Let me introduce myself. My name is Emilie and I love learning about how nature can heal us. So much has been forgotten over the years. After my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer my determination to remove toxins from our lives went into overdrive. #socialmumsoct challenge Day 17: slow down Yesterday I received my t-shirt and tracking sheet for my 2000 burpees in November. I have slowly been building up to make sure that I can do enough each day to complete the challenge without injury (hopefully). I am not fit and rather overweight but determined to complete this for a great cause. Today I am on a rest day so it is funny that the challenge is slow down. #socialmumsoct challenge Day 17: Count my blessings This is me in Tenby 2009 Lots has happened since then like marriage, 2 daughters, met some amazing people 😍 and the best group of friends anyone could ask for. Went and completed a BA(HONS) in Graphic design. Volunteers for various charities and helped with designs. Best of all 3 out of 4 grandparents were alive when this photo was taken. Today at 92, 91 & 87 all three are still alive and well.
