To get a little deeper, in this au the gods' personalities are a mix of gods from pjo and the parents, gods and mentors from fh, the bad kids meet on their first day of camp (they arrived simultaneously at the same time and attracted a huge wave of monsters to camp) aguefort is kronos who was punished to be the counsellor in a mortal body, dionysus-style, and the bad kids were sent on a quest to find out who keeps letting monsters inside camp.

Fabian is poseidon's darling boy. he doesn't have many bemigod children, so he makes sure to spend time with each, but fabian is still his favourite. under poseidon's protection, he could live in a mortal world for quite a while, but eventually the monsters sensed him and he had to transfer to camp.

Kristen's mother was a dedicated follower of Apollo, and he was fascinated by her passion and fell in love with her. Kristen knew she was a demigod since she was a little kid and was excited to be sent to camp. but after meeting Apollo, she realised he's "kind of a frat boy" (which is surprisingly accurate for pjo apollo) and after doing some soul-searching, became a follower of Hecate.

Gorgug is a son of Ares, and his mom, Roz, is a daughter of Hephaestus. Wilma is her fellow daughter of Hephaestus and she and Digby adopted Gorgug. He had to escape to the camp right after a monster attack, so he didn't get a chance to ask his parents who was his godly dad. He spends his entire first quest asking every mythical being if they're his dad, and gets claimed by Ares by the end of it. But he doesn't like it in the Ares cabin because they say he has to be raging and destructive, so after a while he transfers to the Hephaestus cabin.

Adaine's oracle abilities hit her in the middle of an exam and leave her with a panic attack. But when Goldenhoard (idk what will his deal be in this au) asks her to come to camp, she leaves gladly - she doesn't like it much at home. Like Rachel, she draws her prophecies on paper.

Riz didn't have a nice time at the Hermes cabin - everyone made fun of him because of his height - so when he heard there was a quest coming up, he agreed. He quickly became close friends with the bad kids on their journey and became more confident, he even got to chat with Hermes. Also he's one of the only halfbloods who uses a gun as his weapon.

Fig always knew her mom is a dryad living in a mortal world, but didn't even suspect her dad was a ruler of the underworld. She quickly leaned into the aesthetic tho. While trying to get to the camp, she got severely injured, so Gilear, her mortal dad, had to help her. He was allowed at camp as an exception and since he didn't have a job, they let him do some work at camp. Fig herself lives in the Hades cabin, but she tries out some other things too - she spent time at the Ares cabin to support Gorgug and frequently visits the Apollo kids to compose rock music.

Scott - “Prism” - The Star Arcana - Dionysus/Sigyn

Sarcastic yet intensely devoted and loyal, Scott is known for his business “Chromia”. He sells dyed goods along with one of a kind clothing, along with the actual dyes themselves. He’s relatively well known throughout town due to his social media presence, and helps the Phantom Thieves with a calling card utilizing social media. Pearl and Scott are notable for their distaste of each other, which differs from their closeness a few years back. According to him, Scott only really joined the Phantom Thieves for his own amusement rather than agreeing with their goals.

Dionysus is Scott’s persona. Dionysus is the god of wine, revelry, orchards, and madness. I mean, Scott did join the phantom thieves for his amusement, so his persona is one of festivities. Another aspect of Dionysus is his Orphic version known as “Zagreus”. If you played Hades, you probably have an idea of who he is. He is the son of Hades and Persephone, and is the god of rebirth. The “rebirth” aspect of Zagreus can refer to the amount of times Scott barely escaped death from SEVERAL people.

Anyways, Scott’s Ultimate Persona is Sigyn, the norse goddess of mercy and compassion, and wife of the trickster god Loki. When Loki was caught and punished after he killed Baldr, he was sentenced to be tied under a venomous snake and have it’s venom fall into his eyes, Sigyn shirked his punishment by placing a bowl or basin above him to catch the venom before it falls into his eyes. However, some venom does get in his eyes when Sigyn goes to empty the bowl and Loki’s pained squirming causes earthquakes.

Pearl - “Carmine” - The Moon Arcana - Little Red/Diana

Pearl is a journalist, who often pulls all-nighters and stake-outs to get her scoops. Although chill and laidback during the night, during the day is a ball of feral neuroticism from the lack of sleep. She often finds herself in odd situations to find her scoops, usually seeking out seedy parts or town to report on the criminal activities. This also led her to meet a strange man covered in sunflowers saying she resembles his god in his religion and some oddball bar performer claiming she pushed him out of some godly realm. She is also one of the Pupil’s victims with false memories implanted in her. In this case, she believes Grian is her younger brother. She owns a little dog named “Tilly”.

Her Persona is Little Red, as in Little Red Riding Hood. More specifically, the version she and the huntsman along with her grandmother feed the wolves rocks after the huntsman cuts them out.It then dies either by drowning in a well where the rocks weigh it down or where the weight is just too much for it to handle and it dies. I mainly chose this for the ✨aesthetics✨, with a red cloak and giant terrifying wolf. I suppose it could represent the two sides of Pearl; the chill and laidback Pearl during the night and the feral (albeit kind of sad) and sleep deprived Pearl during the day.

Anyways, her Ultimate Persona is Diana, the Roman goddess of nature, hunters, wildlife, and the moon. She’s often equated with Artemis, but also has an association with Hecate, god of witchcraft due to both of them having crossroads under their dominion. Pearl could theoretically have any of these goddesses, due to their themes aligning with Pearl during Double Life where she goes kind of stir crazy and lonely. Heck, Hecate is even accompanied by a procession of dogs.

Cleo - “Ghoul” - The High Priestess Arcana - Bloody Mary/Durga

A sculptor known for her ornate, detailed, and beautifully haunting sculptures. She was one of the first people that managed to befriend Etho, most likely due to her similarly intimidating aura. She is roommates with Joe Hills, a strange man who often speaks through a puppet on his hand. She had to become more intimidating due to people with less than favourable intentions often flock to prodigy artists. However, if you have her back, she’ll have yours and will always make sure she fulfills a promise or repays a favour.

Her persona in the metaverse is Bloody Mary. She’s most known for her urban legend, where you can summon her via going into a dark room (usually a bathroom) with only a candle and reciting her name three times. Although there are several different origins she may have had, this version is specifically Mary Worth. She was a woman who lived in the woods who was accused of witchcraft. She was burning on the stake when she cursed the village, resulting in the vengeful ghost we know today.

Durga is the Hindu goddess of protection, strength, motherhood, destruction, and wars. She has the ability to unleash divine wrath on those who oppress and is often depicted riding a lion or tiger wielding multiple weapons and fighting demons. Cleo is both someone able to intimidate those into avoiding her and protecting her allies, represented by the combination of the aspects Durga represents. Also the motherhood aspect is calling back to when she was part of the c(l)ockers as the “mom”.

Gem - “Satyr” - The Strength Arcana - Atalanta/Freyja

Gem, although she may not look or act like it, is a former mercenary. She is retired, but not after making herself known through her feats of strength and her near inhuman fighting abilities. As of today however, she spends her days working as a lyricist and LARPing with her friends, as well as regularly bugging Etho. She can crush apples with her bare hands and is both well liked and feared by the rest of the phantom thieves.

Her initial persona is Atalanta, a famed hunter from Greek mythology. She was raised by bears and is the slayer of the Calydoanian Boar after Artemis wasn’t honoured with a sacrifice. She was also possibly a member of the Argonauts, where she fought along side them at the battle of Clolchis. She was a rare example of a female Greek hero in the frat house of the rest of the Greek heroes.

Her Ultimate Persona is Freyja, the Norse god of love, beauty, fertility, war, and gold. She and Odin equally spilt the soldiers who died in war into two halls, one belonging to Freyja. She wears a necklace called “Brísingamen”, obtained through trickery but was broken when she got so wrathful, the hall shook. Thor utilized said necklace to disguise as her to steal back his hammer Mjolnir.

Kaos

"Kaos" is a Netflix series that promises to offer a dark and modern reinterpretation of Greek mythology. Created by Charlie Covell, the same mind behind the hit series "The End of the F***ing World", "Kaos" mixes mythological elements with contemporary themes, exploring issues such as power, family, politics and disillusionment.

The series stands out for its bold approach in reimagining the stories of Greek gods and heroes, presenting them as complex and vulnerable characters struggling with their problems. This mix of myth and modernity creates an intriguing world, in which the deities are no longer omnipotent figures, but entities struggling with their own existence and the change of the human world.

Visually, "Kaos" is a work of art: the aesthetics are taken care of in the smallest details, with sets that mix ancient and modern, and a photography that enhances the mysterious and dreamlike atmosphere of the series. The actors' performances are convincing, with interpretations that manage to give depth and humanity to mythological figures often perceived as distant and inaccessible.

However, the increasing discontent among mortals threatens to become a concrete danger for the gods.

The true heart of the story unfolds through four human characters: Riddi (Aurora Perrineau), short for Eurydice; Orpheus (Killian Scott), a pop star and Riddi’s boyfriend; Ceneus (Misia Butler), who was raised among the Amazons; and Ariadne (Leila Farzad), who has always struggled with the guilt of her twin brother’s death. These characters, despite having very different lives, are cosmically linked in their fight against Zeus, each with the potential to contribute to the downfall of the gods.

The series uses Greek mythology as a pretext to explore the theme of religion and the limitations it can impose on our lives. "Kaos" poses provocative questions about how religious beliefs can condition our existence, pushing us to live for an uncertain future rather than in the present. The mortals in the series find themselves trapped in a kind of Matrix where their actions are guided by the awareness of predetermined consequences. Star Wars Demigod AU Aesthetics

My take on who star wars characters godly parents would be!

Luke and Leia are both kids of Aphrodite.

For Luke, I feel like he would have powerful charm speak and much like Leia, be the strongest person in combat in a room despite being underestimated by everyone based on appearance. I also love the idea of the twins having everyone fall in love with them all the time (I think they would make a bit out of it). Some casual Din/Luke is also in this aesthetic (more on Din later).

Leia aesthetic for being a daughter of Aphrodite.

I think that Leia would have been claimed sooner than Luke was (coming to camp when she was younger) and thus she knows how to control her charm speak more than Luke does. She would also be more of a realist with love as she has had her fair share of insincere suitors.

Leia would also be the best shooter at camp half blood. Some Leia/Han is also in this aesthetic!

Han would be the son of Hermes.

He is always traveling, good at thievery/cunning actions, and is a good navigator. I think that he would be sent on his first quest with Luke and Leia (before Luke is claimed) and would be micro managing their travels.

He constantly tries to beat Leia at shooting but they both know that he isn't as good as she is (Leia/Han is also incorporated in this aesthetic).

Din would be the son of Hephaestus.

This one took me a while but honestly it fits.

I think that beyond the armor (which he would 100% wear at camp half blood), he is also super efficient at doing repairs (but not as much as his fellow Hephaestus kid Peli), and uses fire. He would have gone on a lot of quests and is experienced in it (his bounty hunting).

I also just love the idea of a Hephaestus and Aphrodite kid being togethers (thus Din/Luke is in this aesthetic too).

Finally, Lando.

He would be a son of Dionysus. He has the right vibes:

Strong, fun, goes with the flow, and a bit sneaky. He would totally be an enjoyer of good theater and wine.

I like to think that he and Han have been camp besties for a while. He definitely would be the type of person to go on one quest (which was the most important one) and just have so much credit from then on thus making him the person everyone wants on a quest.

Hiiiiiiiiii I’m glad you asked!!!

I think I touched on this silly topic a while ago with you and it’s brief for now but really you can add to it!!!

So far we got:

Aiden/Hermes: this one is simple this boy runs fast and he’s such an icon, he’d be running around doing errands and being a little agent of chaos. And guess what? His other job is sending human spirits to Hades and spoiler! That’s his old man. Yes I’m shoving my Aiden Waltz bio son agenda here too.

Hakon/Aphrodite: because of course. He’s got four wives and no one fits his title better. Also imagine him wearing something like this. With luscious braided hair and the pretties eyes able to make anyone weak for him.

Lawan/Artemis: need I explain further with her and her stupid crossbow?

Waltz/Hades: let’s be real I’m a hades apologist, this man is the most unproblematic amongst the few options here and I think the renegades as faction is very fitting when it comes to underworldly aesthetics

Barney/Ares: I know you’re here for your boy so I have to include him. I’m choosing ares because of his brash and unpredictable personality and how that little rascal is eager to start a war in Villedor.

Aitor/Poseidon: okay this is mainly because of that one thing in Greek mythology where Poseidon and Athena fights each other for the role of protector for a city named “Athens” and yes can you guess where I’m going with this. It’s uncannily similar to what the game is about, plus the fact Poseidon sending a flood to punish the city is also similar to PK attacks. And he’s blue lol.

Juan/Dionysus: honestly? The idea that started this whole au. This role just fits him perfectly and I’d say he’d wear something like this

Rowe/Apollo: this is me bringing my headcanons into this but I see Lawan and him being very brother and sister like so call me biased tho I’m still going with this. Ironically he’s terrible at singing and perfect for the role of god of music/j

I also have other ideas which I haven’t finalized. Like I would like to add either Demeter or Thanatos, and possible Thalia. This is an incredibly self indulgent au with a lot of stupid headcanons but I’m hoping you’re enjoying this so far and if anyone is remotely interested with this please please please send me asks or add on to it. For real I would love to actually make this into a thing with more characters that anyone can enjoy!

tamlin - apollo (boy just wanted to be a poet 😭) or demeter? maybe even poseidon since he’s the earthshaker and prone to changing forms.

lucien - hermes (emissary?? got many a trick up his sleeve??) helios?

eris - zeus (for the daddy issues) or athena (he is smart and a general need i say more) (hermes is a good choice but he exists in my mind as a middle aged gossip and unfortunately beron is Not That)

nesta - athena/minerva maybe belladonna? maybe even hera.

elain - persephone.

jurian - dionysius.

tarquin - neptune? he strikes me as more romantic idk

Ooooo I like Jurian as a Dionysus kid too. I could totally see him as Hermes's son as well. Now that I think about it, Tamlin with his fiddle music and limericks COULD fit in with Apollo. The thing is Lucien with his sun aesthetic and also his rizz (because Apollo is a total harlot let's be fr) could ALSO be Apollo although I do see Hermes too. Can you imagine Tamlin and Lucien just being Apollo bros? Fuck yes. I think I put Nesta as Athena, but Bellona could work too. I do like her as Athena though also because of her silver aesthetic and light hair and book Annabeth has light hair and silver eyes. Eris as Zeus's kid for the daddy issues I'm crying😭😭😭😭😭😭He's like the eldest sister stuck in a man's body so I could totally see him as Thalia. He'd fit in with Athena too. Persephone is Demeter's daughter so we're on the same wavelength with Elain here. I'd love to hear your thoughts on why you see Tarquin as more Roman than Greek!

Hello, I have a question and I hope you can help me, context: I have a one shot fic where the sumeru gang and the other are demigod (Greek-Roman based) but my big problem is Kahev, I don't know what to do with him, my options:

・Apolo' son: he is a little solar type, friendly and artistic

・Athena' son: Arquitec stuff

・Dionysus' son: not only for the drunk stuff, but also he is pretty and Dionysus had this womawish thing in the past, the artistic side and mental ill

Could you help me decide? I really like the Apolo side but the other two are good options as well...

Oh my! Firstly, thank you for sharing your idea here with me 🥺 I think that’s very sweet! I’m a huge fan of Greek mythology too so I’m super enamored with your idea! (Haha catch me being a Percy Jackson kid).

Honestly!! I would agree with you about placing him as an Apollo child, very fitting when it comes to the arts and I believe there may be elements of knowledge under his belt too. Kaveh is canonically drawn to aesthetically beautiful things anyway, so I can totally see him here!

In truth, he could fit under Athena too, but because she’s more on the representative side of strategy and war, I would lean more towards Apollo. Ah but she also represents handicrafts and with Kaveh being the architect and creative he is, it would be 100% valid to place him as Athena’s child too. Plus, I tend to see Athena as a protector, and Kaveh seems like he’d be very passionate about protecting his ideals and those that are less fortunate.

Ahhh!!! My final opinion would be Athena but please please please decide on what you feel is right! ☺️

I’m getting the urge to do stuff for my Percy Jackson characters so here’s them in picrew form

(Are they Megan and Talon in new form?? Maaaaaaybe) Here’s the picrew and I’m gonna talk about them under the cut hehe

The first one’s name is Beatrice (but she goes by Bea with her friends), and she is a daughter of Thanatos who was blessed by Nyx. Thanatos is the god of (peaceful) death (not to be confused with Hades, the god of the dead) and since he is the personification of death, the only way for Bea to live is by being blessed by Thanatos’s mother, Nyx (goddess of the night and very powerful). So her mother ended up dying, but she survived and was raised by her aunt’s family in Michigan. Thanatos was a pretty involved parent so she knew about the demigod thing her whole life (her family only knew vague stuff) and once she became a teen/target for monsters, she started spending half of her time in the underworld with her dad and grandma, getting training and whatnot. Eventually he decided she should go to camp half blood to meet other demigods which is how she ended up there (a year before Percy’s arrival). Her powers include having a pair of avian wings (to match her dad’s), being able to see and eventually interact with ghosts, and communicating with butterflies, as well as being able to sense death. She is a pretty serious and logical person. Being quite pacifistic, she does not like killing people and believes it is not her place. If it really comes to it, she has a sword that she can use, but it causes her guilt and she does very specific burial practices to make sure everything turns out fine (even if it’s a monster). She cares a lot about justice but isn’t very good at forming relationships. Her fatal flaw is selfishness/excessive solitude. (Oh and also I’m headcanoning that all the demigods are just neurodivergent in some way, rather than adhd exclusively bc I gotta project autism onto my girl hehehe)

The second one is Ezra, and he is a son of Dionysus. He has visited camp for a while since he and his mom were aware of where Dionysus was. Ezra has a strained relationship with his father because of how he is. Mr. D is quite dismissive and nonchalant towards his kids and it makes Ezra resentful towards him. He and his mom live in New York, a few hours away from camp and Ezra goes every year. He first started going at about 12, and aside from his father, he loves camp and always looks forward to going. His powers include control over plants, especially grape vines, and his intense emotions can seep out as a purple smoke and affect those who inhale it (if he’s very angry, he can make those around him angry, etc; tho he doesn’t have too much control over this power). He fights with two swords and emotion, really. Being really in his feels about something gets him going. He’s a pretty open and easy going guy, who feels things very deeply. The one thing he’s not open about is his rage and resentment towards his father. He’s quite the extrovert, enjoys performing, and loves everything loud and bright (such as the maximalist aesthetic he has with his clothes and room). He’s also addicted to apple juice. His fatal flaw is holding grudges.

Um but yeah they are my babies and I love them and need to draw them some stuff. Oooooh maybe some Orpheus and Eurydice things bc um it fits. It fits waaaaaaay too well. And the fact that they will be visiting the underworld is making me wanna give them parallels :)))))

Son of Iris

He’s very sweet

Everything he owns is rainbow or pastel aesthetic

He actually hates violence and is a peacemaker in situations

He’s actually the only one that’s able to talk to Boun when he’s in a temper.

Vernon is able to conjure rainbow light that’s hardened like a shield, able to protect people he wants to

Technically, he can use the light to trap people

But he doesn’t like the thought of trapping someone.

Unlike the other demigods, he doesn’t have to spend a gold coin in the water to send a message.

Has what others call iriskinesis, which is the ability to shape and manipulate rainbows.

He has a calming aura

Loves to paint

Especially denim clothing.

Sometimes others wants him to make some painted clothes, which he’ll happily do.

He’s telepathic and wears headphones to keep music from his telepathic abilities from making him have a migraine

He’s innocent and doesn’t understand when someone is saying harmful words to him

If someone is cursing at him for accidentally reading their thoughts, Vernon won’t understand that their angry at him

Vernon never gets angry

And the first time he ever shows he’s angry, that would terrify the camp.

He likes to sit and sketch

His love language is physical touch.

He’s a people pleaser which means he can’t says no

So sometimes the Boun will say no for him

His best friend is Boun, just because his gentle aura tends to keep Boun from outbursts

And the fact that Vernon always gets him out of trouble

Dionysus has trouble saying no to Vernon.

He’s never sent on a mission, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t sneak out to try to help someone.

His friends have to protect him from Han.

He’s friends with Pegsi, they usually flock to him.

Vernon can even understand what they say.

There’s always Pegsi around him when he’s sketching.

Even the most head stubborn Pegsus would let Vernon ride their back smoothly.
