This seems like a question with a pretty simple answer. "Manifestation is when you shift your reality to another or you change your reality. " that's what I believed as well. however, i only recently came to the realization of what manifestation is and it shocks me how simple it is.

Manifestation is literally it's name: it is manifesting something. The something aka the 4d. Others are always saying to imagine and that the 4d is the true reality. But I think people like me thought it meant that the 4d will give you your "desires". However, that isn't accurate, because that is implying that you didn't have your "desire" in the first place.

Manifestation, in the loa context, is when you picture your desire to the point that your subconscious has no other choice but to relent. Simply having that "imaginary" thought in your head is enough to manifest it if you wish so. You manifested because you imagined yourself manifesting your 3d desire.

Let's say you wanna manifest doe eyes or some other appearance change. How do you do it? While you don't need to be consciously manifesting, all you need to do is as follows:

1. Decide your desire

2. Place your desire in the 4d

3. Literally stop giving a shit

That's it. There will obviously be conflicting feelings and resistance from your mind; the 3d is constantly try to push it back, make it comfortable again. That's why you must persist. Whenever I get 3d or mental push back, I tell myself: "No, no, no. I have my desire in the 4d, therefore I actually have it. My eyes have pink sparkles in them in the 4d? Boom! I have it in the 3d."

Because the 4d is the only true reality, it's not that you are "getting" doe eyes from your imagination. You are just simply being made consciously aware of them in the 3d as well. Idk if anyone else has has this specific feeling, but sometimes, I'm so detached from my manifestations I can't tell if I always had them.

I manifested doe eyes, soft lips, a natural reddish/pinkish "blush" to my face, long natural nails, and other appearance changes. However, some of them (specifically my face) have felt like I always had them. Like I'll be manifesting and one day I'll be looking in the mirror and be like "wait... I lwk kinda have what I'm manifesting..." and I won't be able to tell if its my doing or not (._.)

to sum it up, manifestation isn't "changing your reality/3d", but rather making your consciousness aware of the 4d and projecting your "desires" into the physical reality. u barely have to do anythinggg to receive ur "desires" ; u just need to fuking exist and an opportunity will manifest itself in the 3d.
