Welcome to this heated debate - today I am discussing whether or not natural bodybuilders can train 20 hours+ a week (of efficient hours). I've done it myself for at least a couple of years, I've seen people do it around me too. Most people won't be able - not because they actually can't, but because it can only usually happen once you've already worked out for years and if you actually do have time for it and make it a further priority.
Today I'm almost scared of releasing this video, because I know most people in this industry think it can't be done without steroids. Everyone should be foam rolling at some point if they are able to..especially if you workout or have a hard labour job. Your muscle can take alot of punishment but over time they need some help and assistance to. And unless you have the money to constantly see a masseuse all the time, or if your married to one, then you should be foam rolling. The amount of stress and knots that will develop on your body overtime is alot and you need foam roll to not only combat that but also to further help keep your muscles from getting worse. 5 to 10 minutes a day will go a long way for your health the older you get. Just like stretching, this is something you need to add to your recovery time if your looking to help keep your body in the best shape for as long as you can.
