JUST wanna say ur designs and style are not only goated asf, but it is so refreshing to see mouthwashing fans who dont boil jimmy down to "jimmy bad!!!" and "sorry you had to draw jimmy" and can actually interact with media critically and understand the role characters play in a story. ur analysis of him is soosososo interesting bc hes an interesting character ! For the most part, comments like "Sorry you had to draw Jinsertnamehere" don't bother me that much because they're lighhearted. And some artists' "I'm never drawing Jwiblebombilbobl!!" is not that critical either, it may just be a personal preference. It's not that big of a deal tho I understand the annoyance. However I do think there are underlying reasons for people acting like this that I hate.

There is something to be said about the fandom acting especially pretentious and vicious with Mouthwashing that is veeeryyyy odd and I don't like it. Sometimes it feels like the mouthwashing fandom are a group of kindergartners that can't see past a shallow reading and dumbing down characters while removing what makes them interesting. Stop acting pretentious please guys, be mature and see the value in the story in its execution of complex ideas and concepts. Just be chill guys and don't harass people, it's not that difficult.

I am taking what fyozai crumbs I can get at this point after the massive feast that was Meursault, but the fact that Fyodor so far has been straight trashing Dazai to Atsushi and just CAN'T. LET. IT. GO. screams a little obsessed to me ngl you can admit that you got a little silly with Dazai in Meursault and the alleys around Yokohama, Fyodor. The way he oscillates between "Dazai-kun wasn't good enough to be my equal, after all," and "Dazai-kun was truly spectacular," is just straight up funny to me at this point. He's the ex-lover who keeps telling everyone he's moved on and everyone's smiling and nodding, but not believing.

Not many cdramas are merciful like this XD Giving us a hope for some kind of continuation. We won't see it, but maybe Zhuo Yichen and Wen Xiao will (at least, a dozen fics can be written about it :).

It's very peculiar that it was mostly Zhao Yuanzhou who glued the whole team together. Without him and without the babies (Bai Jiu and Yinglei) it seems there is almost nothing left to salvage. At least, not until they find him again. Still, I have to thank the showrunner for the hopefulness, and also - for showing us Zhuo Yichen's extensive growth.

Having experienced everything he has, I don't see how he'd even want to run the Demon Hunting Bureau (when your boo is a demon and your female crush is a Goddess who protects demons, duh). But out of all things he could do, he went looking for Zhao Yuanzhou's soul D: They just had to make their relationship even deeper and more dramatic (as if it was even possible).
