hello there i am David and today i am going to share some tips and rules and if you will follow it i guarantee you will lose more belly fat than ever before and this will be last article wich you will read abaut losing fat.
first step is to remove specific types of food from your diet to get the best results for next ten days.
first thing you should remove from your diet is shugar juices,cakes,granola,coke.icecream whatever it is if it contains sugar you dont want to eat that.
second type of food wich you shoold remove from your diet is wheat flour pizza,bread,cakes,hotdogs,hamburgers whatever it is if it contains flour you dont eat it.
third and type of food wich you have to remove from your life is fastfood kfc,macdonalds,hamburgers,chips,hotdogs , whatever it is you should remove fast food.
now you might have question okay i willnot eat those three type of food so what do i eat ? now instead of three bad type of food i will tell you three good type of food wich will help you to lose fat and also build muscle.
first good type of food is veggies:,spinah cabbages,carrots,broccoli whatever you want but it will be best if you will choose green product because they are most healthy food.
second good type of foodwich you should eat is protein: fish,eggs,chicken,sour mil,cottage cheese,turkey.those are my choices wich i recomend.
now third and last good type of food wich you should eat is healthy fat:olive oil,avocado,peanuts,fish.
now you know what to eat and what to remove from your diet and now you can have three or four meals a day wich contains each of theese good types of food one from veggies one from protein and one from healthy fat.
with this diet plan you will be able to build muscle and at the same time you will be at calorie deficit and for excercise if dont have plan i recomend to do full body workout three times in a week and go for a jogging for 30-40 minutes.
now my final tip and recomendation wich is to get 7-8 hour sleep every night it is very important especially from 11pm to 3am this is the period when fat burns in your body you might have a question now why you need to have 7 to 8 hours of sleep if fat burns from 11pm to 3am answer is simple good nights sleep busts your hormones wich helps you to burn more fat and if you dont have hormones at good state than forget abaut good body and loosing fat

Air Fryer Recipe Hara Kabab Ingredients Potato - 4 Midium size (Boiled) Peas - 1/2 cup (Boiled) Spinah - 1/2 cup (Boiled) Chat Masala - 1tbs Oil - 1 2 tsp ( for brushing) Salt - To taste Method 1. Mix all the ingredient with the masalas in a bowl. 2. Divide the mix ingredients into equal balls. Press each ball between our palms to give them a tikki shape. 3. Pre heat Airfryer at 200C for 5 minute. 4. Brush tikkis with oil and Airfry at 180C for 15 minbutes or till slightly brown outside. 5. Hara kabab is ready , serve hot with green chutney or sauce.

- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or agave
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop protein powder
