It's really crazy how Cos is being attacked now because he posted a picture with Jutty. Lots of comments like "believe the victim first" or "why are you hanging out with perpetrators?".

First of all, why should Cos believe a stranger from the internet instead of one of his best friends who he has known for years? I think he knows more about the whole situation and knows Jutty much better than we do.

And besides, I think it's really crazy that people are calling for Jutty to be canceled and statements are being made like "you always have to believe the victim first, even if there is no evidence yet." I think it's better to remain neutral until there is evidence. And by that I mean real evidence and not some assumptions. Imagine if it came out that the account accusing Jutty was actually just a fake or something? Then, despite his innocence, there would already have been a witch hunt against him, he would have been canceled and his reputation damaged. And even if it was proven afterwards that he didn't do anything, this accusation would still stick to him. So why believe the victim without any evidence instead of remaining neutral and waiting?

According to this logic, I could accuse anyone, ruin their life with it, and they would still "have to" believe me without me having to prove anything. I know from my own experience how bad s3xual abuse can be and how long the consequences can haunt you and affect your psyche and sexuality and your ability to have a safe, healthy relationship.

But I still don't think it's right to start a witch hunt just because an account on a platform claims something without evidence. You can say a lot on the internet and it spreads like wildfire and at some point no one cares anymore about what is right or wrong because the witch hunt has already started.

I don't want to accuse the person of lying because I don't know. I don't know whether their statement is true or whether Jutty is right.

I just think it's important to remain neutral for now. If something really did happen, then it will get cleared up and sooner or later there will be justice for it.

It is not our job to judge a matter about which we have only the bare minimum of information.

how we can tell that cos is playing guitar like a bass and per is playing bass like a guitar, @jazz-bazz

their techniques aren't tied to ghost plus im gonna be using pics of them from both ghost stage and different instances so ill be refering to them with their unmasked names but obviously cos≠rain and per≠dew

there are three main factors that can help us recognize the bassy way of playing a guitar and vice versa, i took some pictures myself for the easy comparisson (im so sorry for my nails)

picking - due to how thick bass strings are, strumming them with a pick at the same angle as the guitar wouldn't work too well, it just shreds the pick and makes a... not nice noise lmao the easiest way to describe is that on bass the pick must hit the strings pararelly and on guitar it can be angled

fretting - again, because of the bass string thickness, pressing them down is different than the guitar way. also there's less space between the strings on guitar than bass, obiviously. the difference is that on guitar we press the string down with the very tip of the finger while on bass we put them down flat with the softer part of our finger. also, on guitar we go above the fret and on bass on the fret

thumb placement - generally most of the time with playing the bass the thumb goes around the neck, while on the guitar its usually supporting the back of the neck. there are different techniques at all and its not a set rule but it is somewhat of a "general rule". its said that on guitar the thumb should be not visible if we're looking directly from the front
