Thoughts on Fullmetal Alchemist and story tropes

I started watching Fullmetal Alchemist and I'm on episode 23; the ending was heartbreaking because Alfonso's memories of the past disappeared and he believes in a serial killer/meat killer dude; saying that Alfonso alive because Ed 'created' him. I watched it twice and even though I didn't cry, my heart broke and I can't do much but think it over and over about it.

I realized something after watching a lot of anime and what ticks me and what I favor. I favor the sibling tropes or sibling-family unite/teamtogetherness stories: such as Black Clover (two orphans being brothers); Boruto/Naruto (family of Uzumaki); Kuroko no Basuke (Seirin highschool basketball team... or the Generations of Miracles team) etc.

What ticks me off is when they start introducing memory loss... I just hate it when a character loses memories; they don't know who they are or the whole premise of the story gets reset/restart/anew. What does it mean for the person who still has the memories of their loved one? It really urks me and frustrates me to the core.

At it stands, I'm in a blue state; dissecting the storyline so far for Fullmetal Alchemist. It might take a few days, but since I love the story; I will hopefully, accept this fate for now and wish the brothers unite in the future.

Putting Mikoto and Hizashi on the same thing is a powermove. That way, the two clans have to learn to work together and it'll hopefully be the start of the end of their conflict for the future generations

As long as you're not contacting them or embarrassing them, what does it matter what you think? Personally, I don't think they're getting married any time soon, but opinions are opinions and if they're not hurtful, why go out of your way to complain about it? They could just as easily block you.

I've been #TeamTogether almost from the start (with a little moment of doubt at one point but we're all human) and I'd be so sure this all twitter and story thing was staged... but why drag other people into that? Rhea wasn't even in that club with Brooke (I'm assuming so because it was just that one photo, she's nowhere to be seen at all other stories from the club or after Rhea left), they must have just met there. It's all so confusing
