Githyanki doodling on post-it notes that I cleaned up a lil bit Lae'zel from memory on the first (im only happy with the profile tbh), and Anma and Mitas on the second (It was SO easy to fit them in BG3 lore it's insane... I even have a whole storyline roughly figured out for them and it came together in like 30 minutes on my walk home from work.) I don't have any energy to draw nowadays except on post-its, but it's better than nothing.

Idc, the writers of TUA have ALWAYS been weird about Five. The Handler was super creepy towards him when he was only 13/14 in s1&2, there was that fight scene with Lila where she was wearing nothing but a towel in s3, and now, in s4, they have him making out with a woman who’s almost 20 years older than him the second he turns 18.

So while there was technically nothing illegal about Five and Lila’s relationship this season, the surrounding context of all these icky situations that the writers continuously put Five in when both the actor and character were underage make it weird and gross.

Whenever people talk about lack of media literacy they always bring up people who think a character doing bad things=the author endorsing said bad things which are very annoying but I feel like we're ignoring the opposite, equally annoying side of the discourse who think if you criticize the inclusion/depiction of dark/sensitive topics in any way it’s bc you’re a dumb baby who can’t separate fiction from reality. and it's like no I know I’m not supposed to clap and cheer at violence against women I’m criticizing how much of it there is. I don't know, man, there's something so sweet and simple with Buck and Tommy. Even if it started with a small drama, Tommy is so stable and level-headed (so far at least), it feels good even as a viewer. There's no push-pull bs, and it lets Buck understand himself in peace. Even with the whole jealousy thing, Buck was safe all along. They're just two nice men gently falling for each other.
