If I were a writer for this show. I would definitely think twice about making buddie canon.

I’ve seen how the rabid fan-squirrels in other fandoms behave when they get their OTP. Making the lives of the actors a living hell with the relentless stalking and speculation on their IRL relationships.

So I’m going to get out in front of this bullet train of crazy right now.

This is a fucking television show. I understand, I love the stuffing out of most of the characters on 911. But when a professional actor says a specific fandom is getting overwhelming. Ya’ll need to sit tf down, shut tf up, and chill tf out for a really long minute.

I actually for the first time EVER had to filter/block some tags because you all were flooding social media with your special brand of unleaded crazy since Tommy Kinard has shown up.

And ya’ll are shookth. I get it. You wanted your soft white boys to kiss, and instead they brought in a grown ass man who does not have time for games, to tell an actual story.

The actors are being exceptionally good sports. And playing the media game adeptly. But you can start to see the slight fraying at the edges.

And the overwhelming opinion is some of ya’ll are Annie Wilkes level of crazy. And it ain’t cute.

Imagine writing a character that is in love for another character for 500 years. Azriel is knowingly preoccupied with Mor. The main character notices the energy the first time she sees them together. Are we good so far?

Then, this character meets another one. And in a span of 2 books and 1 novella, Azriel saves Elain, spend time with Elain, openly laughs because of Elain. But what about Mor? In Silver Flames, you see oblivious Cassian confirming that Azriel is over her.

Add a bonus chapter confirming Azriel’s feeling for Elain. So you add 1 + 1, and you get that Azriel move on from Mor because of Elain. Cristal clear, right?

So tell me why would SJM add another female character in the mix for Azriel? He moves on from Mor because he feel for Elain. If they were not endgame, why waste time with this story telling?! Why not make him move on when he encounters Gwyn again?

Makes zero freaking sense, people. C’mon. As a Dramione stan, ship whoever you want, just don’t try to make it canon.

One of the worst things the writers are doing this season is act like Alicent didnt start this entire war out of dethrone Rhaenyra and put her in “her place”. They make it seem like everything is out of her control when she started all of this by intentionally misinterpreting Viserys dying words.

i do think the funniest thing about very long running MMORPGs is that they will refer to the player character by a certain title and then after the end of a grand arc will try to turn over a new leaf and refer to the protag by a new title in accordance with the beginning of their new journey and the community just ignores it. 10 years in you can't be like 'you are no longer the warrior of light but the warrior of darkness, or perhaps merely a humble Adventurer' or the fans will just say haha aww that's a cute thought. well, anyway, my warrior of light h
