Does anybody watch fitness or weight loss channels ?
They all seem to judge eating disorders Alot harsher than ordinary people . I heard the "swolenormous " talk about an anorexia and bulimic saying they should get Thier shit together as of they are just being lazy ??
Some judge to harsh and criticize food choices saying they have two many calories ? They are recovery from an eating disorder calories don't matter should be what they say instead .
It just proves that the media's views of us continue to isolate us everyday driving us into our Eds further .

Food is fuel. After listening and binge listening to the Daily Swolecast by @swolenormous its time I really really clean up how I eat and set a better example for Sean. I cook dinners but breakfast and lunch for me can be really hit or miss. So I'm taking it back and really focusing on better food quality. 1 whole egg + egg whites 1c spinach Himalayan pink sea salt 4 strawberries 1 English muffin with butter Eating more real food and less to no processes fake food. Another thing I have brought back into my life is yoga. I do at least one, sometimes two, yoga flows everyday. Just simple 10-15 minute easy flows. It really does make a huge difference. Let me preface this by saying it is not the rona. Okay now that that is out of the way. I am bloated. Gassy. Stomach issues. My vitamins have never caused this and my doctor says everything I am taking is fine 🤗 she said whatever I don't use I just pee out and I won't overdose or overload unless I'm taking a ton of vitamins all in a few minutes to 30 minute time frame. So we are good on that. Everytime I get stomach issues I take a look at what I am eating, an I over eating, am I eating something that effects me negatively. I basically do an elimination diet that @swolenormous recommends because you find foods that may affect you negatively. So over the next week I'll be journaling in my life book and journal and keeping track of what im saying and what effects me immediately. And while making sure when I eat, I'm drinking at least 8-10 is of water with meals and snacks.
