Eviction

I did not make rent, I’m no where near it. I still have $750 to raise. Out of desperation I charged my card just to attempt to pay. The 3rd is the absolute last day to pay. The office is closed, so on Monday the leasing office will see whether I paid or not. If I don’t raise the remaining $750 the transaction will decline.

If my payment declines I will be charged an additional $100 for processing fee. Not only that I will pay for the late fee which is $100 + $10 everyday rent is late. This is still in effect even if they are evicting the tenant. Evictions take 1-3 months every month I reside in my apartment they will charge me if I don’t vacate. The $100 + late fee will still resume even in eviction. I processed the payment despite not having enough to pay rent to buy time. I am lucky that rent fell on the weekend and not during the week.

This is my final plea to staying housed. I have exhausted all options. If payment does not reflect by Sunday Midnight. I will be issued a notice to vacate Monday.

I saw the movie for the second time yesterday and will see it again later today. I'm so glad that the ghouls got acknowledged. I managed to take this pic. Hopefully, we'll be able to watch it again in the future. Love all my ghoul and ghoulette brothers in sisters. I can't wait for the future of ghost and I'm so excited. The new song is an absolute banger.

so sometimes a thing that happens is it's march 2015 and you're me and you're a big fan of the mountain goats and then you read check please and imprint on kent victory parson like you are a little duck and he is your troubled mother. and then beat the champ comes out about a month later and something in your brain, upon hearing heel turn 2, says, "this song, no matter what happens in your life, no matter how you move on and how you grow, will always make you think of kent parson"

and then it's 2024 and. you're having a huge beat the champ season. phenomenal album. incredibly evocative of exactly what john darnielle set out to do. except for heel turn 2, which will never make you think of anything other than kent parson, because that little duck within you has never stopped swimming
