Oscar groaned from where he was sitting next to his sister. She giggled as she typed away on her phone. He gave her his deadliest glare.

"Please stop flirting with Lando."

Ivy looked up from her phone. She locked in and then put in down in the seat next to her. "I can do whatever I want." Her phone made a beeping noise again, indicating another message coming through.

"Vee, seriously."

Ivy ignored him as she opened her phone again. She could barely contain her laughter as she watched the video on her phone. Hattie had just sent her the video she took of Oscar during the outro she did for her song Nonsense.

It's a thing she started on her previous tour. She usually tried to make them as dirty as possible, but with her family in the crowd the other night she tried to keep it as PG as possible.

Look, she tried okay?

Oscar appeared very uncomfortable throughout the whole video. The outro wasn't too bad, in Ivy's opinion: broke up cause the size was underwhelming. Tried to give him pointers, wasn't helping. Maybe I just need a boy from Melbourne.

"Delete that."

"Introduce me to Lando."

"No."

Melbourne, March 23rd 2024

Ivy grinned as she entered the paddock alongside Lily and her mum. Oscar had instructed her to stay far, far away from any of the drivers.

She followed her mother towards the McLaren hospitality. Her mother seemed to be some kind of local celebrity here as she was greeted by the many people in orange- sorry papaya, shirts.

They soon found her sisters Hattie, Edie and Mae sat in a corner with their step-father, Chris. She greeted them all with hugs and kisses on the cheek.

Ivy settled next to Hattie as she looked around the hospitality. She opened her phone to scroll through Instagram to kill some time whilst she waited for Oscar to come and say hello.

She's currently on a break from touring. She will return to The Eras Tour for the London shows in June and August.

Ivy and Hattie giggled as they read through the many comments underneath the post on Instagram that informed the world of Ivy's F1 Paddock debut.

Oscar joined his family soon after. Ivy smiled at the man standing next to him. Dark, curly hair; tanned skin and a boyish grin on his lips. This could only be Lando Norris. Oscar made the introductions between the F1 driver and the singer.

"I love your album, it's on in the garage a lot to annoy good ol' Osc over here."

Ivy grinned as she looked at the flustered expression on her brother's face. Lando quickly put an arm around Ivy's shoulder and pulled her in close. "Maybe your next album could include a couple of songs about me."

"Right," Oscar clapped his hand as he broke the laughing duo up. "That's enough."

Ivy and Lando looked at each other, both of their faces red with laughter.

Melbourne, March 24rd 2024

Ivy walked around the paddock on the Sunday after the race. Her family had gone back to the McLaren hosiptality to wait for Oscar to come back from his post race interviews. She opted to have a look around. She hadn't had the time yet.

He had just missed out on the podium. P4. Ivy was still immensly proud of him.

She stopped in her tracks to look around. She squinted her eyes, the orange papaya of McLaren catching her eye in the distance. As she turned around to walk back, she collided with something hard.

Someone. Someone's toned chest.

She looked up, "I'm sorry I-," her words got lost in mouth somewhere. Her green eyes were met with the most gorgeous blue eyes she'd ever seen.

"It's okay."

Ivy quickly took a step back. "I'm Ivy, O-,"

"Oscar's sister. I know, I like your music." The man shook her hand. "Max. Nice to meet you."

his face was the first thing you noticed, cutely decorated with moles and freckles and dimples that you found yourself immediately falling head over heels for. the pub was packed with people and you had lost sight on your friend a little while ago, but at the moment it was at the. back of your mind as the cute stranger made his way over to you.

he smiled, dimples on full display, "you're brooke's friend, right?"

the british accent had sent you through a full, short spiral. if there was one thing you loved about visiting your best friend, it was the british men and their stupidly hot accents.

you nodded, "yeah, i'm y/n."

you stuck your hand out for him to shake, which he did with the same smile plastered on his face, "lando."

the two of you ended up talking, moving to one of the tables farther away from the commotion of the friend group. he had asked how you were enjoying london so far, you had made fun of his accent to which he replied with a basic american joke, things were going smooth.

until brooke bursted the perfect bubble, "y/n!"

you looked over at your best friend who was making her way towards you, "yeah?"

"i'm gonna get a taxi to take me back, you coming?"

you looked over at lando, who smiled softly at you, "i'll take you guys."

"no, you don't have to-"

"no, it's fine," he insisted, grabbing his keys from his pocket, "i'm ready to head out anyway."

you couldn't say no now, following him to his car that was parked on the street. of course brooke had told you about lando before, but none of the good things said could compare to how kind, sweet and fun he was in person.

you climbed in the passenger seat, letting brooke have the backseat to herself. she reached between the two seats, hitting lando on the shoulder, "i have a song request!"

you snickered as he replied, handing her his phone, "if you play taylor swift so help me god-"

but he was cut off with the intro of london boy starting to play, making you laugh as he rolled his eyes, "don't pretend you're not a swiftie!"

the whole ride back you had caught each other's eyes and you couldn't help but think maybe you had something in common with taylor swift after all, you do love a london boy.

You’ve known Usopp since the both of you were younger. Your mothers knew each other and had been friends for years. You both basically grew up together. When Usopp’s mother became too sick to even move anymore, your mother took on the role of looking after the boy.

Growing up together like you did, it was obvious that you would become close. No one expected you to get as close as you did. Both your mothers thought that the two of you would want to have time for themselves but were surprised to see that wasn’t the case. You guys were always following each other around. Correction, Usopp was following you around.

Ever since the two of you were younger, Usopp was drawn to you in a way that he couldn’t explain. It was much different than how he was interested in the other kids in the village. He had this urge to be around you all the time. He followed you around like a lost puppy would follow around the one person who showed it kindness.

This feeling only intensified when you got older. Usopp felt giddy around you. He felt like he could run 10 consecutive laps and still have the energy to take on the world. Something inside him jumped and thundered just by being around you. He needed you just as much as you needed him, maybe even more.

When you walked into a room, Usopp noticed. It was hard not to. You were the most attractive person he had ever seen, not just in the physical sense. It was how you’re personality was. It was what made you even more interesting than everyone else. It was how you talked, the expressions you made, the way you carried yourself. It drew him in.

Everyone knew one thing about the two of you. Usopp would follow you everywhere and you would do the same. For someone who strayed away from danger, if he found out you were in the middle of it, he would suck it up and run into the brunt of it to be with you. He made himself forget about the possibilities of what could go wrong.

It wasn’t too hard to forget about everything else, to be honest. That’s the kind of effect you had on him. Just by being around him, you could make him forget everything. That eating worry that wouldn’t leave him alone? It was gone the moment you were around. The fear of getting badly hurt in a fight? Gone the moment he realized you were in the middle of the fight.

He would follow you to the ends of the earth without even a second thought.

a summer trip they think of fondly: when allison was in college, she went to go visit a friend who lived in minnesota. it was around the time during the summer when the minnesota state fair was happening, so she went with her friend and her family. it was the most fun allison had in awhile (she got to eat so much food she was pretty sure she gained five pounds and drink a lot of good beers, plus they went to a concert there for a band they both loved)

their favorite disney princess: allison is a major ariel stan (she loved pretending to be her in the pool or bathtub as a child, having a tail and discovering new things in the ocean), but she's also a fierce defender of cinderella because of the way she was able to never lose her sense of self while living with an abusive family

the first song they would dance to with their partner at their wedding: oh GOD, i have so many songs that allison and peter could dance to at their wedding (like seriously SO MANY SONGS). they're all taylor songs because allison's a huge swiftie, and it would be narrowed down to you're in love, love story, or snow on the beach (i legit can't pick because they all fit them so well)

if they have tattoos or piercings: like skye, allison also has three piercings on each of her ears (she does not, however, have the helix piercing). what she does have is a belly button piercing she got back in high school when she was in her rebellion against the siblings' awful parents. as for tattoos, i think allison would most likely get small tattoos that would be hard for people to notice if they were not looking for it (for example, she has ocean waves tattooed on her left foot, and a quote from grey's anatomy wrapped around her right wrist like a bracelet: pick me, choose me, love me)

the scariest moment in their life: seeing isaac get stabbed by jadis. never had she felt such gut-wrenching terror and rage when allison watched the sword go straight through her brother's body and screamed his name

if they would break the law: are you kidding me? allison would a hundred PERCENT break the law if she believed the situation demanded it (especially if it concerned her loved ones)

their favorite reality show (because everyone secretly has one): no, you have to understand. allison grew up on america's next top model, that show was the shit for her when she was in high school (she got to watch hot girls duke it out on the catwalk, it was a dream come true)

if they have a favorite chore: allison actually enjoys washing the dishes (she finds the repetitive motion of scrubbing the dish soothing, and if she could get isaac or skye to help her, a great way to chat with them about their days)

if they like being in pictures and what faces they make in them: allison LOVES pictures (taking them, being in them, it's the mom in her), and she is the one who will always cheese it up to a hundred because she has no shame when it comes to pictures

if they get along with kids: um, OF COURSE! allison was basically mom to isaac and skye, she is a wiz and pro when it comes to kids (but seriously, allison is the best mom all around, not just to isaac and skye, but to her and peter's children as well)

Enzo and Y/N have been together for a few years now, they met one summer while they were both on holidays and it simply clicked, they could talk for hours on end, coffe or tea mugs in hand, even if they grew cold because the conversation was way too interesting. There were no such things as uncomfortable silences between Y/N and Enzo, for her laying her head on the black haired guy’s legs as they read their books in peace, they truly were best friends who were in a relationship, so when Enzo told the brunette girl he had gotten a chance to better his acting career in Europe, she was truly so excited for him encouraging him to take it and move to Spain, even if it meant they would have to take their relationship into long distance, she was in the middle of her college degree and couldn’t leave the city to go with him. When Y/N took Enzo to the airport and the taller guy engulfed her in the tightest hug ever and leaned down whispering in her ear “never forget that I love you with all my soul chiquita, because the soul never forgets”. Y/N closed her eyes hiding her face in his chest taking a deep breath wanting to keep every single detail of her boyfriend engraved in her memory and her senses until she saw him again. As she nodded softly Enzo held her face in his hands giving her a soft loving kiss before he walked through the boarding area doors.

The first few months weren’t that hard, the facetime calls every night, the love still in both their hearts and bodies, it worked, somehow it worked for both of them. But as time started going by, Y/N started noticing how Enzo’s texts and calls were less and less frequent, of course she understood that his life must have been busy, she knew for a fact that the tan skinned man was booking so many jobs, modeling, acting, whatever you thought about he got it and she was extremely proud of him. That didn’t mean that seeing all the Instagram stories and posts about the events he attended, the travels, the parties, the girls on there, it stung, specially with them being so far apart, and she felt stuck. Her classes felt stupid, she couldn’t focus, her grades were starting to slip and she hated that it had such an effect on her, Y/N did trust Enzo, but she missed him so bad it didn’t make sense.

Three months had gone by since Enzo had moved to Spain and the facetime calls were rare by now, they had gone from daily to maybe weekly, that is if he didn’t bail on them and as Friday afternoon approached, Y/N texted him to confirm they were still on for that call.

bebé 💖: En babe, please tell me we’re still on for today’s facetime? it’s been so long since I’ve seen you, I miss you.

Zito 😘: Chiquita….you’re gonna kill me…I’m so so sorry…. I have a last minute event tonight, but I promise I’ll call you as soon as I get back if it ain’t too late back in Montevideo. I love you too I miss your pretty face as well.

bebé 💖: Yeah…..sure whatever you say Enzo….. call me whenever you get 2 minutes to talk to your gf…..if that’s what I am still.

Y/N was furious, she couldn’t believe he was dodging her again, she was getting so tired of trying, but she knew that she didn’t want to let it go, she didn’t wanna let him go. She let herself fall down on her mattress looking out the window and stopped fighting the tears rolling down her cheeks as she hastily wiped at them; she was happy, she needed to be happy for him, be supportive of his dream, but what about them? did the relationship they had mean nothing to Enzo? somehow the brunette still trusted that he wasn’t cheating on her, she knew her boyfriend, yet there it was, that tugging feeling at her gut telling her something wasn’t right. 

Enzo’s POV:

It destroyed him knowing how she was feeling, there was nothing more than he wanted than to be there with her, to hold her, kiss those pink lips he loved so much. But if the hazel eyed guy wanted to be able to bring her over to live with him he needed to save enough money to pay for her college here, get everything ready so she could transfer universities. He had spoken to Y/N’s parents about this, and they had given him the all clear for it. Y/M/N had told him that Y/N wasn’t doing too well, of course she had never really said anything about it, that’s how much she loved him and that broke the older guy in half. 

bebé 💖: En babe, please tell me we’re still on for today’s facetime? it’s been so long since I’ve seen you, I miss you.

Zito 😘: Chiquita….you’re gonna kill me…I’m so so sorry…. I have a last minute event tonight, but I promise I’ll call you as soon as I get back if it ain’t too late back in Montevideo. I love you too I miss your pretty face as well.

bebé 💖: Yeah…..sure whatever you say Enzo….. call me whenever you get 2 minutes to talk to your gf…..if that’s what I am still.

Enzo bit his lip hard at Y/N’s last text, if she only knew that he didn’t have an event, he was doing so many things in so little time, he was booking the hotel for the trip to Capri for Y/N’s birthday next month, he had arranged it with her parents, needed to go sign the lease on the new apartment he was going to rent  so she could have a study space there, he needed to pick up the engagement ring he had specially made for her. Now as Enzo went about his errands, he was scared he might be screwing it up with the love of his life, it was hard on him too, he could see the pain in her eyes every time they facetimed, and it broke him not being able to wrap his arms around her petite body the way he always did to shelter her from the outside world.

Y/N was still laying on her bed in and out of sleep, she checked her phone one more still holding onto some hope that Enzo would indeed call her and she saw the time, almost midnight, he wasn’t gonna call. Just as she was placing her phone on the night table it started ringing with the tone she had specially selected for him, she turned around again turning the night light on as she reluctantly answered the call “Chiquita, hi, were you sleeping? sorry I didn’t mean to wake you” Enzo said as soon as he saw his girlfriend’s face, her eyes were rimmed with red, he knew she had been crying, he could always tell and his stomach dropped. Y/N shook her head sitting up better, no matter how upset she was, as soon as she heard his voice, everything disappeared, “No, was just about to, but not yet, how have you been En? how was the event?”.

Enzo bit the inside of his lip “it was good yeah….busy but good, how’s school going?” seeing her just shrug and look away from the phone he smiled softly “you kicking ass already? excited about your birthday next month? any plans?” the girl looked back to the screen “no, not really….you said you can’t make it, so why should I?” The conversation carried on until Y/N fell asleep, her phone still in hand, Enzo smiled taking in her resting features, would take any opportunity to see her face that he got.

Three weeks later Y/N sat at the breakfast bar in the kitchen “I already told you guys, don’t feel like taking a trip” she sighed as her parents brought up again that stupid trip to Capri they had planned for her birthday. “Plus, what am I supposed to do there alone?”. Y/M/N smiled looking at her “you wouldn’t be alone honey, Marina’s coming as well, you know your cousin always wanted to visit Capri, we think it would do you good to get some sun on your face, get out of here for a while, we already got you the tickets and hotel booking, come on”. As the hazel eyed girl looked at her parents alternately she nodded softly “if I accept will you be happy?” Y/D/N grinned nodding “so happy”. Y/N nodded again “fine then, I’m going.”

That day Y/N sat on her plane seat next to Marina her cousin- something’s fishy here, she looks so weird- “you’re not gonna tell me what’s going on, are you?” Marina looked up from her book with the best dumbfounded face she could master “Going on with what boo?” Y/N rolled her eyes and went back to playing on her phone. Once they landed and got their suitcases they headed to the hotel. Marina was the one with the hotel details, no one had let her get her hands on anything for the trip, all this was so fishy, so weird, maybe it was just her anxiety, but something was weird, like why did they have two separate hotel rooms. “What? you may have a boyfriend, but I’m planning on getting myself some hot italiana to share my time with here. Thank you very much” Marina said with a cheeky grin on her face when she saw Y/N giving her a quizzical look seeing two different hotel room keys. “Okay, what do you say we settle in, rest a bit, take a shower and meet back down here in an hour or so for dinner?”. And an hour later Y/N walked out of the elevator into the lobby waiting for her cousin, she had changed into a white and baby blue two piece set and a messy bun with some white and gold flat sandals. 

After dinner they were walking down the beach, arms intertwined enjoying the gorgeous sunset. As Y/N stopped to take a picture of it, she felt her cousin move away from her “Hey Mar, would you take my pic..” the brunette turned around looking for her and stopped in her tracks seeing Enzo there down on one knee. 

“I’ve been stupid, beyond stupid, it kills me seeing how you were feeling. I don’t want to see you suffer, never again, I would do anything to see that gorgeous smile of yours, I want to spend every minute of every day of my life with you, would you make me the happiest man on earth ever and marry me?” Y/N kept looking at him gobsmacked, utter shock in her face before she stepped forward hitting his arm over and over “You fucker! you know how shitty I’ve been feeling because you dodged all our calls? I’ve been spinning out of control” she said hiting him with every word before tears started flowing down from her eyes nodding “of course I’ll marry you!”. Enzo grinned sliding the ring on her finger before standing up engulfing her in his arms kissing her “I’m so so sorry, I promise I won’t ever make you cry again”. As Y/N slowly relaxed into his embrace she knew that even beyond the waves, her love for this man could never die and as long as she had his arms to hide into, everything would always be right.

He doesn’t understand how it keeps getting worse. Those feelings he has for Steve growing stronger and stronger every year, going from a little crush into full-blown longing. He kind of waited for the feeling to go away at first, praying that it would, but now he knows he’s helpless against it. He could never not love Steve. He never had a chance of not falling in love with him either.

If only he could find a way to tell him, in a way that doesn’t scare the shit out of Steve, or himself. He hasn’t figured it out yet. So until he does, he tries his best to hide it. He thinks he’s pretty successful, hiding it from Steve at least. Not so successful in hiding it from everyone though, judging from the looks Mrs Rogers gives him sometimes.

He tries to hide it by going out, going dancing with another girl every weekend.

He tries to ignore the fluttering feeling in his stomach when Steve asks him if he can just stay - when Steve’s hiding out at his house, just so he doesn’t have to face his mom after getting into another fight (when he promised her not to).

He tries to stop himself from reaching out and smoothing out the wrinkles on his forehead when Steve unavoidable gets angry with something or someone. Tries to not let the overwhelming feeling of love floor him each and every time Steve gets passionate about standing up for what’s right.

He tries to hold back confessions of love when he’s huddled together with Steve on his small cot, as Steve is burning up with another fever or shaking from the cold, instead pressing closer under the guise of trying to comfort him. He tries to keep his prayers to please not take Steve from him to a whisper, because he’s sure he’d give himself away in an instant if anyone heard his pleas.

He tells himself it’s okay. They’re just good friends, will be the best of friends, until the end of the line. He shouldn’t want more. But god, he does.

He tries so hard to not let it all break his heart.

Until one day, he stops trying. Steve’s sitting on Bucky’s bed, knees pulled up to his chest, angry tears running down his face. They moved in together a couple of months ago, after Steve’s mom died. It’s been hell on Bucky’s ability to hold himself back. But he has, until now.

It’s not like Steve to cry over another failed date. Bucky doesn’t get why he’s so upset, so he asks.

“It’s just…you’re gonna find someone and I’m gonna be on my own, like I always have been, and always will be,” Steve croaks out, dropping his knees down and angrily wiping his face. “Why are you even here? You should be out with Lizzie having fun, instead of at home with me,” he redirects fury at himself for being emotional about this at Bucky.

But he’s never gonna let Steve push him away. “Because I want to be here, with you, punk,” he says, sitting down on the bed beside Steve. “And don’t you say that. Don’t you say that you’re alone, always have been. We promised, didn’t we? Until the end of the line?”

Steve looks sufficiently chastised. “Yeah, till the end of the line Buck,” he murmurs back, a little sheepish.

They sit side by side silently for a while. Maybe, maybe this could be the moment, Bucky thinks.

“You know, I don’t even know if that’s for me. Settling down with a girl, the whole picket fence thing you apparently have imagined for me.”

Steve looks up at him, a frown on his face. “Why not? You deserve that.”

Bucky sighs. “I just…I don’t think that’s what I want. What I want I don’t…I don’t think I can have,” he says, swallowing heavily. Why is this so hard?

When Steve doesn’t say anything, Bucky glances back at him, and what he sees overwhelms him a bit. There’s confusion on his face, sure, but also something he thinks is hope. “What-what do you think you can’t have?” Steve asks in a whisper, large blue eyes staring so intensely at Bucky he feels like they can see right through him, into his soul.

He swallows heavily again, carefully reaching out with his hand to rest his on Steve, waiting for him to pull away.

“I- I don’t know how to…” he trails off, closing his eyes. Maybe it’s now or never, and if he doesn’t, he’ll regret it for the rest of his sorry life. “You’re never gonna be alone Stevie, because I’m always gonna be there. Even if I can’t …if I can’t have you,” he says, holding his breath, waiting for the warmth of Steve’s hand to pull away from his, waiting for Steve to be angry, to leave, or worse.

None of that happens. Steve leaves his hand right where it is, turning around to face Bucky more - he knows because he can feel the thin mattress dip, not because he sees it, he can’t bear to look Steve in the face right now.

“Oh Buck,” Steve sighs, “please look at me?”

It takes everything in him to do as Steve asks, and when his grey blue eyes meet Steve’s blue green ones, there’s nothing even resembling disgust in them, only joy.

Steve turns his hand around so he can intertwine their fingers. “Jesus christ, I thought I was gonna go insane, thinkin’ I was just imagining it all,” Steve says, and he’s laughing, and it’s the most beautiful thing Bucky’s ever seen. “Of course Bucky, of course you can have me. ‘ve always been yours.”

That’s the moment Bucky stops holding back entirely, practically throwing himself at Steve, kissing him with all that he has. It’s clunky at first, a lot of teeth, because neither of them can stop laughing - they’re a little delirious, too giddy and relieved and happy. But eventually it slows down into something softer, and it’s all he’s been waiting for, all he’s been yearning for. It’s everything.

Probably the Nederlands Blazersensemble (Dutch blowers' ensemble) when I was 6, but given that my dad goes to a LOT of concerts for his work and has taken me to several throughout his life, I might've experienced one at even younger an age. My first one I went to without my dad and from my own money tho was Hozier in 2019, and I've seen him twice since 😊

I have been supporting our girl Taylor since the first time I heard Tim McGraw and and related so much I would call the radio stations every day requesting it! I have never missed a show even when I couldn't buy a ticket I would drive around competing in radio contests to win tickets spent hours trying to make outfits that would stand out enough to hopefully get noticed and invited to one of the after show rooms just praying for a chance to hug her and let her know without I'm not sure if I would still be alive. The costume I was most proud of was my reputation outfit I spent months writing in glow in the dark paint every single song she put out ever on my pants and shirt thinking maybe I could be noticed. But I jokingly have referred to myself as the invisible Swifty because I just can never be picked to meet her. I finally got tickets to her October 18th show in Miami and will be traveling from TX to see her. I got news recently about my health and am holding on to hope I will hold on until I see the show. I was wondering if any of my fellow beautiful Swifty's that have been able to meet her have any idea if it's still even possible to meet her without being famous because I've only seen her taking pictures and meeting celebrities now after the Era's show? Do you have any tips or advice on how to be able to express how much she means to me before my time on this earth is over? the stereotypical "Earth signs get along well with other Earth and Water signs, Air signs get along well with other Air and Fire signs" fact is quite true when applied to friendships you're more likely to be in. 🧐

i am an Air sign and most of my friends are Air and Fire signs, and this can apply to both Sun and Mercury signs. I tend to communicate better (less misunderstandings) with other Air and Fire Mercury signs, and my friends who are Water or Earth signs tend to have Air/Fire in their personal placements 🤔

I think Aquarians usually are not as close to other Aquarians because we are quite reserved + detached. we tend to only open up when someone more extroverted talks to us, so our friends tend to be more extroverted (this is for Aquarius introverts)

I've noticed Scorpio Moons and Aquarius Moons get along so well and tend to stick to the other in a group of people, for eg. Jennie and Jisoo from BlackPink. I also observed that both Moons tend to have a liking for darker things, including dark humour. as an Aquarius Moon who was in a rs with a Scorpio Moon once, we used to share the same taste in music that was a tad darker than our friends' and it was usually only us who made the dark jokes when others went like "😐"/"😑" instead
