What would the sun and moon duo react ( sun wukong and macaque ) if they met their S/O but reincarnated?

First up..Sun wukong !

( don't mind mk :' ) )

If he were to meet his S/O but they were reincarnated he would be both in shock and EXCITED!

He wants know how much has changed but in the same time hoping that your attitude and nature is the same..

I can imagine mk bringing you along to watch him train and improve and wukong sees you in the ground sitting down peacefully watching mk train carefully

After they train he would probably rush in and ask for your name and once you say your name to him..it's all over, he would start screaming in the inside as he knows it's you <33

He then would continue to train mk but he shows off a bit too much, he over does it way too much that mk started getting the hints-

You then tell wukong to go a bit easy on the kid as your kinda showing up a bit and that's when he KNOWS it's your reincarnation, that's what he loved about you! When you see someone suffer you try to talk to the person unless they don't go easy then..brute force >:)

I few days have passed and mk has been teaching wukong how to use a thing called a "phone" you overheard what was happening so you tried to help him, and when I tell you he was a flustered mess...he definitely was, everytime you teach him how to use it and you get close he starts overboarding and probably having a heart attack-

You then gave your phone number to him for starters and now he's calling you none stop *inset sigh*

Bro is a menace yet he fell over heels over someone that he loved in the past, he is such a hopeless romantic :')

Second up..The six eared macaque !!

( I just realized that mk is in every photo I have with wukong and macaque, well some but still )

The only reason why he made peace with the others was because he heard news about you being reincarnated by lbd

And now he'll wait for all of this to end untill he can finally meet and find you

This takes after the lbd incident, he was just lurking in the shadows in a daily patrol to find you untill...his mission was finally as success, the only reason why he fought all those moons ago...it was for you..

He would try to be as cautious as possible to not try and scare you away, he then would leave out hints everywhere untill you finally find a paper on the ground about a show about some kind of warrior and his light, and you were curious and so you attended the shadow theater

The lights turned dim and a cast of shadow suddenly appeared on the stage, "his moonlight was like the shine of the world to the warrior..", he then tells a story about you two and your travels. You then get thrilled and as soon as you knew it the play was over, you were kind of sad and was prepared to leave untill the owner of the play stopped you in your tracks

You then sat down with him as he revealed his identity, you weren't shocked since you were attacked by this snow like demon anyway, you both started getting along and talking about you and his interests

You asked for his phone number and he chuckled, he then handed you a piece of paper and he disappeared, and now your THRILLED you were excited to meet him again and as you leave macaque was watching you from the shadows and came out of it

And now he's thinking about your future together and what move he needs to do next to bring you close to him once more

Anybody Remember JETIX? 🧐

JETIX was my second favorite channel when I was little (my favorite being Nickelodeon).

From what I can tell from my research, the channel was used to test run different shows to see how audiences reacted to them. Hence why most of the shows that aired there were either dropped completely or made their way to other networks (i.e. Disney, Disney XD, Nickelodeon, etc.)

I'm sure that's why a surprising amount of people remember Pucca, since her show aired on Toon Disney (Ah, remember when Toon Disney was a thing?)

Pucca was one of, if not the ONLY show on JETIX that had a lasting impact, evident enough with that 2019 spin-off show on Netflix.

Other shows that I remember that sadly didn't make the cut or last too long include:

The two other shows that actually survived and were aired on different networks were:

Power Rangers S.P.D.

Side note: I had a distinct memory of ONE Power Rangers show that had a talking wolf character and a silver ranger that turned into a floating bubble, and for years I was called crazy by my sister. Turns out, it all came from this version.

Sonic X

I love the fact that this show was my introduction to Sonic the Hedgehog and the gang. With all its 4Kids dub glory, sharing voice actors with pretty much every single series that aired there, especially YuGiOh.

For anyone who wants to ask btw, I didn't find Chris Thorndyke to be an unnecessary character until I was older. I never hated him, I'm not the type of person to radically "hate" characters at all, but I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that he was a vital character in the series either. The writers just squandered his potential, plain and simple.

Author's Note: 2000s TV shows, providing nostalgia for every late 90s and 2000s kid alike. I know JETIX isn't a relevant topic right now, but the ever-growing WordGirl fandom inspired me to take a peak into the past. (Yes, I also watched WordGirl on PBS Kids). Man, I miss these shows.

The sun and moon duo reacting to their S/O's death

Let's start with..Sun wukong !

Oh shi-

Welp..let's start this! I hope I don't cry-

Soooo...let's say that wukong has been calling you on for hours now and you haven't been picking it up

He thinks that your just busy and forgot to tell him but what he didn't realize is that you were already killed at your apartment and he didn't know about it

An hour later mk called wukong telling some kind of bad news, he rushed over to where mk was and he was at the police station

He thought mk did some kind of misunderstanding but it was far more worse..

He wore his disguise and went inside the police station, there he saw mk crying and mei comforting him

He gets closer to mk and asks what happened..this is what mk replied "monkey king I..S/O.." he mumbled, "WHAT?! WHAT HAPPEND TO THEM?!" wukong replied

Mk wiped his tears and stood up and gives his mentor a soft hug, "S/O is...gone monkey king.."

AND NOW THIS IS WHERE THE HEADCANONS BEGIN AND ALSO HIS VILLIAN ARC STARTS XJSNSJS

Once he heard about the news, he knew someone killed you because I mean who would kill the only thing HE loved? It could have been someone who he didn't have good relations with or a vengeance scheme?

The first thing that came to his mind was macaque..he thinks macaque was the one that killed you

He went to see macaque but he would never realize that macaque would actually be this..honest before, macaque explains that he was not the one who killed his lover because he knows that he would be dead by now if he did..

Once wukong came home to flower fruit mountain without a lead he goes on a RAMPAGE!

After he went on a rampage he just sat down..looking at the sky..crying...

He will never feel the same again without you..

He doesn't want to fall in love again..if it means losing someone mortal again..

He..he could have given you a immortal peach as soon as he could but he didn't...it's his fault..it's his fault..

Next up..the six eared macaque !

Wish me luck trying to survive while writing this yall

Anyways..I believe that macaque would have already known in before anyone knew you were missing and assassinated

He sends out his shadow clones to check if you were alright but..he was too late..

OH HE DEFINITELY BLAMES HIMSELF FOR NOT PROTECTING HIS LOVER AHAHHAHA

He would hide away and lock himself in a room and all he will think about is who and how someone would kill the only good thing that happened to him in his entire life

He would probably think that it was wukong but declined it because he knows that he isn't the type of person to kill his lover...right?

He then visits wukong to reassure himself and by his surprise wukong actually wants to help him

Wukong told him that he will help him since his S/O actually helped him on some tough times

But when they have no leads macaque retreats back to his base and screams and punches the walls and then have a breakdown

....he would never thought he would lose something so important to him..he tried but..I guess it wasn't enough..

Of course it wasn't enough..when was it enough anyway..?

Of course where there is a Chiro, there are monkeys! Not gonna lie I was surprised how easy it was to figure out how to draw these guys. XD Not to say there weren't some hiccups with translating things over to my style but I figured it out. And as you can tell, I decided to give them some outfits to wear. I wanted each of the monkeys to have more individuality to them besides just coloration. Plus I wanted them to have some matching elements to Chiro in the form of the belt and scarves. Not sure if these will be the final looks but it's a start at least. Also yes. I did include Mandarin. Because I can. And I wanted a version of him that actually didn't look evil. And Storm has plans for him so do keep an eye out. And that's about it for now. Hope you enjoy!
