not seeing enough posts about how jax literally was correct about how caine isn't gonna do anything even if they misbehave during the adventure

like he very much said nothings gonna happen and he was RIGHT because they all got the same score despite pomni flirting with gummygoo instead of taking the gloink queen's order, ragatha being high, and jax clocking off early and putting ragatha in the frier and saying he hates customers and... everything else he did. meanwhile zooble did their job so well and ALSO got a b+ like everyone else

tldr jax was right that they cant face consequences and the fact hes so confident in that probably makes the fact that hes an asshole make significantly more sense bc he has no reason to stop and also he's right that nothing they do in the circus matters. work hard? b+. get high and stop working to sit on the floor and make everyone elses lives harder? also b+

Love that Caine can't bear to give anyone a lower score than B+, which inadvertently means that Zoob being generally grouchy but going above and beyond by effectively covering 2 stations for a double shift gets the same ranking as the employee that got high on the clock and the one that deep-fried a co-worker.

ooo. small detail but another thing for the whole masks and facades thing in the spudsy’s episode, the fact that jax immediately and frantically goes “nobody can see this, right??” is. kinda interesting

Absolutely loved episode 4! I adored the dive into these characters, from gangle and zoobles interactions, pomni seeing gummigoo again, it was so exciting! Can't wait for the next episode ^^

This part here strongly implies that Gangle (IRL) had parents that forced her into a Shift Managing Job she didn't want to do. She was told that her dreams of making webcomics was "unrealistic".

"You Need to Stop Trying!" I'm sure she was directly quoting her parents at that moment. Clearly a hint of her tragic past!
