i wish any of my relationships with women had been as meaningful as the ones i've had with men. i mean, everything with c was very intense and looking back, yeah, i think i was in love with her and she felt something like that for me, but her own shit (and mine. for most of our "relationship" but i eventually dealt with all that and she never dealt with hers. which, looking back, duh mf, you are canoodling with a 30 y/o who accepts nothing about herself and is having an intense emotional affair with her coworker in her early 20s. lmao. but i was, well, in my early 20s) kept things from materializing. the first woman i had sex with was, it turns out, sleeping with multiple ppl and i thought we were exclusive jfdsklsdf and embarrassed myself a lot there. but it was so short-lived. idk. i just feel like, even with c, i've never really totally felt wanted by a woman and that sucks. i think the only reason things have felt more meaningful with men is that they lie more readily, like, all the love-bombing and stuff. i've never had a woman be like We are meant to be together. never even had a woman be like You're my type. meanwhile my first romantic relationship with a male person was in grade school and guys have been successfully feeding me lines about being soulmates ever since. (i'm gullible.) which i don't say to be like, relationships with men are better. i assume they are worse (but have never had a real gf so idk). but i think it's kind of fucked up my sense of romance, like, i need the soul-rending stuff. and a woman has never been like, U rend my soul shorty
