Thank you so much for tagging me @thealterscrolls in your post, you know I love an excuse to overshare about things I like and/or are working on. Though, I'll be nice and keep each list to a maximum of 8 cause otherwise I would go overboard and that would make this already long post longer than necessary. Alright, let's get into it:

Describe one creative WIP project you're planning to work on over the summer: No summer for me for a while but hey, winter for me personally is a great time to work on stuff cause excursions outside the house are at a minimum, and I don't have to feel bad about being inside all day when the sun's already going down at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Anyway, I'm hoping to work on my In the Absent Place prequel slash companion fic focusing on Jake and the events that lead into that story. It's been an idea I've wanted to do for months and I have indeed started on it but I keep getting distracted from it by other ideas and fandoms (and also working on zine fics). But I do want to finish it. I also have a fic for The Owl House and one for Wolf 359 that I keep coming back to (aka the fics that have been distracting me), so we'll see if I ever get round to finishing those.

Recommend a book: When it comes to reading books, I am both very easily entertained (I rarely give out 1 or 2 stars) and extremely reserved with what I consider a great book, to me at least. I have given only a few books 5 stars. Share one piece of advice: Nothing you learn is a waste of time. Nothing. Doesn't matter how obscure or pointless it feels like it is, everything comes in handy some way or another eventually (and, hey, even if it doesn't, it can still be fun to have that knowledge). So learn! Learn whatever you want, however big or small. Learn that fictional language or lore from your favourite story. Learn about a show you've never watched from an hour long video essay. Learn about that obscure historical event you found in a Wikipedia rabbit hole at 2AM. Learn not because you have to but because you want to and because you're interested. Because no time is ever wasted when you've gained something new.

Wip Wednesday

so i'm wrting karaoke scene for last chapter of fratboys au and it run away from me and now it's not so about bucktommy for now as about saleddie (I will give them some attention in their own fic in this universe later)

“Wait, you have a kid? Cool!” Sal’s happy voice is taking Buck back to conversation. “How old is he?”

“Eight,” Eddie smiles and takes his phone from his jeans, showing it to Sal, who sat near him when Maddie and Chim went to order a song for them to sing. 

“Oh, he’s adorable. Just like his dad,” Sal smiles at Eddie, leaning a little bit closer, and Eddie melts. 

Buck definitely will talk with Eddie about it.

“Do you sing? Wanna sing something with me?” Sal asks and Eddie nods. “Good, let’s go!”

They move to the stage, where Chim and Maddie are almost done with their song.

Buck swallows, dreading what he can do while he’s alone with Tommy, but takes his full attention on the man, who already looks at him with such a pretty smile he wants to cry.

“Do you think Sal and Eddie …” Buck doesn't know how to end this question, but knows Tommy got him.

“Sal’s definitely flirting,” Tommy says, drinking his beer. “And I’d say Eddie is … doing something. Is Eddie actually straight?”

Buck looks at how Eddie blushes when Sal whispers something to him before choosing the song and he actually has the same question.

“I think the question is: does Eddie still think he is as straight as he was when he came there and saw Sal with his lumberjack beard or not.”

Tommy laughs immediately, but Buck tries to keep a blank face, but gives up and laughs so hard he needs to hide in his hands, when his body shakes from the laugh.

Riddle Rosehearts makes time for you. I believe that, everyone and their mother's by now, knows that Riddle can be very strict with his schedule. (Either because of his grades or because of the rules of the red queen) And making barely any time for himself.

But then you came along. Which was annoying at first, of course, not because of you, he would never be annoyed at you or your persona. He was annoyed on how you made him feel. You had always made an effort to remember some of the eight hundred and ten rules, even when you both were not even on the same dorm, which he very much appreciated. But that made his mind wander, like it NEVER has before.

Wander at what, you ask? At you, obviously. He never seemed to get you off of his mind for second. Much to Riddle's dislike.

So, after accepting that he may have gotten some kind of liking to a troublemaker like you, He started to invite you to every cricket, game, every unbirthday party, everything within an personal schedule of his, of course.

He even started on keeping track of the time for your monthly evening of drinking tea. (With just you two) And with everything. Eventually, Riddle started to keep track and take care of you your schedule too.

You need to pass an exam but you know little about the subject? Riddle will make time to tutor you on Tuedays after school way before the exam comes. You want to try a tart just thirty minutes before the unbirthdy party? .......He could turn a blind eye. Just this once. (He's serious)

Needless to say, Riddle installed a whole new calendar app just to schedule your little time together.

Leona Kingscholar spoils you as much as possible. Once you two already started officially dating, you were already on his mind 24/7, (Just like Riddle) but Leona, didn't quite mind actually. Not that he would ever admit that to you or anyone on that matter.

But he started to pick up on the little things you do and like. You've been eyeing a dessert but don't have the money to spoil yourself? BAM. There's at least three of them in your bag after your done with Varga's class.

Did you just say that your headphones broke down? BAM. The next day, Leona casually sneaks one into your ear with your favorite song on while you're distracted eating lunch and telling him about your day in the botanical garden.

On the weekend, you've been wanting to go shopping for this shirt you liked online at the mall? EEEUGH fine, he'll go with you, but you're his for the next of the weekend. (Bro's acting as he didn't buy you the shirt you wanted plus brand new clothes you also liked at the spot) Yeah, you both COULD HAVE sleeped through the whole weekend together in each other's embrace, but eeing you smile while you try the new things you have is good enough.

Leona never saw the appeal of spoiling himself. He already had everything he could ever want. But when it comes to you, he could go to the end of the earth and waste every penny of his money just to see you smile once again.

And he's not planning on stopping anytime soon. (or ever...)

Aaron x Dante, that on this persons post about them in MCD and also this post about them is so fueling my brain rot. Like just the image of boy failure Dante having a huge crush on Aaron, meanwhile if anyone asks Aaron about Dante he's like, "Yeah Dante's cool" with a faint blush. Being called cool by Aaron litterly like the highest praise Aaron can give someone, (this man is so emotionlly stunted)

Aphmau x Zoey, now yes I know technically Zoey isn't in mys because she gave up her immortality. In my AU/rewrite if MCD Irena gave up part of her immortality to her friends allowing them to be reborn along with herself. While all her friends lack the knowledge of their past lives Irena doesn't and remembers them each time, until she sealed herself away in her dimension. And I imagine Zoey planting the growing the tree caused to lose a part of her powers that caused her to have a more human life lifespan and with losing her chance to be reborn. Irena gave her wife a part of her power like she did with her friends so she could live again.

Katelyn x Cadenza, your telling me Gaurd x Princess isn't their trope, i don't even know what fueled this brain rot but I had to write about it. Cadenza is the daughter of the mayor of Meteli, mayors/lords of towns are at risk and so are their kids what better then Lawerence's sometime friend Katleyn being his sister's gaurd.

Travis x Zane, I LOVE THIS SHIP SO FUCKING MUCH!!! It's perfect, it's beautiful, it's gorgeous and it's awesome. I feel like if I start writng in dept about them i'll end up making this whole post about them, but catch me making a whole series on them.

Nana x Michi, it's rivals to lovers, plus their shared love and hate for Tu'lu was like a I hate you but we both hate Kaii typa moment. (Kaii is the nephew of the king of Tu'lu so they both hate his guts.)

Gene x Vylad, it's more fueled by oposistes atracts, like calm x bastard. Vylad is the only one that keeps Gene sain. Also scumbag gene defo writes songs about Vylad.

32) Do you listen to music when you write or does music inspire you? If so, which band or genre of music does it for you?

i listen to SO MUCH MUSIC!!!!! it depends on what im wrting tbh but i just queue up a bunch of songs in my liked playlist and write and write until it ends or im no longer on that flow. and well my music taste is an absolute mess so there isnt any one definitive band or genre that does it for me (i only pay attention Sometimes) but i suppose artists like mitski and queen would be a decent summary of my taste 😅

50) How did you get into reading and/or writing fanfiction?

gravity falls, no stop. the first one that ever piqued my interest was versability (originally on ff.net me thinks) and god damn it HOOKED ME!!!! gravity falls was already getting me up but wow that just got me SO MUCH HIGHER. i have a few authors i started binge reading like thesnadger and pinesinthewoods, i started extracting fics from reccs from tumblr artists, soon discovered ao3, and never looked back. and as for writing fic,,,,, well frankly it was the search for the cure’s original form that got me GOING!!!! it originally had crappy ocs as the forefronters but i soon changed that lmao (im definitely not saying theyre bad in general, just those… no) and i wrote So Much For It on my notes app. i didnt realize i culd actually show people until way later, in which i did, and realized that it could actually be better. thats why i reversed back to part one, made the story a part two, scapped the ocs, and…now we’re here. i still love it and gravity falls, i dont really show it here anymore. i really should, man. i need to write for them again!!!! it still excites me!!!! and the prose that im weaving now,,,, id DEMOLISH THE GAME!!!!!!! :)

though i suppose if i had to pick one here…god its between time loop and presumed dead (and grief/moruning but idk if thats a trope so much as it is a theme). MMMMMMMM. mmmmm. just YES. the psychological affects of both being a time loop and thinking someone you love is dead but they arent actually are DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! they are a MUST HAVE. i daydream constantly, but i havent written time loop yet because while i love it, i havent hadthe motive to write such a thing myself. reading is chill ✊ and presumed dead well i try to throw it is as much as i can, the most recent ive used being a west end town and my favorite being that one kid from jersey ! i need to do more of these fr. its just so GOOD!!!!!!

okay. its finally time for the brainwashing discussing of the fic ! i can tell you alllll about that story and it will be my pleasure sonny 🫡 its a very long story. but short verison in case you dont want to go on: its a Titanic epic . april 1912. iceberg. ive read a few that are AMAZING, but i wanted to write one that catered it allll to Me. it has lesbians, heaven sucking ass, flood parallels, and a king of the world AND draw me like one of your french girls scene. very nice 🔥

okay now its time for the long story. so a super super long time ago for a post i cant even remember (i really wanna find it 😭😭) i for someone reason went on a tangent about the titanic. i had just read this fic called sinking into the sea which was tbh VERY GOOD (and i would read it again fr fr ) but at the time, i was kinda bummed that aziraphale and crowley never actually Interacted when i had expected. aziraphale didnt even know crowley was there!!! it left me feeling melancholy, and realizing that all of the titanic fics ive ate up to that point didnt HIT hit the spot (i didnt find this after this realization, but again, theyre not even on the boat 🤧) so i was feeling a bit incomplete. i started ranting and ranting it was a wholeee wall of a text of what I would do with a titanic story and i realized oh wait i can Do Something with this because i haev free will and actual (somewhat) coherent skill. pepper jumped on the wagon, REALLY REALLY encouraged which i cant thank enough for, and….we’re here. its brewing. i had a very large interest in the titanic for a long time before this tbh, so being able to insert it into The Interest just JUMPSTARTED my brain and it still does to this day. now for the plot….

its 2020, a year after the apocalypse (no pandemic). anathema, newt, brian, crowley, and aziraphale have been assigned to plan adam’s 12th birthday party—they shenanigan, as you do. on the day of the party (adam’s birthday) anathema and newt find a chest in jasmine cottage’s attic full of titanic relics, including a pack of polaroid photos (handheld cameras did indeed exist in 1912, i checked !) which kinda might sort of have a photo of aziraphale and crowley!?!?! it was sent to them about six months before. but after the whole Second Volume fiasco, anathema just sort of wrote it off in that way and Hid It. but newt was curious, he found it, and god it was writtent his way wasnt it. (well, not by the nutter they were thinking of actually). anathema confronts them about itsoon after, and they all sit down to hear the story of the titanic in a sort of rose dawson beat. then its 1912—50ish years since the holy water incident and almost a century since the resurrectionists disaster. aziraphale has been assigned to take this trip to new york for Some Reason (we found out why later) and happened to invite crowley to come along to attempt to make amends after Allat (he really does feel bad, but he will NOT do the holy water thing yet </3) shit occurs, but history atlarge will not be rewritten. it does change their story, though. adding a sprinkle of interest in the device family line. agnes prophec(y)(ies), dancing on deck under the stars, playing cards with humans and winning by a Lot, aziraphale’s artistic skills are put to use at one point—ughghgufhits just so DEAR TO ME!!!!! and of course the conflict will come later, especially considering the religious connections to the titanic sinking—“not even God can sink this ship” type conversation 🥰 aziraphale can and will be made uncomfortable. its for the character development dont worry about it. i even have a playlist for this fic (it sorted by the way the tone shifts thru the story, some songs are silly but they had to stay). pep has also made some song covers to some of the songs that ive heavily connected to the fic and I REALLY FUCKING LIKED. LIKE A LOT. THEYRE AMAZING YOU SHOULD LISTEN IF YOU WANT TO!!!!

the point of all this is that i like titanic fics and im trying to throw my hat in the ring even if its just for me and my friend 🔥🔥 because while others have fed me, i havent seen ones that have documented like Every Single Day on the titanic that aziraphale and crowley would theoretically have as well as developing aziraphale and crowley’s relationship while taking into account whats happened before (insert the story into a part of the timeline seamlessly i think thats how i’d describe) AS WELL AS connecting the reason why the titanic was such a freak tragedy and how the world is not fucking fair instead of just “oh whoops the thing sank 😞” i want NITTY GRITTY DETAIL!!!!!! I WANT GUILT!!!!!!! I WANT CHAOS!!!!!!!! I WANT TALKING ABOUT GOD!!!!!!! I WANT AZIRAPHALE IN A MENTAL CRISIS!!!!! I WANT CROWLEY JUST WANTING TO FUCKING LIVE FUCKING PEACEFULLY!!!!!!! This evolution has taken place over a number of years and I feel I am still evolving as a songwriter. Who do you see as your main competitor? My love for meteorology and storm chasing has been with me for many years, dating back to early childhood. I also have a degree in inclusive education and teach science and social studies to 4th and 5th graders. I have also begun teaching piano to beginners on my YouTube channel.

What is the biggest problem you have encountered in the journey of music? One of the biggest challenges I face as a solo artist is distributing my music to all possible platforms and increasing engagement with fans. It is a challenge because of the competitiveness of the industry, but also difficult just being a solo artist. If you could change one thing in the music industry, what would it be? I would change the way music is being distributed. I feel that we have developed an excessive obsession for technology, and while there are a number of benefits, I believe that the music industry longs for the days when more things were done in an analog fashion--from recording to making an actual "record." There is so much more that can be incorporated, everything from artwork to liner notes. My recording process continues to be organic. Everything is written out and played by the great group of musicians who have been making recording with me over the past 5 years. Why did you choose this as the title of this project? ‘All Good Things" is a song written about the conclusion of childhood and the transition into adulthood. While it is true that the carefree times of childhood are coming to an end, bigger and better things are in store for the future, even though it signals your innocence has been left behind. Departing from what one has known in some of the happiest times in their life is certainly no easy release, but must be done by all. For those listening to this song, I intend for you to use my words to help you through the conclusion of your dependence and introduction to independence in life. I plan on continuing to release new original singles and music videos, while also songwriting and performing live at many venues throughout the Mid Atlantic region. Do you have any artistic collaboration plans? I have recently worked with the great Richie Cannata--Billy Joel's original sax player. He will be featured on one of my new releases early in 2024. I have also worked with the great Chesta Davis gospel singers on that same release. What message would you like to give to your fans? I would like to thank my fans for their endless support. A dream...

He was right next to me... I can touch every inch of him... He hugged me so tight till our breath got heavier... I longed for this since forever I said, then he whispered sweetly, I love you over and over again until the feeling of his own words imprinted all over me. I looked at him, tracing every bit of his manly feature... Those hazel green-ish eyes of him which I love the most! Or those visible veins on his arms. The way his smile warmed my soul or that voice of him that I swear I can recognize anywhere.

My heart and soul kept saying:

Believe him.

Don’t doubt him.

He is different.

He is sincere.

He loves you.

To me, he was everything I had been looking for, for so long and evermore.

I hugged him again, burying myself in his arms “I love you too”, I whispered, and closed my eyes while resting my head on his chest, to woke up to reality! He wasn’t there! We never met! He left me for another a long time ago! We are just strangers now.
