-wise, it’s as simple as going trough both spiritual and medical transition towards womanhood. I mean, I use subliminals and other spiritual techniques to develop or improve upon my gender dysphoria.

Surprisingly, I am quite far in such processes as far as my initial expectations go. I have somewhat much knowledge that may need to be applied into the real world, such as meditating and handwriting affrmations.
