UNO TUTEE: VALIDATED
Seeking affirmation and feedback is a normal and necessary part of both personal and professional life. In our daily lives, we frequently seek approval from friends and family for our appearance, choices, and actions. This boosts our confidence and ensures that we make decisions that are consistent with social norms and our own self-image.
In the same manner, seeking affirmation and feedback is crucial for business success. When putting a company idea or product into action, you need to know if it will resonate with your target audience and if there are any places for development. Feedback from potential consumers, coworkers, mentors, or industry experts can provide useful insights that can be used to improve your business strategy, product, or service. It also aids in the identification of any weaknesses and blind spots that you may have overlooked during the planning phase.
In this context, we recently completed a task that required us to interview at least ten students with a simple yet pivotal question: "Are you willing to subscribe to our service?" The results were encouraging, as we received ten affirmative "Yes" responses, indicating that we are on the right track to developing an effective and relevant business. The question of whether individuals would be prepared to pay for our service functioned as an indicator for the viability of our concept. It's equivalent to asking, "Does our business idea resonate with our potential customers?" In other words, we wanted to know if our vision aligned with the wants and preferences of our target audience. Receiving ten positive answers was certainly uplifting. It confirmed our notion that our concept was sound and was appealing to our target audience. However, these "Yes" responses were more than just affirmations; they were proof that our proposal had the ability to meet a market demand or address a problem.
Thus, I've realized the importance of validation in business development. In the same way that we seek assurance in our daily lives in order to feel confident and make sound decisions, a business requires external validation in order to validate its relevance and potential. Positive comments from those ten students were more than just "Yes" answers; they were seeds of belief and motivation that grew in the early phases of our business venture.

The 10 lists of what to avoid as a student:
Lateness or leaving early at school.
Being late at school has a lot of disadvantages like, you won't be at your best, and you'll waste other people's time. Students who are often late have trouble settling in and mastering routines. Be on time, and get motivated in your studies.
Inappropriate cellphone usage especially using your free time scrolling on social media.
Use your phone or calendar system to set alarms reminding you to take breaks. Turn off notifications from messages or social media platforms to reduce distractions. That way you can leave your phone alone until you are ready and finished with other activities.
Being Unorganized.
Staying organized can help you maintain a clear picture of what you need to complete. Being well-organized might mean maintaining an up-to-date calendar, being able to locate certain documents easily, having a tidy environment, and taking detailed and diligent notes.
Side conversations or being talkative in class.
Talk when it is appropriate. While talking is not a bad thing, being too talkative is.
Disregarding deadlines of assignments and projects.
Do not disregard the deadlines or else it will pile up and then can cause you a lot of problems. Do it as early as possible so you can have plenty of time to think of the best possible answers or ideas for your projects and assignments.
Grade grubbing or attempting to negotiate or suck up for better grades.
The practice of students (especially those in college) attempting to negotiate or suck up for better grades. Don't depend on this kind of practice.
Cheating on quizzes and exams.
Talk about honesty and integrity. Avoid cheating, and study the lessons or class materials that your teacher gave.
Not putting effort or time that your projects deserve.
Put some time and effort into your projects, and find something that can motivate you. One of the reasons why projects are important is to give students class time to make observations and consider how to revise their strategies and planning.
Putting less attention on your instructors and not understanding the discussions.
It is bad not to pay attention in class because even though you're learning the actual topic if you don't pay attention, you're not picking up on the discussions of your teacher.
Allowing distractions to overcome your studies.
The most common distractions are Social media which rates highly on the list, Family & Friends, Sports and Hobbies, and Anxiety.
Some of these immature, irritating, or thoughtless behaviors or “classroom incivilities” can cause you a lot of trouble or problems at school.

Having to overcome barriers and problems as a student has become a daily part of my life. They're like the unlisted quizzes on the syllabus, but they put my resilience, determination, and adaptability to the test.
One of the unavoidables is the academic difficulty. The pressure to excel in tests, maintain a respectable GPA, and acquire a tremendous amount of knowledge in a short period of time can be stressful. There are times when I feel as if I'm drowning in a sea of assignments and deadlines, unable to keep up with the pace of academics. However, it is during these times that I remind myself that obstacles are an essential component of progress.
Coming together to answer the question "What are the common problem students face in Central Mindanao University?" we gathered answers that fall under the "Internet connection problem." The continuation of internet connection issues since the outbreak of the pandemic has been a widespread issue that has had a significant impact on a students everyday life.
A solid and reliable internet connection is essential for accessing online classes, submitting assignments, performing research, and staying connected with professors is the common reasons the interviewees said on the importance of good internet connection. Thus, we the interviewers wished to address this issue through implementing a "Pocket Wi-Fi for rent".
