… either a topic that is on my mind, or something specific by sending “penny for your thoughts on (topic)”. could be everything from tumblr to society, expectations, insecurities, ships, series and so on !

There are for now two faktions against which Wolf is either actively working or whichs goals go against Wolfs work as Spiderman: The Alchemists are a organisation of scientists who had put their goal on scientific progress, no matter what it costs. They are the ones who dig out the technology left behind by aliens who had visited earth- mostly asgardians, and experiment with it. They are the ones who design plagues and let it go wild in a village to document its effects on the people and look if they can find a cure or not and then sell this plague to a monarch because that monarch needs it to keep their subjects in check. They are the ones who use Wolfs blood as a base to create the Monstrums where they mix and mutate different animals (or human) to look how far they can go and if the result is documented, they usually throw it out. The Alchemists Guild Crest is the Ladys Mantle plant, also called Alchimilla and usually members have it tattooed on the back of thir left hand or on the neck. The Alchimists are a society of scholars, scientists and doctors who devoted thir life to scientifical progress and while not all members of the guild are ruthless- Asada (a muslime Doctor who ultimately wants to heal her own leprosy, but also wants to give treatment to whoever seeks her out and gave up on a possibility of healing her leprosy if it meant experimenting and endagering other people) and Lupardus (A scholar wanting to study and learn everything possible and later becomes one of Wolfs allys) are both members of the guild- most of them are having at best chaotic neutral leaning morals. Occaisonally one of the Alchemists will work for Leo to enhance one of his mercenaries.

The other faction is Wolfs Worlds Kingpin: A Templar named Leo, who specifically no longer carried his houses name due to thinking he has surpassed them- its nwo only Leo as the king of all animals, which eventually humans are too. Leo joined the Templar Order as the youngest son of a nobleline who would have not earned much in his life. He wanted more, so he joined the order in hopes he would earn a fortune in the eastern wolrd as many Cusaders had before and return to his home with a name full of honour and his bags full of coins. The life of an humble monk protecting Pilgrimms was not what he expected and not what he wanted. So he started little buisnesses: At first he only took money to offer certaine pilgrimms better places to sleep on the ship crossing the meditearan sea, then he sold Pilgrimms belongings pretending they got lost during the transport, smuggling religious objects from the orient to italy, then he let himself be payed by people he had met as pilgrimms to protect them outside of their pilgrimage and later couped pirate and robber attacks himself to get more money from the pilgrimms he was suppose to protect by keeping them extra afraid. From this it was only a little step of him to dvelve into paying people into slavery, smuggle and widening his net of mercenaries. Leo is the one who sells Wolf and her friends (and a lot of other children of the crusade who were now far away from family and everything familair without anything to their name) into slavery and keeps Wolf and her friends to use the fact that they were already robbers to train them to do more of his dirty work as his mercenaries, until Wolf eventually became useless to him and she was sold to Asada. Wolf only refers to Leo as the Templar, obviously because she is still utterly terrified of him.

So now to the individual People and their names:

Leo- Obviously already explained. He is Wolfs Worlds Kingpin. Leo is a nickname given to him by his fellow Templars when his ruthlessness and strenght in combat started to show in training. So while Leo changed his name and makes sure to nolonger keep any connections to his life before joining the Order, the most one could find out about him is that he is from England as his accent had stayed even after over two decades in italy. The features of the Lion in fables are: Prideful, kinglike, strong, powerful.

Reineke Fuchs- This Worlds Electro. Reineke is a son of the bavarian noblehouse of Fuchs. His mother was killed by Wolf robbing her carriage when she traveled through bavaria and Reineke, at that time send to a convent to learn, swore to take revenge on his mothers murderer and turned to a life of crime as "one devils knows the other". He build himself a apperatus to produce and control electricity (thunder, in his words) and lets himself be hired by Leo. The features of the male fox in fables are: Sly, cunning, intelligent. Due to Foxes barking in the morning when a storm is going to come, foxes are said to cause storms in folklore.

Lupardus- Also known as "The Alchemist". Lupardus is this worlds Lizard. Lupardus is the son of a merchant from Morocco and became a scholar, studying in Alexandria and for now he joined a convent in Pisa as a monk to further his studies in the cloister, though he knows he will not stay as a christian monk for long. Asada and WOlf seek him out to study and document Wolfs mutation after she had been bitten by the Spider. He notes that considering Wolfs inhuman healingfactor that they could use Wolfs mutated blood as a base and redo the accident with animals and humans to figure out how to reproduce the healingfactor and give it safely to Asada. Asada faced with the fact that Lupardus offered her human- experimentation strictly was against it, yet Wolf would return to Lupardus in secret as she was desperate to safe Asada. Together they worked for months night by night on redoing the accident with the spider and the testanimals that escaped Wolf was send out to take care of. Eventually a lizard escaped, maimed Lupardus, and Wolf brought him to Asada to heal. Asada and her had a fight over Wolf going against her orders. Wolf left and Lupardus, now infected with the Lizards mutated genes, mutated himself and in confusion and uncontrolable rage ripped Asada to pieces. Lupardus, ever the scientist and just as strongwilled, would eventually learn to control the Lizard and become an alley to Wolf.

Just for the record- Lupardus is a Transman and his disregard for religion to the point that he would be considered a atheist from a modern lense is, that he had to form his body and his identity as Lupardus the Scholar alone by himself with his scientific studies so of course he does not believe in any higher power to which he had never found of a proof in all his studies. He can´t bother to believe in anything when he can do so much and more on his own. The features of the leopard are in fables: cunning and intelligent.

Gieremund- Wolfs Worlds Gwen, but also Wolf-man. Originally a girl named Gundeberga she joined the Children Crusade and became friends with Wolf. She was one of the chlildren who brought WOlf to the italian cloister when she was sick and she was also the one who Wolf remembers holding her hand through the weeks in which she was too feverish to move. When Leo rounded up the group of children with the goal of using them as his mercenaries (after all this group of children were alredy robbers, had already killed and had no connection to family or anyone), Gundeberga was on of those children. The coming three years Leo would train the children gruefully and set the children against another to train them and weed out the weaklings by them beeing killed when they lose. When Wolf eventually defeated Gundeberga and refused to kill her, she was beaten down and sold for beeing useless and Gundeberga remainded as Leos slave. She is one of his strongest mercenaries and precieve Wolf not killing her as a weakness for not setting her free so she has a personal grudge against Wolf and later Werspinna. Gundeberga eventually allowes a Alchemist to enhance her with Wolf genes, although at the cost of her own sanity. The features of the female Wolf are in fables: hunger without an end, greedy, strong.

Felina- This time Black Cat. Felina is Wolfs mother. Originally a smuggler, Thief and pirate Felina found her ship sinking when she encountered a younger Leo as she tried to rob a ship of Pilgrimms. Felina, very much facing the fact that she had no chance against Leo building up his buisness, fled over the Alps and settled down in Cologne. There she met Wolfs Father Wolfgang and had Henning and Wolfgund. Felina teached Wolf her art as a thief, a training on which Wolf still relies on. Felina had lived around Navarro and is probably from Sicily. The features of the cat are in fables: sleepyness and headstrong.

Ermelyn- A Alchemist and this Worlds Jackal. Ermelyn is like Leo from England and is indulging in her scientific progress without moral restrictments. She is the one who experimnted on Bokert and Griermund and later would also enhance herself with animal and alien DNA. The Features of the female fox in Fables are: cunning, sly.

Bokert- this Worlds Hydro-man. A woman used for experimentation by Ermelyn. Her body turned to water that she could control. She is for now a slave of the Alchemist who created her because she has the receptur with which Bokert can steady her bodys form. She works for the Alchemist, waiting for her chance to escape safely. SHe also works as a robber to earn herself money outside of the Alchemists knowledge. Bokert is a name given to her by Ermelyn since she works so diligently, and she can´t wait to use her own name Bahar again. Bokert originally is a sailor from spain. The features of the Beaver in fables are: diligent.

Bernylva Ulfadottir and Ulfrun Ulfadottir- Ulfrun and Bernylva are this worlds versions of Kraven the Hunter. They are Varangian guards working as Mercenaries originally lead by their Mother (Ulfa Frekisdottir) until she was killed in a fight with a lion while serving in Kairo. They originally come from Haitabu, but do not spend much time there. Bernylva and Ulfrun are hired by Leo to catch Werspinna and feel thrilled to fight her. On a sidenote: Bernylva and Ulfrun are Wolfgunds aunts. Wolfs father Wolfgang was as his two younger sisters gruefully trained under their mother Ulfa and cut all ties to his family without any regrets when he on a mission in Cologne was asked by a king to become his Hunter and take care of his forest. It is not something that is ever of importance or figured out by Bernylva, Ulfrun or Wolf, but they all do have the same grey eyes and deadly aim. Bernylva, Ulfrun and Wolfgang all are names with the part "Ulf/Wolf" in it (specifically Ylva = she- wolf) and therefor also count as Wolfs.

Hinze- Another Version of Black Cat. A boy from Cologne who had survived the Children Crusades and became a Thief in Italy after the Crusade was dispanded. He is often hired by the Alchemists Guild to steal materials or steal from other Alchemists. He had not known Wolf in their time in the Children Crusade but they become eventually alleys. The features of the male cat in fables are: headstrong.

Martin- Originally the boy called Nikolaus of Cologne. The boy who had the vision that the sea at genua would sepperate so he used his personality to inspire other children to follow him on a crusade to Jerusalem in 1212. Obviously the sea did not sepperated, most of the children died crossing the alps and others were sold into slavery and abondoned Nikolaus. Probably this Worlds Mysterio? The apes features in fables are: arrogant and scheming.
