I had a very odd dream where a train (or bus?) I was on got yanked into another world. While my dream had nothing to do with SVSSS, it did have my waking self thinking about how hilarious and/or horrifying such a thing could be as an AU.

Imagine Shen Yuan riding the subway, train or bus one day, when something happens and his whole car gets yanked into the world of PIDW. Nobody else in the car knows anything about PIDW, so Shen Yuan finds himself with the self imposed task of keeping this eccentric group of strangers alive in a weird world full of demons, monsters, and aphrodisiac plants.

The group’s first assumption would probably be that they’re still on modern earth, and just got teleported somewhere. Their second assumption, if they come across common folk, might be they somehow ended up in the past.

Then they run into some monster, or people riding on swords with specific uniforms, or a commoner mentions a name or event only Shen Yuan recognizes. The rest of the party debates what sort of Xianxia or Wuxia world they’ve ended up in, while poor Shen Yuan sweats bullets. He knows exactly what world they are in, and they are so screwed.

I have this image of poor beleaguered nerd Shen Yuan successfully protecting and leading this group of primary school kids, their cute teacher, and a handful of grannies and grandpas, while all the other adults and older teens keep wandering off and getting themselves in trouble.

Still can't believe after years im finally able to hold this piece of jojo history. I've been waiting so long to finally watch this. I thought they'd never release the play on DVD. So when I heard I could order it via toho's site I got on a proxy and bought it immediately. It came out much faster then I expected! But I'm not complaining.

The dvd quality is amazing. It's extremely high quality; both the covers and the video recordings themselves. I also love the pasha cards I got with the bundle! Mamo is so pretty im excited to see him as dio

The tadfools were just SO connected for such a long amount of time that I can't imagine them seeing each other as anything but family after a good run, especially a good Resist Durge run. I think they'd swoop right in for one another like they were siblings if they absolutely needed something.

My Ishimondo stage play execution art is only six months old????? It actually felt like a lifetime ago.

1965 Vivien Leigh (52) as Contessa Sanziani in the play La Contessa. 

The Contessa of the title was actually based on a real person, the eccentric Marchesa Luisa Casati, one of the most notorious women of the 20’s, who scandalized polite society with her desire to be “a living work of art”; which once manifested itself in a dress made of illuminated lightbulbs. 

The play was financed by a film company that hoped a success on the stage would lead to a film, but sadly after a try out in Newcastle, Liverpool and Manchester the play folded without ever coming to London. Perhaps audiences were not yet ready to accept Vivien in a character role that played down her looks; because whilst the Marchesa Luisa Casati had been a glamourous figure in her youth, immortalized on canvas by Boldini, the play takes place in her twilight years, when aged 71 she was broke, washed up and living in London. 

Even Vivien admitted “If I appeared in a flashback as the beauty the Marchesa Luisa Casati was supposed to have been, I think we would have had a success.” But the decision to play an older woman was a conscious one, and she saw the play as a “bridge to parts where I don’t have to be a beautiful woman. I thought it would make me acceptable as an actress that didn’t have to be cast that way anymore.”

Ok gonna shout out some flight rising questions into the tumblr void:

How do you know what you should sell dragons for? I've seen so many pretty ones at like 5-7k so that's what I've been selling my babies around but I've seen so much pricier ones. Is it just rare genes/breeds/colors? How do you know what is rare?

What does G1 mean and are those dragons better than none G1s?

Shoot I know I had more questions but that's all I can think of for now....
