Click to Watch. Every strength training program, no matter if it is for sports, or bodybuilding, or Survival should consist of Squats, Rows, Deadlifts and Presses. Recovering strong from over a year off from my shoulder injury. Right now I press on a separate day so I can properly stretch and monitor my shoulder but already feeling great on Squats and Deads! Survival Hill Drills. I started at 7,000 feet elevation and headed up the steep side of this mountain. So steep in fact you have to climb at many parts. Almost at the point where I don't feel like puking when I take on this damn hill! I love these for building power and explosiveness. Do both arms! Make sure you are careful and don't throw a rock on your head. Throwing is an amazing way to build strength, agility, and explosiveness in ways that are just not possible when you are trying to hold on to a dumbbell or kettlebell. #throw #rock #survivalfitness (at Inner Basin)
