Hamas Linked, Terrorism Financing CAIR enjoys IRS charitable status. This must stop

Dear IRS;

Please accept this letter in lieu of and in addition to a later filing of a form 13909 due to length, although all information required by form 13909 will be contained within.  

This complaint concerns an organization which calls itself the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), EIN number 77-0646756.  CAIR's address is 453 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington D.C.  20003.  Today's date, which is presumably the date of referral is July 6, 2024.  The violation of regulations concerning IRS 501 (c) (3) status include involvement in terrorism, terrorist financing and illegal activities.

Names of the persons involved include Nihad Awad, Omar Ahmad, Abdurahman Alamoudi, Randall Todd Royer, Bassem Khafagi, Rabih Haddad others

Nihad Awad is the current National Executive Director of CAIR, Omar Ahmad is the co-founder of CAIR, Abdurahman Alamoudi is CAIR's Northern Virginia Director, Randall Todd Royer is CAIR Communications Specialist and Civil Rights Coordinator, Bassem Khafagi was the former CAIR Community Affairs Coordinator, Rabih Haddad was a CAIR fundraiser in Michigan.

Dates of violations extend from October 1993 to the present. 

Description of alleged activities:

On an October day in 1993, men from around the country had gathered together in the meeting room of a Philadelphia Hotel. They came from different places and they worked in different fields but they all had one thing in common. Membership in a covert organization, known as the Palestine Committee, with a single goal, to do whatever it took to support Hamas, a group formed by the secretive Muslim Brotherhood to wage a violent jihad against Israel and the Jewish people. Since it’s founding the Palestine Committee had committed itself to raising millions of dollars for, and spreading propaganda on behalf of, Hamas in the United States.

The members of the Palestine Committee feared that the signing of the Oslo Accords would soon lead the U.S. government to designate Hamas as a terrorist group. They knew that to continue their work, they would need help. A new organization, designed to defend their interests, push their message and keep law enforcement off their back. That organization would come to be called the Council on American Islamic Relations, or CAIR. But there was one thing the members of the Palestine Committee didn’t know. The FBI was recording every word they spoke as they conspired. 

The transcripts of the infamous so-called “Philly Meeting” would become key primary evidence in the Holy Land Foundation Trial, the massive Hamas terror finance trial that would lead to convictions on all 108 charges against key Hamas financiers. The federal judge in that trial would rule that the government provided “ample evidence” for associating CAIR with Hamas, and for its status as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case.  Both Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmad attended the meeting and went on to found CAIR.

CAIR’s connection with Hamas was most recently brought to CAIR national director Nihad Awad gave a speech referring to the horrific Hamas October 7,2023 stating that he was “happy to see the event and that Palestinians in Gaza have a right to self defense but that Israel does not. The speech so shocked the White House that a spokesman for President Biden condemned the remarks by Nihad Awad, the national executive director and co-founder of CAIR. 

Additionally, in 2014, the United Arab Emirates officially designated CAIR as a terrorist organization.  In 2006 the co-founder of CAIR's parent organization, the Islamic Association for Palestine was sentencedto 57 months in prison on terrorist financing Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a designated terrorist organization and ally of Hamas also involved in the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel.  In 2004, CAIR's northern Virginia director Abdurahman Alamoudi pled guilty to terrorism and conspiracy charges and was sentenced to 23 years.  

Islamic convert Randall Todd Royer, CAIR communications specialist and civil rights coordinator trained with al Qaeda linked Kashmiri terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba and was charged with conspiring to aid  al-Qaeda and Taliban battling US troops in Afghanistan and sentenced to 20 years on April 9, 2004. In September 2003 CAIR former Community Affairs Director Bassem Khafagi pled guilty to bank and visa fraud and agreed to be deported to Egypt after he had financed terrorism and published materials advocating suicide attacks against the US and other illegal activities that had taken place while he was employed by CAIR.  CAIR Michigan fundraiser Rabih Kaddad was arrested on terrorism related charges and deported from the US due to his work as Executive Director of the Global Relief Foundation, which was accused by the Treasury Department of financing al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.

India Earns High Praise in FATF Mutual Evaluation

India has achieved remarkable success in the Mutual Evaluation conducted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) for 2023-24. The Mutual Evaluation Report, adopted during the FATF plenary session in Singapore from June 26 to June 28, places India in the prestigious “regular follow-up” category, a distinction shared by only four other G-20 countries. This accomplishment highlights India’s significant progress in combating money laundering (ML) and terrorist financing (TF).

The FATF commended India for its robust measures to mitigate the risks associated with ML and TF, particularly the laundering of proceeds from corruption, fraud, and organised crime. The report also acknowledged India’s effective transition from a cash-based to a digital economy, a move aimed at reducing ML and TF risks. The government’s implementation of the JAM (Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, Mobile) Trinity and stringent cash transaction regulations have significantly increased financial inclusion and digital transactions. These efforts have made financial transactions more traceable, thereby mitigating ML and TF risks.

We haven't just been played. We've been defrauded by the Palestinians, who have used highly distorted or outright fake stories about Israel to justify billions in "humanitarian aid" from the Westerners they're manipulating and deceiving, and which they then hand over to the bank accounts of terrorists.

These facts have been proven time after time after time after time. Israel in particular has provided heaps of documentary evidence: pictures, videos, testimonies, and the like-- evidence that some international groups have had to accept, especially when it comes to Palestinian teachers at UNRWA distributing textbooks calling for genocide against the Jews.

This is why it is absolutely essential to remind the weak and the gullible among us of the intrinsic ties between the Palestinian terrorist movement and ideology and the civilian population. Unlike the hardened zealots who launder Palestinian lies as "journalism", we will use devastating facts and evidence to show that this "Palestinian cause" is a sham and a scam financed by our geopolitical enemies, the terror state of Iran and the terror sponsor, Qatar.

The Non-Profit Organization Bill currently passing through the Belizean legislature serves to regulate NPOs, to protect them from financial abuse and to fulfill the requirements. We're looking at one of the biggest money laundering, embezzlement, and terrorist financing scandals of the modern age, and the response from the media, politicians, academics, and so-called activists is...

...nothing.

If the information here is proven (and the evidence is very convincing), then it's not sufficient to fire employees of UNRWA. It's not enough to drive UNRWA out of the Gaza Strip.

This organisation needs to be prosecuted and forced to repay all the money it has expropriated from taxpayers over at least the nine years when Hamas was planning its apocalyptic massacre of Jews right under their noses.

People have gone to prison for far, far less than embezzling money for a terrorist organisation and permitting terrorists to use ostensible humanitarian aid to feed terror tunnels.

Again: any organisation implicated in even a tenth of what UNRWA is implicated in would have been shut down yesterday. That this organisation still survives and its leaders are able to bleat about their total ignorance about everything despite a deluge of damning evidence is proof that the UN is a self-protecting cartel that considers itself above the very laws it keeps insisting Israel should follow.

Israel and the pro-Israel community worldwide need to stand up and demand the following:

1)- Permanent end to funding of UNRWA

2)- Removal of UNRWA from the Gaza Strip

3)- Prosecution of UNRWA, either from the Israeli side or via an international court

And, lest anyone forget: all of this isn't even the worst aspect of UNRWA's criminality.

For years, this organisation has, with taxpayers' money, distributed books that call for the genocide of Jews. Books with graphic images that encourage children to take up knives and stab Jews. Books that describe Jews using the most vicious, racist language in order to justify extreme forms of murder. Books that treat murdering Jews as an honour worthy of religious paradise.

If any other international organisation had done this-- for YEARS, no less!-- it would have been shut down LIKE THAT and its leaders would have been prosecuted.

Despite Israel raising the alarm over this outrageous violation of international law, the only responses were usually silence, or lukewarm condemnations. The European Union, to its credit, did condemn UNRWA for this. But there was no threat of permanently losing funding.

It had to take UNRWA's affiliates actually murdering Jews in the most sadistic and gruesome ways for foreign countries to act.

I put it to you that nobody would have taken this long to punish UNRWA had any other group of people been so viciously threatened and targeted.

The only reason that such deliberate blindness survived was because UNRWA is a UN agency, and the UN has proven itself time and time again to be a feckless, self-serving organisation which has turned pandering to evil into an art form.

When Iran launched a campaign of domestic terrorism against its female population starting in September 2022, including the use of mass poisoning of schoolgirls as a terror tactic, the UN's response was to place Iran as the head of a women's rights division within the organisation, and to invite Ebrahim Raisi to give a speech there.

When Ambassador Erdan raised a picture of Mahsa Amini, the Iranian woman beaten to death for not wearing her hijab 'correctly', he was aggressively removed from the hall. Raisi, a man implicated in ordering the beatings, imprisonment, rapes, and possible poisonings of Iranian women and girls, was allowed to continue speaking. The rest of the audience was silent.

So it's not surprising then that the UN's response to ongoing, devastating evidence against its glorified 'refugee' agency is either silence, or the usual 'unable to verify/haven't seen any evidence'. As I have said before, this organisation has potentially allowed billions to flow straight into the pockets of terrorists.

They cannot even accept the possibility that they're in the wrong. It would bury their credibility, their reputation, and their finances.

Accepting UNRWA's complicity is the only way to explain how Hamas was able to spend nine years planning the October 7 attack right under everyone's nose; how it was able to use communications with other terrorist organisations, such as practicing paragliding in Lebanon in the months preceding the attack; how it was able to fund the building of over 400 miles of terrorist tunnels; how it was able to connect a server room at a UNRWA base to its own terror tunnel; how it has been able to fund its continued supply of rockets used to attack Israel, rockets that are perniciously stored in numerous civilian buildings.

Most importantly, it would explain how Hamas has been able to incite the Gazan population to dehumanise Jews and glorify murder, so much so that after Hamas had breached the border and invaded Israel, a wave of Palestinian civilians followed the terrorists and gleefully took part in looting Israeli homes and raping Israeli civilians; Palestinian civilians also helped Hamas seize, humiliate and abuse hostages. Israeli survivors (including those who previously had believed they could live peacefully alongside Gaza) speak of being held in civilian homes.

There's video evidence of Palestinian civilians spitting on the body of Shani Louk, who was paraded near-naked on a truck; video evidence of Palestinian civilians cheering as an Israeli woman is dragged out of a truck, bleeding terribly from a violent rape; video evidence of Palestinian civilians pushing and jeering an Israeli boy who was kidnapped, and harassing the Bibas family as they were led by terrorists into Gaza.

Can anyone think of any other group of people who could behave in this way and still be portrayed as victims of the people that they attacked and abused? Still be deserving of billions in taxpayers' money, without any transparency as to how that money is being spent in a region that is infested with terrorists?

Surely, under financial crime laws that ordinary nations must follow, such a lack of due diligence by the UN over a period of years and years is inexcusable and therefore punishable by law?

It's time to hold the United Nations accountable for what is at best breath-taking gullibility and stupidity with other people's money (in which case, all those involved should resign), at worst, complicity in evil (in which case, all those concerned belong in prison).

This is the most damming case against the United Nations agency all of its employees in the region who are all complicit in collaborating with a designated terrorist organization.

The United Nations agency cannot be trusted and all information coming from the region must be seen as part of Hamas’ propaganda.

This must be exposed everywhere and the United Nations must be held accountable.

You cannot call yourself a humanitarian organization and be involved in active massacre, r*pe and human rights violations.

Former Canada Post employee, and not only can you ship live bees, you can also ship live day-old chicks! There are very *specific* requirement for both to make sure that they will still be alive when they get to their destination.

So I work at a post office and somebody called me today and asked if they could ship fish to the US, and I wasn’t 100% sure, so obviously I went “let me just check the prohibited goods section of my shipping binder real quick”. Flipped all the way to the US section, found what I was looking for and sent them on their way. But of course naturally after they’d left I’d still had the book open, so naturally I was curious and decided to check it out, and let me tell you, there is some WILD stuff in this book.

•You’re not allowed to ship playing cards to Italy.

•Antarctica simply says refer to Australia. The epitome of logic.

•Andorra is just sad. You’re not allowed to ship artwork, drawings, books or toys of any kind, musical instruments, sheet music, cutlery, furniture, several types of paper, shoes??? It has the longest list of restrictions I’ve come across so far and it’s a country that has a total population of less people than my local college.

•Apparently you aren’t allowed to ship clothing to Ireland, but it only specifies men’s or women’s clothing, so like non-binary people stay winning.

•Only a handful of countries specifically mention that you aren’t allowed to ship asbestos, so like RIP to the rest of the world I guess.

•The US has some very specific things prohibited, including “a knife, gaff, or any other sharp object attached or intended to be attached to the leg of a bird for use in animal fighting ventures” ????

•Canada is the only country I have found so far that specifically states that you cannot ship hate propaganda, which I thought was nice. But then again, it also specifies that you cannot ship any beekeeping apparatuses, but do you know what you CAN ship? LIVE FUCKING BEES.

•There are several countries which seem to be in direct competition with one another, ie pairings of countries that have specifically stated they will not accept anything made in the other country and vice versa.

•You can’t ship things to China that were made in China.

I feel very sorry for Palestine because they have the Belarus-like situation, but WAY worse. Palestinians like Rami Aman are being killed and tortured, no one can express their opinion freely there because hamas will just kill them. They live in poverty because hamas destroys and steals everything, like with Gush Katif greenhouses and humanitarian aid. But most importantly, hamas teaches their children that they must kill all Jews because they are occupiers. ALL JEWS. AND eliminate Israel.

And knowing all this, I am extremely disgusted to see that "Israel is the occupier" propaganda. PLEASE, how can a nation 2/3 of which were killed during Holocaust, the nation which is being genocided since Moses times, suddenly become an occupier? It's like if people wrote, "Belaruthians are being thrown to prisons for wearing Ukrainian flags (correct), Belaruthians are suffering (correct), Ukrainian children are being kidnapped to Belarus (correct), Ukrainians despise Belaruthians (....correct), and that's why Ukraine should be eliminated and Belarus must be free from the Polack (Polatsk) to Black Sea (WHAT???). The only difference is that Ukraine didn't attack Belarus with missiles in response to Bucha, Irpin and Gostomel. Although Ukraine really wanted to.

I really want to ask people, ESPECIALLY Ukrainians like @ohsalome to not support hamas, PLEASE. If you don't care about Holocaust and Palestinians who suffer because of hamas, then please care about 18 Ukrainians killed by hamas. Please care about the fact that hamas has the whole headquarters in moscow.
