I needed caffeine so badly so I didn’t end up sticking to a water fast :/
SW 103.2lbs - beginning of day
Breakfast:
Meds - 5kcal
1/2 Monster Ultra - 5kcal
2 Laser Focus gummies - 15kcal
Breakfast Total: 25kcal
Lunch:
Tea w/ sugar free vanilla - 0kcal
Cold brew w/ sugar free vanilla and almondmilk - 30kcal
Gum - 5kcal
Lunch Total: 35kcal
Snack:
1/2 Gatorade Supershake - 90kcal
Dinner:
Propel - 0kkcal
2 Uncrustables (I have no self control) - 600kcal
Dinner Total: 600kcal
Day Total: 720kcal :/
Workouts:
1hr practice ~ 232kcal

This little delicious shake was the change that I needed in my life a little over a year ago. I was over weight, depressed and about at my wits end. . I was so skeptical, but so desperate for a change... so I thought I’d try it and probably just end up returning it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ My stomach is so sensitive and I hate the taste of most shakes. To my surprise, not only did my stomach accept all the nutritious goodness this shake had to offer, I actually loved it! It tastes so good, it seems bad. It’s not a protein shake. It’s a nutrition shake. It helps with my cravings and keeps me feeling energized and healthy! I actually crave this now instead of all the junk. Funny how that works! . Now a year later, I drink this bad boy every morning and sometimes for a snack ( like I said I actually crave it 😍). This has helped me stay on track, lose weight, curb cravings and feel the best I have in years (I’m not as young as I use to be or my mind thinks I am 🤣). . I’m slightly addicted, but there are much worse things to be addicted to. 🥤I consider that a win!
