finally getting further into Betterman and seeing the connections it has with GGG (which haven't come up a ton yet but knowing it's the same setting with events just happening independently has me thinking) makes me a bit more doubtful as to if Brigadoon is also supposed to be connected but holy shit it would be so funny if it was just because of how many things coalesce on Earth but happen independently of each other. There are multiple cosmic babies from different sources. Weird alien monsters can either appear from 1) legitimate aliens, 2) extradimensional manufactured monsters, 3) virus. Earth is simultaneously the Blue Planet and will also eventually become Brigadoon. There are two lines of emotionally stunted manufactured cyborg warriors that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. There's a surprising number of GGG characters who should by all rights remember what happened in 1969 because they were in their teens or adulthood when it happened.
