my absolute dream song for 5sos to cover is I am australian by the seekers. maybe because it’s one of the most beautiful songs ever and and such a motivator for decolonisation but I’ve never heard a version of it I’m truly happy with. so imagine 5sos do cover it. and we get to decide who sings each verse (I just really want an excuse to do a poll okay, maybe polls about covers are my brand).

Last weekend xndnnd was on a phone call with a friend and she asked me how I was doing

No, and I dont want any.

To actually answer the question, I dont have one. I work at the library tho. I think working at a public library would be more fun, but I dont wanna organize events and do public speaking. 😭 My university library is big enough that not everyone has to do that. But idk if its a FUN job. In summer Ill finish my training, well see if the position I get after that will be too boring. I hope not! Its not terribly stressful at least

My rants are 1% of what I post on the blankshipping tag. The rest is me being the only person posting fan fic and (mostly other peoples') art of train twin yaoi. I haven't read your fic because I gave up on checking the shipping tag on AO3 long ago when it was taken over by dog dicks and death porn. I don't remember following you. It must have been right after PLA came out when the blankshipping fandom was fun. I used to have the time of my life reblogging posts with gifs because every other fandom besides submas appreciates that, and artists in other fandoms aren't like, "I can't stand human interaction because I'm a skewwed smol autistic bean!"

Your drawing caught my fancy because it's one of the few things I've seen on the shipping tag that isn't so far removed to become unrecognizable. Ya knows, it's how blankshipping was before you people made it all about you and your transness and your kinks and your wallowing in constant misery and your dog-fucking clique. Now all that's left is you, and I'm not interested in you; I'm interested in shipping identical train twins. What's wrong with that? Why can't a person be into a specific thing and have it stay a thing? There might be other people who want to ship twins, but then they see what the fandom is and might think, "Ya know....I'm really into these identical twins in train costumes, but in order to get social in this fandom, I have to connect with a bunch of gross furries into doggie dick death porn and stupid fetish bingo." *quiety backs off*

Then you get nothing new but more sockpuppets doing exclusively ABO which most people find repulsive. *checks* Actually, there's a new one-time use sockpuppet that showed up just this morning. They tagged their post, "tw: implied body mutilation". That sounds miserable and hopeless af, right up everybody's alley.

Side note: Not to just pick on the dog fuckers because I realize there is every sort of animal buggery going on in the blankshipping tag. Whatever happened to that person doing Ingo and Emmet as Cult of the Lamb? I saw that and was like, "Sheep are cute! Why can't we do more with sheep around here? After all, sheep buggery is part of my national heritage because I married a guy from 'straya. What was that song he taught me?
