So you know those DPxDC AUs where Tim makes a deal with either Clockwork or Danny to carry Ellie? Or Tim is a reborn Danny whose carrying Ellie instead (love these btw) in order to get Bruce out of the time stream.

Well what about instead of just Ellie, it's both her and Danny.

Danny and Ellie who were badly hurt by the GIW that they both had to revert into their cores. They are saved by their friends/family and are taken to Frostbite. There they are monitored and looked after only until they can finally the reform but they run into a problem. The two can't return to their home dimension due to the GIW activity and they cant stay to long in the Infinite Realms cause they are still halfas. Then one day CW appears to speak with Frostbite over something important about the two.

Meanwhile in the DCverse.

Tim might have figured a way to save Bruce from the timestream. A being known as Clockwork might be able to help him if he manages to summon the powerful 'Ancient'.

However he knows summoning and requesting it's help he will have to pay a price.

If it means getting Bruce back he'll do it...

I often think about how incredibly fit Natsume must be, yokai-induced sickliness aside. He spends 75% of his life running from yokai, through forests and mountains and all kinds of shit. Every day is a marathon for him, he arguably gets too much exercise (which might contribute to collapsing from exhaustion a lot. over exercising isn't good for you).

But imagine what a fast runner he must be. He's able to sometimes lose yokai despite their supernatural speed etc. And he's been doing this since he's a child? I just want an episode where it's time for track in gym class and everyone's expecting the kid who's constantly sick and exhausted to be the slowest one, but instead he just passes them all at warp speed. WHEN did he have time to get this in shape, isn't he always inches away from keeling over, his class in chaos. Nishimura and Kitamoto are the least surprised since they've seen him running before, but even they didn't think he was THIS fast., wow, what natural talent.

Actually, there should be a running gag where one of the many stressors Natsume faced over the years is track team coaches trying to constantly recruit him in most of the schools he goes to, so he's constantly trying to hide how fast he is because he can't be a burden and have the people he's living with PAY SPORTS EXPENSES omg :(( and also he wouldn't be able to show up for most of the meetings, so. And also he doesn't like most team sports (the real reason).

He's managed to keep it mostly under wraps in Yatsuhara, but then one day it's the sports day episode and Nishimura trips while carrying the baton as they always do and starts crying so Natsume's like "siiiiiiiigh fine don't worry Nishimura I've got this" and suddenly he's at the finish line. Thus his hellish lot of being hounded by the track coach begins anew, thanks a lot Nishimura.

Notable points from the live

Pan describes Thada as an ideal gentleman character, has some "oppa" archetypes and some of Mr Grey from 50 Shades of Grey archetypes. Pan did a lot of homework and research to keep his composure for Reset because the character Thada is supposed to be 40 but he only turned 26 last year.

Pan had to do his own stunts for Reset but for some action scenes Pond has a stunt double so they'll do takes with both people for those scenes.

Pan expressed his gratitude to the lakorn fans who are also planning to watch his BL series Reset, acknowledging that he knows usually lakorn audience often wouldn't often transfer to watching BL series 🥺. (and this is why i'll always support lakorn actors who step out of their comfort zones to step into queer roles or QL series. seems like a generalisation but it's just fact that it's definitely harder to convince lakorn audience to watch BL series as opposed to convincing BL audience to watch lakorns)

Pan shares his experience playing Prasit, a character with autism spectrum disorder in My Cherie Amour. He did his research as well as studied from series like The Good Doctor, Forrest Gump, It's okay not to be okay, about how to get the physicality of Prasit to be as natural as possible, that this role is one of his bucket list as an actor and that he's open to playing more roles like Prasit to showcase characters on the autism spectrum.

Pan thanks Tor and Yaya because he learned from them during My Cherie Amour is that you always have to be "present" as your character on set, regardless of how tired he might be, that when you're a main cast member, you're on set most of the time, and you have to manage that responsibility. Even if you are tired, your character doesn't know that, so you must stay focused and alive in the character. This really helped him during Reset filming.

Pan says the chemistry was there during filming and that there are quite a lot of moments like the 'slap kiss' acting scene in the Pilot trailer, the director gave Pan and Pond a lot of directions but also freedom to explore their characters and improvise (i'm just gonna keep my expectations as low as possible knowing the director is A Natthaphong who did Gap, The Sign and My Marvellous Dream Is You but hopefully iQIYI and Broadcast Thai TV producers know what they want and the vision comes through).

Reset is expected to be released around the middle of the year, but the exact date is not yet confirmed (him backtracking when he literally spoiled the release month earlier that day 😭🤣).

Pan doesn't know exactly when Reset fanmeeting is gonna happen but there definitely will be one.

Finally, Pan asks that fans be vocal, tagging the official Reset account and tell them that fans want to watch first EP, last EP, have event, have fanmeeting... to make them happen.

chris meanwhile being unable to move on after russell's apparent arrest and disappearance, is searching teyvat for him in hopes for answers and closure

i was pretty torn on their vision elements at first. i feel like if we're talking in general, russell has ice vibes throughout most of his story, with a definite touch of fire internally when it comes to his impulses, and then is just purely water energy by the end

BUT for this, i wanted to think of it more in terms of genshin and its general associations with the elements alongside the earning itself of visions, and ended up concluding that cryo is probably best for what i've got going with him here, despite him having gotten his vision only at the end

it's a manifestation of his guilt—the cold biting, while he also wields it as a weapon in this case. he craves the sea, for his sorrow to be washed away, but the waters stay frozen, as his guilt won't allow himself what he yearns. he wants to undo what he did more than anything, but can't. his actions are frozen into time, solid like ice and unmalleable. it's..... kind of glum and depressing really oops 😭

anyway, same reasoning process with chris kinda. at first i'd gone off the vibes and had him as anemo for a WHILE somehow— before realising how wild that is when his whole thing in this au is not being able to move on and be free—which is basically the opposite of anemo—and rather his resolve for finding closure. so now he's hydro, since honestly that seems to fit perfectly meanwhile, and also really doubles down on the water associations between them both LOL (if i ever do change it, it'll be to pyro though almost purely for the perfect healing dynamic of his fire melting russell's ice..... bc dang that's good and actually very tempting for developing the inevitable ship aspect of this au)

chris is an adventurer as of the present here, but might've dabbled into treasure hoarding for a bit first too before his conscience made it too hard. he sends most of what he earns from things to his mom 🥺 💞

Edwin's circumstances of death would have to be different of course, but Charles can have the same but instead of chilling and waiting for him to die Edwin bites him.

as undead beings they can still see ghosts and all and therefore still try to help them. their reasoning is that they are trying to balance out the evil they do when biting people. they probably have a policy of only biting animals or proper bad guys like murderers and abusers and people who are dicks to women, and they probably steal from the hospital every so often. as much as i like my crazy murder guys, edwin and charles just arent like that, they would want to avoid biting people as much as possible and try to avoid it until they absoloutely have to.

this would make the dynamic with Esther really interesting. she would probably say something like "how are we any different, you feed on the blood of humans, killing them, and my snake feeds on little girls, killing them and giving me beauty!" and instead of an iron cane and an iron collar it's silver. when charles has to go into the snake pit he can just smell all the blood from the girls and he can have a mini crisis.

also they would probably have to rent a room because people can actually see them. jenny probably just thinks theyre fellow alternative people. niko and crystal would definately be a bit afraid, but warm up to them. the interactions with the cat king would have much more tension and stuff.

the story would probably get much darker as our boys actively kill people, but the threat of the knight nurse and edwin returning to hell wouldnt be there. it would probably be replaced with what if one of them is staked, or if we still want the night nurse, she's after them because they werent supposed to be turned, they were supposed to di and go to their seperate afterlifes and she's trying to trick them into goingt to their afterlifes anyway via some kind of magic or a deal with death or something. again with the show being darker, maybe when theyre on a case theres a guy whom was accidentally killed by his abusive father and charles goes a bit mental on him.

charles still gets his crisis because hey, his dad enjoyed inflicting pain on others and he feeds on blood which causes pain so are they the same? can he ever really be a good person as a vampire? is he a horrible person like his dad was?

OOOh and clothes! edwin can keep his outfit because he just isnt comfortable in modern clothes but charles probably embraces the campire aesthetic and goes even more punky than he already is

If you are writing anything about IPC, I can't recommend Wynn-Williams's "Careless People" enough. It's a memoir of Facebook's head of international policy and it's full of, uhm, inspiration.

Our international offices have had “visits” and “raids”—armed and unarmed—in Brazil, Korea, India, and France. I usually hear about these when a phone call or email arrives from our local head of office. (“Hiii! There’s a man with a gun here wanting to know when we’ll be paying taxes in Brazil.”)
