Sq prompt: Emma forgot to give that shirt back in season 1 and find it again years later. She decides to wear it again just to troll Regina. Regina's reaction is not what she expected...
Hello anon! I want to apologies for completing this prompt late but better late than never. I will be posting this story on ao3 as well, just need to come up with a title for it. So any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you to my beta @bytherosebushlaughing for her work! Enjoy!
Trigger warnings: none that I’m aware but if there is please let me know!
xxxx
If I had it my way, I would take the lead
And if I had it my way, I would take you deep
If my body had a say, I'd get it off my chest
Show you all the red lace underneath this dress
Emma shuffled through her closet, her fingers skimming over the array of tops hanging on the rod. Typically, she didn't fuss much about her wardrobe choices, but this morning felt different. She wanted to put in a little more effort to find the perfect top to pair with her black jeans and boots.
Frustration flickered across her features as she scanned through the various options, each one failing to meet her standards. But then, tucked away in the back of her closet, she spotted a hanger wrapped in a thin, clear plastic garment bag. A small smirk tugged at the corners of her lips as she remembered exactly what lay within.
Carefully, she unzipped the bag and pulled out the blue silk blouse that had been stolen from Regina's closet by Henry almost three years ago. It was a thoughtful gesture from her son, who had taken it for Emma to wear after she had spilled hot chocolate on her original top. Emma had intended to return it to Regina once it was ready, but amidst the chaos of the curse being broken and new threats arising, the task had slipped her mind.
With the blouse now gracing her frame, Emma swiftly slipped it on, skillfully buttoning it up while leaving the top three buttons undone for a casual yet stylish touch. She tucked the blouse into her jeans and pulled it out slightly, perfecting the effortlessly chic look.
Stepping in front of her full-size mirror beside the bedroom door, Emma smoothed down her Sheffield badge on her jeans, ensuring every detail was just right.
For her hairstyle, Emma opted for a ponytail with a twist. Gathering her hair into a ponytail, she left a section loose to create a side braid before incorporating it into the rest of her hair. The result was a playful yet elegant look, with her curls bouncing at the ends of her ponytail.
Taking one last glance in the mirror, Emma couldn't help but smile at her reflection.
It was noon when Emma strode into Granny's, the familiar scent of home-cooked meals enveloping her as she made her way to retrieve her and the mayor's lunch. She had placed the order ahead of time, a routine they had established to make their busy days a little easier.
Greeting Ruby with a warm smile, Emma exchanged pleasantries with the young waitress, who had become a close friend over time. They chatted about their day and their plans for the upcoming weekend, Ruby's excitement palpable as she mentioned the fair that was happening over the weekend.
Emma nodded along, understanding the significance of the event for the townsfolk. The fair, announced by the Madam Mayor herself a couple of months ago, was a rare treat for Storybrooke, offering modern-day fair rides and attractions. While Emma didn't find the fair particularly thrilling, she looked forward to experiencing it with Henry.
As Emma stepped out of Granny's, the midday sun cast a warm glow over the quaint streets of Storybrooke. She approached her beloved yellow bug parked just outside the diner, she unlocked the door and settled into the driver's seat, the worn leather embracing her like an old friend. As she started the engine and pulled away from the curb, the gentle hum of the car filled the air, carrying her towards the next stop.
Regina's eyes lifted from her work at the soft knock on her door.
"Yes?" she called out, her voice tinged with curiosity, though her attention was fully captured when the door opened and closed swiftly. "Miss Swan—" she began, only to be interrupted by Emma's entrance.
"Madam Mayor, I figured you could use a lunch break," Emma interjected, holding up a takeout bag from Granny's with a warm smile.
Regina closed her laptop with a soft click before rising to her feet, her movements graceful yet deliberate. She rounded her large desk, her gaze fixed firmly on Emma as she approached.
"While I do appreciate the meal, Miss Swan," she began, her voice measured but tinged with curiosity, "Care to explain why you still have my blouse?"
Standing in front of Emma, Regina's dark eyes bore into the green pair opposite her, a silent challenge hanging in the air between them.
Emma shrugged.
“Honestly, I had forgotten all about it. I meant to return after it was done at the cleaners but the curse broke and well…shit hit the fan after that.”
Regina's lips curled into a subtle, sly grin as she regarded Emma.
"I see," she purred softly. Her gaze drifted briefly to the open buttons on Emma's blouse before returning to meet her eyes. "Well, I suppose we've both had our share of distractions." She extended her hand gracefully, her fingers lightly brushing against Emma's as she gestured towards the takeout bag. "Thank you for the lunch, regardless," she added, her voice low and husky.
The takeout bag found itself placed on top of the desk as Regina's fingers grazed Emma's, a jolt of electricity surged through her body, igniting a fire within her that she couldn't ignore.
Her heart raced in her chest, the pounding of its rhythm echoing in her ears like a drumbeat. Heat surged from the depths of her core, spreading through her veins like wildfire, leaving her breathless and undone.
Emma swallowed hard, her voice trembling as she struggled to form coherent words. "Y-you’re welcome," she managed, her breath hitching in her throat.
The intensity of Regina's presence was overwhelming, leaving her dizzy with desire.
Regina's eyes held a smoldering intensity as she sensed Emma's reaction. The air between them crackled with an unspoken tension.
Regina's fingers trailed along the delicate fabric of the blouse, savoring the sensation as she pulled it out of Emma's pants. The silk felt cool and smooth against her skin, sending a shiver of anticipation down her spine.
"Now, Emma," Regina began, her voice low and sultry. "About this blouse..."
She held the garment up between them, her eyes locking with Emma's as she let the implications hang in the air.
Emma's breath hitched as Regina's lips brushed against her ear, sending a jolt of electricity coursing through her veins. She felt herself being drawn closer, her hands instinctively finding their place on Regina's hips, anchoring her against the older woman's warm body.
"As much as I think you look decent in this top," Regina murmured against Emma's ear, "I have to say, Miss Swan, it looks much better on you when it's off and on the floor."
A soft moan escaped Emma's lips as Regina's words sent a shiver down her spine. The sensation of Regina's warm breath against her skin sent chills racing through her body, igniting a fire within her that she couldn't ignore.
Regina's fingers moved deftly, undoing the buttons of Emma's blouse with deliberate slowness, each one revealing more of her bare skin underneath. Emma's breath caught in her throat as Regina's touch sent shivers down her spine, her body trembling with anticipation.
"Is that so, Madam Mayor?" Emma's voice was barely a whisper, her lips hovering just inches from Regina's as she leaned in, her heart pounding in her chest.
Regina's dark eyes smoldered with desire as she met Emma's gaze, a small smirk playing at the corners of her lips. Without a word, she continued to undress Emma with her eyes, her touch igniting a fire within her.
As the last button came undone, Emma's blouse fell open, revealing her soft, milky skin to Regina's hungry gaze. A low moan escaped Emma's lips as Regina's fingers trailed lightly over her exposed flesh, sending waves of pleasure coursing through her body. Regina felt herself come undone, her fingertips tracing the smoothness of Emma's skin with reverence.
The sensation was like velvet against her touch, igniting a fire within her that she couldn't deny. Goosebumps rose on Emma's milky skin with every gentle caress, her abs rippling beneath Regina's touch, tempting her to explore further.
The desire to taste Emma's skin was overwhelming, the need to feel her warmth against her lips almost unbearable. Regina leaned in closer, her breath mingling with Emma's as she hovered just inches away, her lips tantalizingly close to Emma's exposed flesh.
With a hungry look in her eyes, Regina whispered softly, "You have no idea how much I want to taste you."
Her voice was barely a whisper, filled with longing and desire as she fought to control the urge to devour Emma whole.
“Gina, you can't say things like that..." Emma's voice was barely a whisper, her lips tantalizingly close to Regina's, the heat of their breath mingling in the space between them.
Regina's heart raced at the sound of Emma's voice, her breath hitching in anticipation as their lips drew closer. The air crackled with tension, each word a silent plea for more.
She leaned in closer, unable to resist the magnetic pull of Emma's presence.
Regina's voice trembled with a mixture of authority and vulnerability, her words a whispered plea that hung heavy in the air. Her eyes were fixed on Emma's soft pink lips, her desire evident in the way her hands fumbled with Emma's jeans.
"Emma, don't make me beg," Regina urged, her voice barely above a whisper as she leaned in closer, the heat of their bodies mingling in the intimate space between them. Her fingers trembled with anticipation as she sought to remove the barrier between them, her need for Emma palpable in every touch.
"But I like it when you beg, Madam Mayor." Emma teased.
Regina's breath hitched at Emma's teasing words, a shiver of anticipation running down her spine. Despite her attempt to maintain composure, a small smirk tugged at the corners of her lips.
"Oh, do you now?" Regina replied, her voice laced with a hint of amusement. The tension between them crackled in the air, their desires unspoken yet unmistakable.
"Oh, you know I do. And I love it even more when you're screaming for it," Emma teased, her lips dangerously close to Regina's, their breaths becoming one.
Regina's pulse quickened at Emma's words, her heart pounding in her chest as desire surged through her veins. Their closeness sent electric currents tingling across her skin, her body responding eagerly to Emma's proximity.
"Is that a promise, Miss Swan?" Regina whispered, her voice husky with desire as she leaned in closer, their lips mere centimeters apart.
Emma simply nodded and finally their lips met in a heated embrace, a surge of electricity coursed through their bodies, igniting a fire that had long smoldered between them. Regina's hands found their way to Emma's waist, pulling her closer as their tongues danced in a tantalizing rhythm.
Their kisses grew deeper, more urgent, each one a testament to the raw desire that simmered just beneath the surface. Emma's fingers tangled in Regina's hair, pulling her closer still, while Regina's nails traced gentle patterns along Emma's back, sending shivers down her spine.
Their breath mingled between kisses, hot and heavy with longing, as they lost themselves in each other completely. Time seemed to stand still as they explored each other's mouths with a hunger that bordered on desperation, their bodies pressed together in a passionate embrace.
With each touch, each caress, the tension between them mounted, building to a crescendo that threatened to consume them both.
As their lips continued to meet in a fervent dance, a soft knock on the door startled them both. Regina and Emma froze, their eyes meeting in a moment of shared hesitation. The interruption was unwelcome, but duty called, and they reluctantly began to pull away from each other, their breaths mingling in the still air of the office.
As their lips parted, Regina's heart pounded in her chest like a drumbeat, the rush of adrenaline coursing through her veins. She quickly straightened her dress, her fingers fumbling with the fabric as she tried to compose herself. Beside her, Emma hastily buttoned her blouse back up, her movements mirroring Regina's sense of urgency.
Their shared moment of passion lingered in the air like a palpable heat, leaving them both with a sense of vulnerability and uncertainty. Regina's mind raced with conflicting emotions, a tumultuous whirlwind of desire and apprehension.
Emma's expression mirrored Regina's turmoil, her features drawn tight with a mixture of longing and hesitation. They exchanged a fleeting glance, their eyes speaking volumes even as their words failed them.
Regina's touch was gentle yet possessive as she pulled Emma closer by the loop of her jeans, their bodies drawn together in an intimate embrace. With her free hand cradling Emma's cheek, she leaned in for one final kiss, their lips meeting in a lingering caress that spoke of unspoken promises and shared longing.
As they reluctantly pulled away from each other, Regina's voice was soft but resolute. "We'll continue this later," she murmured, her words carrying a hint of anticipation and longing.
Emma's heart fluttered at Regina's promise, her own desire mirrored in the depths of her green eyes. With a nod of agreement, she stepped back, her fingers lingering against Regina's before reluctantly releasing their hold.
With a deep breath, Regina finally composed herself enough to call out, "Come in.”
The door opened slowly, revealing one of Regina's advisors, his eyes widening in surprise as he took in the scene before him. Regina quickly schooled her features into a mask of professionalism, though she couldn't quite shake the memory of the passion they had just shared.
As her advisor launched into the details of the upcoming meeting, Regina stole a fleeting glance at Emma before she slipped out of her office, their eyes meeting briefly before she turned her attention back to the task at hand.

Incorrect SwanQueen Quotes
Zelena: Where's your wife? Emma: She went to go scream at and fight everyone who has ever hurt me. Zelena: Oh god, go on then, who's up first on Regina's hit list? Who's going to be walking round with a bloody nose? Emma: Herself. but without the bloody nose. She’s been yelling at the mirror with some very unsavoury hand gestures for the last hour.

Emma wasn’t supposed to overhear it. She’d just stopped by the mayor’s office to pick up Henry when she heard muffled voices through the door—Regina’s voice, tight with restrained pain, and Robin’s, low and frustrated.
"Because of the potion, Robin! I made myself barren. I can’t have more children." Regina’s voice wavered, but she quickly regained control. "I told you this before we—before anything started."
Emma’s heart clenched. She’d known Regina had trouble conceiving, but she never knew why. The thought of Regina, young and desperate enough to believe she needed to sacrifice her own future for power, made something deep in her ache.
She should have left. It wasn’t her business. But when she heard Robin’s dismissive scoff, she lingered.
"You’re the most powerful sorceress in town, and you expect me to believe there’s no way to fix this?" Robin snapped.
"There isn’t. I’ve tried."
Silence followed, thick and heavy. Then Robin’s voice, quieter but no less sharp. "Then I suppose Henry will have to be enough."
Emma didn’t know what possessed her to step inside, but suddenly, she was there, and both Regina and Robin were staring at her in shock.
"Emma," Regina said, blinking rapidly. "What—"
"You could have another kid," Emma blurted. "I mean, with some help."
Regina’s brow furrowed, but Robin's glare darkened. "This isn’t your concern," he said coldly.
Emma ignored him. She looked at Regina, her heart pounding. "I could be your surrogate."
Silence. A long, stunned moment where Regina simply stared at her, lips parted, eyes wide.
Robin broke it. "Absolutely not!"
Emma barely heard him. She was too focused on the way Regina’s expression was changing—shock melting into something like awe, like she couldn’t believe Emma would offer something so selfless.
"You would—" Regina’s voice faltered. "You would do that?"
"In a heartbeat," Emma admitted, and damn it, there was a lump in her throat now. "You’re an amazing mom. And Henry would love a sibling." She swallowed. "I just—I want you to have that chance if you still want it."
Regina’s eyes shone suspiciously bright, and for a second, Emma thought she might cry. But before she could say anything, Robin stepped between them.
"This is ridiculous," he snapped. "Emma, I don’t know what game you’re playing, but you are not carrying my child."
Emma squared her shoulders. "It wouldn’t be your child, Robin. It’d be Regina’s."
His expression twisted with anger. "Of course you’d say that. You’d love to tie yourself to her forever, wouldn’t you? Maybe even play house? You’re in love with her."
Emma’s breath hitched.
Regina inhaled sharply. "Robin—"
"Oh, come on, Regina," Robin scoffed. "You don’t see it? Or do you just pretend not to?"
Emma braced herself for Regina’s rejection, the inevitable of course she’s not in love with me, don’t be absurd.
But it never came.
Instead, Regina’s gaze flickered between Emma and Robin, something shifting behind her eyes. She took a slow step closer to Emma, searching her face.
"Emma," she said carefully. "Is that true?"
Emma's throat tightened. She could lie. She could walk away. But she’d already put her heart on the line in ways she hadn’t meant to today.
So she nodded. "Yeah. It is."
Regina inhaled sharply. Robin let out an incredulous laugh. "Well, then I suppose—"
"Leave," Regina said, her voice cool and commanding.
Robin froze. "What?"
"Leave." Regina’s eyes didn’t leave Emma’s. "I think we’re done here."
Emma’s heart pounded as Robin huffed, muttered something under his breath, and stormed out. But she barely noticed, because Regina was stepping even closer now, looking at her like she was something precious.
"You offered me a gift I never thought I could have," Regina murmured. "And now, you’ve given me another."
Emma swallowed. "What’s that?"
Regina smiled, warm and soft. "You."
And then, to Emma’s shock and sheer delight, Regina kissed her.
Henry got his sibling the following year....

What if instead of sending one of her flying monkeys to seduce Emma and all that, Zelena herself went to NY to seduce Emma and get her revenge on Regina?
Like, she learned that Regina was in love with Emma (and was probably reciprocal) but Regina never had the guts to say anything to Emma and now she's trapped in the EF, away from Emma and their son. So, Zelena decides to go to NY and get her revenge.
Somehow Regina finds out and then finds a way to go after them in NY to save Emma and Henry. Not sure if I would want them back in Storybrooke/EF tho. Maybe just leave them living a peaceful life away from all the drama

Emma comes out to someone who is important to her, and they are not accepting at all. Regina overhears/stands up for Emma.
Thank you for this beautiful idea, and I hope you enjoy what I have written darling - I know the person isn't quite someone who is important to her, but it is someone who has played a big part in her life <3
Read it here on A03 if you prefer.
Emma was pacing main street, up and down, her hands twisting by the front of her stomach, and her face screwed up like the sun that wasn’t there was too bright. Her heart was hammering against her ribs, and she kept walking and when she turned on her heels for the sixth time not looking up from the ground beneath her feet—she collided right into Regina Mills.
“SHIT!” Emma snapped, but it was more at herself than Regina.
“Watch where you’re going Emma.” Regina’s gaze focussed in on Emma’s face, and then her hand that were still twisting. “Hey, are you okay?”
“Oh, yeah just, waiting for someone.”
“Anyone I know?” Regina asked, a little worried with the way Emma was standing.
“Yeah, Killian.”
“Oh that’s right, well have fun.” Regina smiled, starting to walk past Emma.
Emma suddenly grabbed at Regina wrist stopping her from leaving “Wait, Regina, would you…would you mind coming in with me?”
“Whatever for? Your a big girl I’m sure you can manage the pirate without me.”
Emma kept her grip on Regina’s wrist—she really didn’t like having to ask anyone for help, but Regina was always there when she needed her, and when she asked.
“I—please Regina?”
Regina checked her watched and looked back up at Emma “Yeah, yeah okay, come on. You meeting him in Granny’s?”
“Yeah.”
Regina walked with Emma in a comfortable silence into the almost empty diner. “Can I get you anything?”
“No. I better go sit down and wait for him.”
“Okay.” Regina let her hand linger around Emma a little longer than was usual for a two people who was supposedly just friends. “I’m just going to order a coffee and then I’ll be at my usual table.”
“Thanks.” Emma walks over to one of the booths still feeling Regina’s gently touch around her wrist. Emma placed her own fingers over her wrist of where the Mayors touch still lingers—where she still wished it was. Emma found the booth closest to where Regina was going to be sat. Emma sat down and watched Regina order her coffee, and then turned her face back to her table. She placed her right elbow on the table and let her chin rest on the bottom of her palm until she heard a familiar voice.
“Swan.” Killian smirked and Emma took her arm off the table, looking up at him. Killian leaned in to give her a kiss but Emma turned her cheek.
Emma could have sworn she heard Regina muffle a laugh.
They begun with limited small talk—the type that made Emma want to throw up. She could feel Regina’s eyes watching her—well watch Killian. Regina had become incredibly protective of Emma over the last year or so, especially when it came to her boyfriend—it was no secret that Regina hated Killian, but when she saw how he could be with her it made her blood boil.
Regina’s jaw tightened and her eyes narrowed as she watched the two of them talk. She wanted to stand up right there and then and sump her coffee over his smug, stupid little head—but some how she restrained herself.
“So, have you made a decision?” Killian asked, his hand reaching across the table to hold her hand but she pulled away, and again Regina held back a laugh. This time Killian laughed, and the look he gave Regina could have killed her if he had magic to do it with.
“You asked me to marry you, why?”
“I love you and you love me.”
“Would you stop it. Stop telling me how I fucking feel! I don’t love you, I have been telling you this for months and you keep pushing me into something that I do not want.”
“Swan, what are you saying?”
Regina kept her ears pricked. As Mayor she’d learned how to listen without listening, making sure every word reached her ears. And so she sat, hands around her hot mug of coffee and reading the paper—or pretending to.
“I’m saying that we are over Killian.”
“Why?” He asked, a low growl coming out of his throat and grabbing Emma’s arm.
“Let go of me.” Emma snarled. She waited for him to let go before she carried on the conversation “you want to know why? Well. Two pretty big reasons.”
“Okay? And what are they? I deserve an answer Swan.” The anger in his voice was billowing out like the smoke from a chimney.
“Yeah. You’re right. You’re a lot of things Killian and all of those reasons would give me every excuse not to give you the answers you want, but I deserve to give them to you to move forward with my own life.”
Regina hearing every word couldn’t help the smug, proud smile that graced her face. Emma was telling Killian the truth but doing it by putting her peace and happiness first and Regina was more than proud of Emma for realising she deserved better than him.
“Fine.” Killian leaned back, folding his arms across his chest “Tell me then?”
Emma looked to Regina—smiling subtly watching as Regina looked up from her paper their eyes meeting before Emma came back to the man at her table.
“Looks it’s not just that I don’t love you…it’s more than that…” Emma took a low, sharp, inhale of breath. “I’m…I’m gay Killian.”
“Y—you’re what?” Killian’s face looked like one of those silver painted men who play as statues.
“I. Am. Gay. I like women, well truth be told I like a woman, but she doesn’t know.”
“Who is it?”
“What’s it matter? Because even if she wasn’t around, I’d still be gay.”
Killian suddenly got to his feet, slamming his palm on the table and growling—he then looked to Regina, whose body was twisted slightly on the chair, one leg crossed over her knee, showing of her elongated smooth legs, the heels at the end doing them every bit of justice.
He looked back to Emma and pointed at Regina “This is her doing!”
Emma frowned looking to Regina—shaking her head she came back to Killians line of sight “Leave Regina out of it, and be respectful call her by her name.”
“God.” Killian looked genuinely disgusted as his nose crinkled up on the bridge. “You always were too broken for a real man—although given the chance Swan, I could turn you straight.” His voice was cruel and unforgiving.
Regina was immediately on her feet, slamming the paper shut and walking coldly over to them, stepping just slightly in front of where Emma was sat.
“Tell me, one handed wonder, was it Emma telling you who she really is, or telling you no that wounded that pathetic male ego of yours?”
“This is none of your business your majesty. Keep your evil nose out of our love life.”
Regina couldn’t help the soft laugh that came from between her lips “Oh that is rich. Love life? You don’t have one—you never did. You just keep digging that whole of yours.”
The Emma finally got to her feet, standing beside Regina and narrowing her eyes into Killian. “We’re done.”
As Emma went to turn, he forcefully grabbed her arm stopping her from going.
“Ow.” She hissed “Let g of me. You don’t get to do this.”
“You don’t get to walk away from me Emma. Me.”
Regina grabbed his wrist “I would let go if I were you, unless you want a matching hook? And you’ll be double hooked.” Regina sniggered, forcing his tight hand from Emma’s wrist “touch her again and I will break something in your body.”
Emma shook her head, turning away.
Regina grabbed Emma’s wrist gently “Come on, lets go get something to eat away from here.”
“I’m not hungry.”
“Then you can watch me eat.” Regina smiled, her voice stilling for a moment as the entered back out onto main street, into the fresh spring air. “I’m proud of you Emma.”

...31 is speaking to me from the prompts 😭
HIIIII BFF... ofc ofc always for you.
from this prompt list (anyone else feel free to send an ask with any fandom in my pinned post<3), and posted here on ao3
i didnt know what ship to give this but i read the prompt a few times over and thought of The Lip Scar ™ so i had to write sq for it 😌😌💛
soo here you go, nothing but tooth rotting fluff! (and it is literally tooth rotting, bc theres cupcakes involved)
“I’m home! ‘Gina?” Emma called out as she pushed open the front door. The flowers she had picked up on the way home had made it difficult to unlock it, but she had managed. She started to kick off her boots by the door.
“Kitchen!” Regina’s voice rang out. Emma smiled and started to walk towards her voice before stopping and guiltily looking back at her boots. She grumbled to herself, recalling the many lectures she had gotten from her wife about leaving her boots by the door. She went back to pick them up and set them in the shoe rack.
Only then did Emma head into the room. She spotted Regina hovering over a plate of cupcakes, swirling frosting on them with a pipe. She hid the flowers behind her back before speaking up.
“How are you perfect at everything? ” Emma announced her presence and leaned on the doorway. The cupcakes looked as if straight out of a professional bakery. The frosting was balanced and even, a feat that not even Snow could accomplish so precisely.
Regina looked over at her with a cheeky grin. “You only compliment my baking like that when you want my sweets before dinner.”
Emma groaned dramatically. “Can’t keep anything from you.” She huffed.
Her wife smiled, looking back down at her cupcakes. “Nope,” she popped the ‘p’, “you’re pretty predictable.”
“Oh, I am?” Emma slowly walked over, bringing out the flowers and holding them out. Regina paused and looked back up with an raised eyebrow.
Regina was unable to hide the giddy smile on her face. “I take that back. You aren’t entirely predictable.” she chuckled, accepting the bouquet. “That’s very sweet of you, darling.”
She set down the frosting pipe and leaned up on her tippy-toes (which never failed to amuse Emma, but she had learned from experience to hold back the urge to laugh at the sight) to open the cupboard and reach a tall glass. She then filled the bottom with water and set it on the kitchen island.
“Can you bring over the scissors?” Regina asked over her shoulder. Emma stared hungrily at the abandoned cupcakes before sighing and grabbing them, handing those to her wife too. Regina cut the bottom of the stems and set the flowers in the water. She admired them with an awe that made Emma feel very happy with her decision to stop by the flower shop on her way home.
“I love you.” Emma mumbled, wrapping her arms around Regina and hugging her from behind.
Regina hummed. “I love you too.”
Emma put her hands on her wife’s hips and spun her around to face her. The shorter woman giggled and wrapped her arms around Emma’s neck, pulling her in for a light kiss. Emma noted the sweetness of her lips which tasted suspiciously like frosting.
She then ran her tongue over the lip scar that had captivated her so many times before. Before they had gotten together, the scar had distracted her from Regina’s many lectures time and time again.
Emma pulled away and stared at it for a moment before giving into a long curiosity of hers.
“I’ve never asked.. but, how did you get the scar?” She mumbled.
Regina groaned. “We were having a moment, babe. A sweet, domestic moment. Did you really have to interrupt it with that question?”
She shrugged defensively. “Sorry, sorry, I was just wondering..” She looked at her hopefully.
Her wife sighed. “I’ll tell you later, okay? It’s not a happy story, and I don’t want to ruin the mood.”
Emma briefly started to dwell on how far they had come before shoving those thoughts aside. Later. Right now, Regina had asked for.. what, a sweet, domestic moment? Emma never thought she’d hear those words from the mayor. She never even thought she’d apply that phrase to her own love life.
Yeah, how far they had come.
“Alright.” She nodded. “For what it’s worth, I think the scar is sexy.”
Regina smirked. “You think everything about me is sexy.”
“I do,” Emma instantly agreed, “except when you deny me your amazing desserts. That really breaks a girl’s heart, you know?”
Regina held up a hand, wiggling the finger with her wedding band on it smugly. “You put a ring on it, Mrs. Swan-Mills. That doesn’t sound like a broken heart.”
“Mhm.. it doesn’t.” Emma sighed. “It sounds more like I’m the luckiest bastard in this whole damn town.”
The mayor grinned. “You’re very cute, but you’re still not getting cupcakes before dinner.”
“I’ve got something just as sweet in mind.” Emma mumbled before kissing the smug look right off her wife’s face.

Homemade mysteries
A and their bestie C share an interest in watching mysteries, conspiracies and most of all making fun of people believing all of that CLEARLY FAKE “evidence “. Another thing they share is a job so boring it’s as exhausting as running a marathon everyday.
So the only logical solution to these commonalities is of course…. Finding an ongoing “mystery”, gathering all of the important facts, coming up with some “theories” and put it all in a neat little bow called “a published book”
What they don’t expect is, for it to garner so much attention, it becomes a bestseller. Least of all attention by the people involved in the case. And certainly not B, the actual perpetrator, who is suddenly sitting in As living room, sipping on some freshly made hot cocoa and ready to make a deal.
(To make it more intense on A, you can choose to have C dip out of having their name as a co author mentioned only as a thank you etc.)

I need Swan Queen fanfic of later season Emma going back in time to S1. And not just for a bit (this was inspired by @coalitiongirl's Rewind, which is amazing - all her fics are amazing - but Emma goes back to S4 after a scene in the past in that one), but to stay. Storybrooke's still cursed but Emma knows all about it. She could show Regina that she can be herself and still be loved and they could find their happily ever after so much more quickly 🥹

It’s temporary, this thing. This current arrangement that they have while Emma finds a new place to live away from the loft—cramped and cacophonous; too full a house with a new baby. She doesn’t think too deeply about how she feels about it, pretends her heart doesn’t throb and ache at being displaced and replaced once again. It's a noxious thought to keep, so she does her best to clear it out of her.
So, yes. The arrangement to stay at the mansion until she sorts out her affairs. Yet Emma is not exactly rushing to end it. Not when the choreography of her waking hours brings about a certain comfort that she does not want to relinquish, happening in a place that devastatingly feels more like home than she has ever felt in all the decades of her life. In a place that isn’t hers to claim, but for now she’ll pretend because the walls are present and the sheets are soft.
It is inconveniently pleasant to wake up rested at Regina’s house in one of her massive guest bedrooms. It is even more so when she languidly makes her way down the stairs and towards the kitchen where she first gets a whiff of food being made, and the lingering scent of coffee in the air. The rest of her senses catches up to her when she hears whatever Regina is cooking just as she inevitably sees Henry already sitting in front of his breakfast plate, fork in one hand and comic book in the other as if it’s the morning newspaper.
“Good morning, Ma,” he offers, his eyes never once straying from the page. She shakes her head, but greets him in turn.
“Morning.” Then, she casts her eyes up at Regina and offers her a smile. “Good morning, Regina.”
“Good morning, dear.” Regina accompanies her gentle morning greeting with an offered plate brimming with food right in front of the seat that Emma has deemed as hers during her stay. Despite Regina’s frequent comments about Emma’s abhorrent appetite and etiquette, she’s there enabling Emma with a full plate. Emma notices, of course, but doesn’t say anything for fear that Regina will change and give her one less hash brown in the stack.
Still, even as her mind slowly eases into the morning, she doesn’t immediately take her seat at the table. Instead, she heads towards the coffee bar—which is literally just the far end of the kitchen counters where there’s one of those fancy single-serve coffee machines. She sets to brewing herself a cup since that’s the only machine she’s allowed to touch; the Italian espresso machine beside it is off limits. For the best, Emma thinks.
Once her coffee is done, Emma lets the mug sit to the side and plucks another mug out of the cupboard, repeating the steps, waiting quietly while the machine cranks and whirrs and gurgles before the dark sea of coffee fills the new mug. It is the first full cup that Regina has in the morning, the first dose of caffeine coming from the espresso machine that Regina handles herself upon rising. Emma only skirts the edges of her thoughts at what it means to have Regina trust her to make her first cup of coffee for the day. Yet on that first morning she'd received the request, Regina only arched a brow and exasperated teasingly, "surely, you can't completely flub up making coffee."
Emma doesn’t move in place, uncharacteristically settled on her feet, her arms folded across her chest as she waits. Not wanting to break the tranquil silence, she doesn’t say anything, and neither do the others in the kitchen. It’s a quiet morning, but comfortable and companionable. Normally when things are too quiet, she gets restless as if she must fill the space herself or excuse herself entirely. But the last week at Regina’s place has given her more peace than she’d gotten in months, and she hates that by the end of this upcoming week, it’ll be gone again. Still, she doesn’t think too hard on this.
For now, she grasps both the filled mugs and places them on their respective placemats as she’s done almost everyday this week. She sits in her chair and she waits until Regina does the same. She offers the other woman a shy grin, perhaps more tender than she’d intended (she’ll simply blame the morning hours for it if pushed) and Regina returns it, the gentle smile across Regina’s face splitting her face so beautifully.
The three of them sit like a family that Emma has always wished for and eat breakfast together.

smut prompt please?
“Stop looking at me like that or my knees will not hold me any longer.”
Thank you for this prompt! Smut is always my absoloute favouritwe to write. I hope you enjoy this and get a little flustered while reading it
“Emma—please—” “Use your words baby, tell me what you need?”
Emma was sat at the kitchen counter doing some paperwork. Regina had asked her to come home and when Emma said she still had a lot of work to do Regina told her to just bring it home. What Emma wasn’t expecting was for Regina to be teasing her the whole time—unfair in every way.
“Regina would you stop that.”
“Stop what? darling.”
“You know what.” Emma huffed, looking from the kitchen towards the couch were Regina was spread out reading her book. She was wearing her skirt suit, her shoes off and by the door.
Every time Emma looked over she could swear blind that Regina had risen her skirt just a tiny bit higher—not enough to be obvious, but enough for Emma to notice.
“I’m sure I don’t.” Regina whispered, moving the book to cover her face to stop Emma seeing the devilish smile on her face. Her other hand reached down to her knee and she ran her fingers up lightly and as slow as she could making sure she stopped every time Emma went back to her work, and started when she looked over again.
Emma was sure she had read the same sentence about fourteen times at this point, and as she looked up again Regina was staring at her with the most seductive look in her eyes. “Regina!”
“Yes?”
“You need to stop looking at me like that or my knees will not hold me any longer.”
“I can’t help it if that’s where your mind goes dear.” Regina thumbed the page, turning it over.
Emma looked over again and Regina’s skirt may as well be non-existent with how high it had risen. She could see every inch of her wife’s clenching thighs, the way Regina was trying not to move her fingers higher than necessary without Emma, but she was struggling not to tense at the feeling. Then Emma heard the one thing that made her drop her pen. Despite Regina’s face being covered by her book, Emma still heard the muffled moan escaping from her parted lips—her own stomach dropping to the floor as the pen fell from her hands.
“Right, that’s it Regina.” Emma jumps of the stall, walks with purpose over to her wife who was spread out on the couch like a piece of art in a museum.
Emma snatched the book out of Regina’s hand and threw it onto the seat behind her.
“Hey! If you’ broke that—”
“Not the only thing that’s at risk of being broken babe.” Emma found her way onto Regina’s lap, her knees straddling Regina’s thighs.
“As long as you put me back together again.” Regina looked up at Emma with a brown doe eyes, with absolute desperation.
Regina’s hands began to go back to her thighs but Emma grabbed her wrists, clicking her tongue. “Tsk, tsk. No. Do. Not. Touch. That is all mine.”
Silence. Just strong eye contact between the two of them.
“Say it.” Emma lowered her voice, keeping her eyes focussed on the body beneath her.
“I’m all yours.”
Emma smiled gleefully, and she finally leaned in, her lips brushing against the lobe of Regina’s ear, and Regina practically melted at the hot breath against her skin.
“Emma—”
“Uh uh, after all that teasing, you think you’re going to cum right away?”
The pout that suddenly lay on the usually very poised Mayor, always made the heat between Emma’s own thighs grow.
“Emma—please—”
“No.” Emma leaned back in, her hand trialling underneath Regina’s blouse in search of her breasts as she left breathless kisses down her neck.
Emma’s hand under Regina blouse reaches her hardened nipple, and Emma begins roll her thumb over Regina’s nipple, lightly touching, making Regina buck her hips and arch her back “Emma—”
“No. Stay still, think you can manage that?”
“I hate you.” Regina sounded breathless as her words escaped sporadically from her lips.
“No you don’t,” Emma ran her finger down the side of Regina’s face, gently, soft touches before grabbing her chin and forcing her own lips onto her hers, kissing the air away between them. “you’re just a needy mayor for me, aren’t you?”
Regina nodded, barely holding on as Emma moved her hand from Regina’s breast and sat up. She started to unbutton her shirt, slowly, her eyes staying on Regina who was trying so hard to keep herself holding on.
“Sit up.” Emma demanded, pulling Regina by the collar of her blouse and then stripping her of the material, throwing her blouse over by the book. “Back down.”
Regina did as she was told, reaching her arms above her own head as Emma leaned in again “God your beautiful Regina.” Emma’s tongue instantly went to Regina’s nipple, circling lightly around it, over and over and over again, hearing her wife’s whimpering sounds leave her parted lips made Emma want to fall apart herself, but right now this was about Regina.
Emma now seeing how close to the edge Regina was just by sucking on her nipples—she stopped suddenly.
Regina let out a whine which Emma was not going to let pass by.
Emma moved her self so her legs were now sitting between Regina’s legs rather than on the outside, ans her fingers went to the hem of her skirt and she tapped Regina’s hips gently making Regina rise her hips and Emma pulled her skirt, all the way down her thighs and then off her ankles and she threw it over to where her blouse and book was and despite the fact Regina had been sure not to wear a bra, Emma was expecting to find some soaked panties…but to her surprise there were none. Emma raised an eyebrow looking up at her wide.
“No underwear?”
Regina pressed her lips together, smiling “No.”
“Hhmm, I like it when you forget to wear your panties…but don’t make a habit of it.” Emma smirked leaning forward and pushing Regina’s thighs apart. Her mouth leaving breathless, heated kisses from Regina’s jaw to her collar bone and down her chest and then without warning Emma slid her fingers slowly through Regina’s dripping cunt, and she entered two fingers, curling them up, and watching the way Regina’s body reacted.
Emma smiled proudly in the way her actions made her wife unravel. Emma then stilled her fingers, not moving which she knew made Regina more desperate. She was in her, but she wasn’t giving her what she wanted—what she needed.
“Emma—please—”
“Use your words baby, tell me what you need?”
“You.” Regina bucked her hips, trying to get closer to Emma’s hand which was already flat against her soaked pussy. “Please Emma, I need—more—”
“You do? But you whined just now.” Emma smirked.
“It won’t—I promise—”
“Okay. That’s my girl.” Emma smiled, her other hand settling on the side of Regina’s face, as she thrust her fingers in and out, slow, and her thumb now pushing gently onto her clit, rubbing small light touch circles. Her own eyes lighting up as Regina had her eyes closed, and she was reaching out for Emma—which Emma finally allowed, melting into Regina’s touch on her face.
“Relax Gina.” Emma whispered, feeling Regina trying to force her orgasm out quicker than her body was ready for “lean into it, stop trying to control it…and trust that I know your body.”
Regina nodded, pulling Emma down, needing to feel the warmth of her fully clothed wife on top of her and Emma let her. She could feel Regina’s desperation, the need for release and safety in the same moment.
Emma left small, kisses on Regina’s neck, her hand holding Regina’s neck and with the other hand, her fingers continued thrusting and as Regina finally melted into and let Emma guide her without fighting her own body, Emma inserted a third finger “That’s it, is it too much?”
“No—please—Emma—”
Emma smirked, breathing against her neck thrusting harder and then pushing her thumb harder against Regina’s clit, rubbing slow, cruel clircles. She felt Regina’s thighs shaking hard, and her back arching—Regina was wimpering at every touch and every movement. Her stomach fluttering from the orgasm that was about to break.
Regina moved her arms to cover her face as it crashed over and she—the composed mayor screamed out Emma’s name as she came down hard against Emma’s hand, and Emma didn’t stop until Regina reached down and moved Emma’s hand away. Her heart hammering in her her chest—panting as Emma, let her self lay on top of Regina. Her head resting on her wife’s chest hearing her heart beating fast and smiling that she was the reason for her racing heart.
It wasn’t often that Regina went quiet, but afterwards, she was always quite. Regina rested her hand over Emma’s waist keeping her against her body—needing her there.
“I love you.”
Emma smiled at the whispered voice “I love you too Regina. You need you rest what I have planned for later.”

(Once upon a time au - spoilers for season 3 and I think season 6)
Ngl I kinda loved the Henry/Pan body swap I low-key wish it stayed like that. It probably wouldn't have been great in the actual show but I'd love to see that in a fic/au
Everyone really struggling at fighting Peter because he looks like Henry? Amazing. And I like thinking about if they kept it that way, imagine them trying to raise the kid who looked like their enemy
(this is an angsty and long post)
Rumple looking at his grandson and only seeing his father who betrayed him. Tbh, I don't think he thought of Pan as the same person as his dad in general. Like pre-neverland he only saw him like that twice and it probably would've been more "the boy my dad invented to get rid of me" yk? That's my opinion at least
So Rumpy knowing Henry was supposey fated to kill him and then looking like that guy? He would not have handled that well and I'd have loved to see him having more of a reaction
Killian seeing his stepson and trying to ignore that he looked like the man who killed his brother. Pre-neverland I think he only knew Pan from when he rocked up and tricked him into killing his brother/best friend/only remaining family? So going from that, as well as everything in neverland, to marrying Emma and having to live with someone in Pan's body would've been sad as shit and I'd have loved it. He was dealing with his own guilt a lot when he moved in and I think this would've made it just that little bit worse
Regina and Emma trying to raise their son while looking at the man who kidnapped him. Both of them are definitely "fight first, question later" girls and they would've had to try to unlearn that in order to not hurt their son. Especially since they knew Pan as the guy that kidnapped Henry and the guy that tried to kill them all.
If this happened then the way I'd have done it would be someone finding out he was planning the curse and killing him before he could kill Felix (to stop the curse and also bc I love Felix and I have plans for him). Since he was still in Henry's body when he did the curse I would've said they killed him before he could switch places (I forgot how and when they switched back mb, doesn't affect the au too much right?)
So somebody (Rumple would probably work best but readers choice ig) killed Peter/Malcolm while he was in Henry's body and he got trapped in that body with magic so that he couldn't escape. Since the body would've been messed up when he got killed, Henry stays in Pan's body.
And I mentioned I had plans for Felix - he was clearly very devoted to Pan, like he didn't even get that mad when he killed him. I'm willing to bet that if he survived he still would've defended him. But now "Pan" is actually not Pan, it's the boy Pan wanted to sacrifice and I think Felix would've been pissed about that.
So he'd also be struggling with this entire situation. Losing Pan, but still seeing him in this town. Knowing Henry he'd try to talk to Felix too. Felix would either fully isolate himself, seek revenge on anyone and everyone who took part in Pan's downfall or he'd follow Henry around, trying to cling to any remaining part of Pan's existence. Assuming Regina doesn't kill him that is
Or if you want to stick to the canon show a bit more then Rumpy could kill him after the curse was cast but before he could turn back to himself.
And side note- Peter actually looks more like Emma and Neal's kid tbh. Like Henry looks sort of like Regina's son, and I see the snow white in him, but I don't see the Emma yk? So in the "Emma loses her memory again and thinks she's a regular parent" storyline she'd just assume he turned out more like her, Regina could alter her memory into thinking he always looked like that anyway.
And in that version she'd have the two versions of her memory. One where she sees her son as he always was and then getting the memory of who he actually was dumped on her. And struggling even more with seeing both simultaneously, even worse because Henry also wouldn't remember.
Which brings me to the point of - imagine Henry trying to grow up looking like the guy that took advantage of his kindness like that? Every time he looked in a mirror he'd see Pan instead of himself (and there are a lot of mirrors around when you're being raised by the former evil queen).
He'd see everyone struggling to adjust to him, he'd know why, and he'd probably feel insanely awful about it. He blamed himself for Neverland anyway, now he'd blame himself for everyone's discomfort.
And like I said at the start of this lil au infodump, I don't think it would've worked long term in the actual show. I don't think the writers could've got it to work in some of the storylines, but Pan-Henry has been rattling around in my brain like a lego stuck in a jar since I first watched it. Basically I want everyone to be sadder and I want more Pan, the angst potential in this is incredible to me.
