STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING EXERCISES; 😃💪🏽 Section1: Zottman curl: This move targets all the muscles on the front of your upper arm in every rep, using both heads of the biceps – brachii and brachialis – on the way up, and the brachioradialis when you go palms-down for the descent. Section2: Bent-over rows work your back muscles and help improve muscular strength and endurance. Specific exercises, such as bent-over rows, work several muscle groups, leading to improved muscular strength and endurance. When combined with cardio training and proper nutrition, a leaner, more toned physique is the result. Section3: The deadlift works your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, abdominal muscles and lower back muscles. It also uses back muscles like the latissimus dorsi, commonly known as the lats. Happy Friday. _______________________________________________________________ Just a video of me doing a test dummy at university, So we looked at the EMG reading of the quads and hamstring in lower body movement, the session was design in learning about how to read EMG on the computer. Well i decided to do these modified curls. Took a lot of strength to hold an air seated position while curling with arm balstet on. I moved on to my back day afterwards and proceeded to deadlift and pull ups. Only cpl of the workouts i showed here for this workout night. Home power trio workout while trying to see how the xeroshoes handle these types of workouts. Was able to hit decent numbers tonight. I have to purchase heavier weight rated barbells bc it would limit my training if I do not but for now this will have to do as I'm still rebuilding the foundations. I was able to get a 244lb bench for 3 reps (forgot to record video) in tonight. So tonight total is a measly 852.6lbs. I'm capable of way more just taking my time. On another not xeroshoes are another brand of minimalist shoes that give that barefoot feel with level and no crazy drop. Feeling my strength coming back to me. This of course is still not the best I can do but after the recovery period I'm pulling back quicker than expected. I'm taking it slow. I'm still 31 yrs young and have time to make sure I'm 100% before going balls to the wall. 70lbs on Incline chest press used to be a strong for the injury I sustained in my shoulder and neck region. 275lbs for high bar squat isn't too shabby either. Barefoot training yet again. On my journey to rebuild a strong foundation towards my first powerlifting meet. Trying different methods to help keep my range of motion and build strength in the process.
