Second pony of series 1 - Stolas!

Snowstorms didn't often hit in the pale realm, but when they did, Alice was often prepared. She'd been out inspecting damage, as her guards cleared the sidewalks when she came across a rumpled mass of feathers and fabric in the snow. She moved quickly, digging whoever it was out of the snow. An owl creature..? Not one she'd seen in Wonderland in a while. She checked for a pulse, before calling a guard over. "Found somebody. I need help." She calls.

The guard approaches, helping her to lift the tall owl man, bringing him towards the warmth of the castle. He didn't seem coherent, yet. Maybe a bit lost..? She brings him to the infirmary, setting him down on the bed as she helped the nurse get him into warmer clothing before pulling the blankets up, getting a bed warmer for him, shoveling hot coals from a nearby fireplace into it before closing the lid and sliding it underneath the covers.

She sits in the chair beside the bed, waiting for him to wake. There wasn't much else she could do. She had a few questions for this mysterious stranger.

Stolas also known as Stolos, Stoppas and Solas is a Great Prince of Hell, commands twenty-six legions of demons. He teaches astronomy and is knowledgeable about herbs, plants, and precious stones. He is often depicted as a raven or a crowned owl with long legs.

Stolas is a Goetic Prince of Hell and a major supporting character in Helluva Boss. He is the father of Octavia and the husband of Stella.

Blitz looked up in surprise as Stolas held his hands, he tried to fight his own tears as his claws slowly intertwined with the bird's talons. One of the first times he held them like this....so tenderly.

His heart panged painfully when Stolas admitted that Blitz hurt him. He sighed heavily, feeling horrible. "I didn't mean to mock you at all! I just couldn't take anyone loving me seriously...especially you. You are leagues above me. I assumed it was a joke and....I'm sorry."

Though Stolas' words did finally hit him. That he never cared about their different stations. "...Really? You don't care?" He thought back to Ozzie's. "But you hid behind your menu...I was so sure you were embarrassed to be seen with him. It hurt and was one of the reasons I sped off that night..."

"....You love me?" He gaped at the owl prince. "You? A beautiful prince...love me?" He felt his heart speed up hopefully, even if he tried to tell it to calm down and not get too eager. He couldn't help it. He wanted Stolas so badly.

"You shouldn't....but I...." He swallowed hard, looking deep inside of himself and into Stolas' eyes. "I've always felt the same." He finally said it. "I'm not joking or anything this time...I love you. I hope...it's not too late."

Stolas was outside of the palace, pacing back and forth. Blitz had been reaching out to him for weeks trying to get together to talk about what happened on the full moon. He was very apprehensive about it because his heart was still hurt from the Imp’s words the last time they saw each other. He was hurt that the imp thought so low of him. But after talking with Asmodeus, he agreed to have Blitz come over. After all, Asmodeus was in a similar situation, but the son and Fizzarolli were on MUCH better terms than him and Blitz.

Blitz was hurt too. He couldn't believe Stolas would just throw him out after he had just wanted to keep talking about the situation.

Yeah, he was a little harsh with his words, but he was right. There was a huge power imbalance - and to have Stolas just drop that on him and then ditch him? Messed up.

They had to fix this though. Blitz really loved Stolas. He just hated himself so much, was afraid of getting hurt again...but he wanted to be with him, if he would accept him, flaws and all.

Blitz drove up to the palace, they were finally going to talk it out. He took a deep breath before stepping out, he had to keep control of his emotional reactions for this to work out...hopefully Stolas would actually listen this time.

"Hey..." He says awkwardly, not knowing how to begin this. "Let me just start this off with, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be so harsh with my words. Even if they were true, the insults didn't need to be there, I was just thinking of other royals...they aren't you. And I'm fucking sorry."

The creator of this big event was so happy to welcome another face to the party. Any person in Hell, large or small, powerful or otherwise deserved the help she could provide here.

"So good to see you. Glad you could make it." She took his hand and squeezed it. "How ya holdin' up, baby?"

Stolas was notified by one of his guards that there was a sinner leaning up again the palace wall. So he went out to check and see if she needed help. “Hello. Are you lost?” He could tell that she was confused and she had a weapon so he kept his distance.
