Cloud and Vincent on a date (neither of them know it's a date)

At some point Cloud starts dating Vincent and after he figures out Vincent is Sephiroth's biological father, the next time Sephiroth comes back Cloud makes sure to rub it in Sephiroth's face that he fucked his dad, who, much to everyone's surprise, dials down the psychological torture/manipulation and begins to show genuine concern for his puppet, wondering if he actually pushed Cloud's psyche too far and made him too mentally unstable or something because who the hell would willingly have sex with Hojo

Cloud wakes up in a cozy room wrapped in plush blankets and Sephiroth staring at him oddly worried??? It gets even weirder when Sephiroth starts talking to him very softly, asking how Cloud feels and if he needs anything. He then starts telling Cloud that none of this was his fault and that he (Sephiroth) just "took things too far" and he overestimated Cloud's mental state. Sephiroth then very gently tells Cloud not to worry; he can take responsibility when he messes up and he'll make sure Cloud is back in a good mental state before he starts tormenting him again.

Cloud, trying to struggle out of his blanket cocoon: What are you even going on about?

Sephiroth: Cloud, you told me about sleeping with...my father.

Cloud: Oh come on, is that what this is about? I get that there is an age gap, but we have been friends for quite a while.

Sephiroth: Oh you poor thing, I broke you more than I realized!

Cloud: Ummm....

Sephiroth, taking Cloud's hand: The things he did to you are not friendship, do you understand?

Cloud: What the actual hell is going on right now.

Sephiroth: Shhhh, it's okay. I won't let you hurt yourself by sleeping with Hojo ever again.

Cloud, realizing: OH. Oh right. You think that...Ugh. Oh that image is horrific. Oh god, I need to go throw up.

Cloud then threw up for an hour straight before sitting Sephiroth down and explaining that no, his father is actually Vincent. And that Cloud slept with Vincent, not Hojo.

Sephiroth, in denial: You're further gone than I thought. Don't worry, I'll fix you!

Cloud: I'm going to be here for a while....

While Vincent is less likely to initiate, I like to think he's much more aggressive than most people assume based on his general demeanor. (Cloud certainly wasn't expecting it, but he's not complaining.)

Strifentine is unintentionally hilarious if you're going with the "Vincent is Sephiroth's dad" theory because one can only imagine how Cloud would be oscillating between joy at the potential petty psychological warfare and speedrunning the 5 stages of grief at the fact that, on a technicality, he is Seph's stepdad
