I agree with you so much that Ghoul belongs in cyberpunk, its like a dress she found that was made for her. When I look back to when she was created, I am just like, fuuuuck I think she was born in the wrong universe. BUT SHES MADE IT HERE NOW

As for the fic. Oh booooy okay

Its about Ghoul and V taking center stage; V being the amazing Valentine Blanche created by @bearlytolerant. (GHAL VIBES 5EVER) Cyberpunk is his birth universe so it is very exciting for Ghoul to now be there for me. (I really am such a fucking Nerd for these two)

The premises is V has the storyline going on, probably a little after act 2 starts. He is dealing with grief and trying to fucking figure out what the fuck he is doing next.

Ghoul is living her life, her usual hire to kill, partying, fuck if i care attitude. She's considered a Friend of the Dolls, they hire her on the low to rid themselves of bad customers or abusive partners that they cannot alienate themself. She's on a job where things go a tad sour, and she ends up lifting someone's bike to get away. It was quick, harmless, it was either that or maybe she didn't wake up the next day.

Fast forward a month or two later V see's the bike parked in front of his favorite bar. It's Jackie's bike, the one he has been searching for but this woman with a bat on her back and a katana on her side, short af, wild ass attitude, comes out and hops on the bike like its nothing and drives off.

This is where they will meet and their story will begin. I have more but I need to really write it and organize it and yes all of that.

It's very Ghal vibes, very Ghoul, very Val, toxic, fun, horrible, disastrous with desire etc

Thank you for asking! I am really excited about this one and this is probably going to be one where I am going to make sure to have several chapters written ahead and beta read before posting because I am just so in love with the concept.

If the worst part of Bayo 3 is the writing, the second worst is the dash being tied to the same button as block for Viola. Like the weapon switch button for Bayo (the L button) does NOTHING for Viola.

The game that wants to TAP your blocks instead of holding also makes you catapult yourself straight into the nearest enemy if you TAP THE SAME BUTTON just twice. I cannot stress enough the amount of times I've been forced to take a hit because my finger twitched.

How did no one at Platinum notice this?

no, i am not thinking about dick and tim's relationship and how many awful, tragic moments of dick's tim has had a front row seat to. that night at the circus when dick's parents die. when his wedding with kory was ruined. when he kills the joker. when dick asks who adopted him if there is no bruce wayne and is met with silence. when donna dies. when dick breaks down in a burning building because blockbuster is dead and it's his fault. when dick is so full of self-loathing that he tells tim to forget he ever knew him. when bruce dies. when damian dies. when the worst happens.

i'm not thinking about how tim met bruce in a deep low and it colors how he views him. but dick? he has seen dick fall apart and hit rock bottom and it has never changed who dick is to him- his hero, his role model, his brother.

i'm not thinking about how unconditionally tim loves dick. how undeserving dick feels of tim's love. how bruce's death pushed them apart when they needed each other more than ever.

i'm totally not thinking about them
