The absolute DELIGHT I felt when I saw this was UNPARALLELED you have no idea

And then Sonic's reaction was EVEN BETTER

"Anyone but Big" followed up with the most dramatic "HOW COULD YOU, NINE?!?" Sonic is capable of producing with the animation to match

You can turn Sonic's team into robots to fight against him and he'll be angry, but Big?? DESPAIR. this is the worst possible outcome for him. Big wasn't even a fighter, he's literally just Sonic's homie, too good for this world too pure

Nine's response playing it completely straight and being 100% serious made it even better, like it somehow enhances the absurdity of the whole situation

And finally: Sonic being so completely thrown off by the existence of the Froggy Nuke that he doesn't even try to dodge it

EASILY one of the funniest sequences in the whole show, I love it here

When Phantom joined the Justice League, he wasn’t prepared to be approached by Batman of all people. He had been warned to not take everything Batman says to you personally, but that he was a great hero.

Batman had a request. A simple one, at least according to Batman. He asked Phantom to meet an anti-hero who had come back from the dead and had some … nasty side effects.

Phantom, intrigued, agreed. Batman set a time and place, and Phantom showed up. But, Phantom thought Batman had said the one in the red helmet was the undead.

He doesn’t understand why everyone freaks out when Phantom approaches the vigilante with half a cowl dressed in black and red. This boy reeked of death, did Batman seriously not know?

Seeing my old Welcome Home AU stuff inspired me to come back and draw Julie! Out of all the backstories my AU gives the cast, I always liked Julie's the most. :}

As ya'll can see I experimented with her design a bit more and made her look more monstrous. A tail here, some spots over there.. Some animal-like feet and pointy ears.. nothing that would make her look too crazy though. Its the first pass but I think it looks nice! I might just keep her this way :}}
