Idk if your doing requests but if so could I request something where reader and Lando have been together like since they where 19 or something but a long time, and they have a fight that over something stupid but it escalates and Lando snaps frustrated and says maybe they need a brake and tells her to leave. She is heartbroken, and when Lando tries to get in contact with her, she won't answer, worrying Lando as she ignores his calls clearly. Then, Lando freaking out, thinking it's over and the one person in his life that he loved more than anything is gone. Carlos coming over to get some of readers things but Lando is heartbroken more at that, and when the reader comes back to the apartment after no contact for a week, she packs her clothes, but Lando panics and starts apologising. Happy ending, please, though. Sorry if it's long.

The night felt colder than usual, and the warmth of their shared home seemed suffocating. Y/N stood in the kitchen, the soft hum of the refrigerator the only sound as she waited for Lando to come home. He was late again—hours this time—with no texts, no calls.
When the front door finally opened, she didn’t rush to greet him. Instead, she stayed rooted in place, her arms crossed as he walked in, his jacket slung over his shoulder, looking more frustrated than apologetic.
“You’re late,” she said flatly, her voice strained.
He glanced at her, his brows furrowing. “Yeah, I know. The day ran long.”
“That’s it? That’s all you have to say?”
Lando sighed, dropping his bag by the door. “What do you want me to say, Y/N? I’m sorry. Happy?”
Her jaw tightened, her chest already aching from the weight of the argument that hadn’t even begun. “You didn’t even think to call me, did you? Or text? I’ve been sitting here for hours, wondering if you were okay, and you couldn’t even bother to let me know?”
His frustration flared. “I didn’t realize I needed to check in like a teenager. I’m fine, obviously. You could’ve just assumed that.”
Her eyes widened, the sting of his words hitting hard. “Do you even hear yourself? You think it’s too much to let me know you’re not lying in a ditch somewhere? God, Lando, it’s not about checking in—it’s about respect!”
“Respect?” he shot back, his voice rising. “I’ve been busting my ass all day trying to juggle everything, and you’re standing here acting like I don’t care about you because I forgot to text? Give me a break, Y/N.”
Her lip quivered, but she forced herself to stand tall. “This isn’t just about today. You’ve been distant for weeks. I feel like I’m screaming into a void, trying to hold us together, and you’re not even trying anymore!”
“Maybe because I’m tired of feeling like I’m failing all the time!” Lando snapped, his voice louder now, his hands gesturing wildly. “Nothing I do is ever good enough for you!”
Tears filled her eyes, spilling over as her voice cracked. “Don’t you dare turn this on me. You think I like feeling like I’m begging for scraps of your attention? You think I like crying myself to sleep because I don’t know if you even want me around anymore?”
Lando froze for a moment, her words piercing through his anger. But instead of softening, he doubled down, his own frustration clouding his judgment. “What do you want me to say, Y/N? That I’m perfect? That I have all the answers? Because I don’t! Maybe—” He stopped, clenching his fists. “Maybe we just need a break. Maybe that’s what we need to figure this out.”
Her breath caught, the words cutting her like a knife. “A break?” she whispered, her voice trembling. “You want me to leave?”
“I don’t know, okay?” he shouted, the words tumbling out before he could stop them. “Maybe we just need space. I can’t do this anymore—this constant fighting, this pressure.”
Her shoulders shook as she tried to steady herself, but the tears wouldn’t stop. She wiped at her cheeks, her voice breaking. “You know what? Fine. If I’m such a burden to you, I’ll go. I’ll make it easier for you.”
“Y/N, that’s not—”
“No,” she cut him off, her voice rising with the hurt that burned in her chest. “You don’t get to say things like that and take them back. You don’t get to hurt me like this and then act like it’s nothing. I’ve been here, Lando. I’ve been here for you. Through everything. And now you’re telling me I’m too much for you?”
Her words hit him like a freight train, but his pride kept him silent. He didn’t know how to fix it, didn’t know what to say.
She shook her head, tears still streaming down her face. “You want space? Fine. Have it.”
Y/N stormed past him, grabbing her keys and bag. Lando turned, his heart sinking as she reached the door.
“Y/N, wait—”
But she didn’t. She slammed the door behind her, leaving him standing alone in the silence of their home.
The regret hit him almost immediately, but by the time he picked up his phone to call her, she was already gone.

Title: Cracks in Forever
Lando barely slept that night. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw her face—tear-streaked, devastated, and broken. He replayed the argument over and over, his words echoing in his mind like a cruel reminder of his failure.
“Maybe we just need a break.”
How could he have said that? How could he have pushed her away when she was the only constant in his life?
His phone sat on the coffee table, the screen lighting up with unanswered texts he had sent throughout the night. He had called her twenty-seven times—each one going to voicemail.
By morning, the bags under his eyes were heavy, his chest aching as if he’d been physically hit. He stared at his phone, scrolling through their old messages. He read her texts from the last few weeks, the ones he had brushed off or responded to half-heartedly.
Y/N: Good luck today! Call me after, okay? ❤️ Y/N: Hey, are you alright? You seemed off earlier. I’m here if you need to talk. Y/N: I miss you, Lando.
He clenched his jaw, tears blurring his vision. He had been so blind, so caught up in everything else that he hadn’t realized how much she had been hurting.
He hit her contact again, pressing the phone to his ear.
Ring… ring…
“Hey, it’s Y/N. Leave a message.”
The beep sounded, and his voice cracked as he spoke. “Y/N, please. Just… please call me back. I know I messed up, okay? I know I hurt you. But I can’t— I can’t do this without you. I need to know you’re safe. Just… let me know you’re okay. Please.”
He ended the call, his hands shaking as he set the phone down.
By the second day, his panic had reached a breaking point. She hadn’t been to their place, hadn’t responded to any of his messages, and her social media was silent. He sat on the edge of their bed—the bed that still smelled faintly of her perfume—and buried his face in his hands.
The phone rang in his hand, but it wasn’t her. It was Max.
“Mate, are you okay?” Max’s voice was cautious.
“No, I’m not okay!” Lando snapped, his voice breaking. “She’s not answering, Max. She’s not answering, and I don’t know where she is, and I don’t know if she’s okay.”
“Have you tried her friends? Her family?”
“I don’t want to drag them into this,” Lando said, wiping at his face. “This is my fault. I need to fix it.”
“You can’t fix anything if you break yourself in the process,” Max said gently. “Just give her time.”
“I don’t have time, Max!” Lando shouted. “What if she thinks I don’t love her? What if she thinks I meant it when I said we needed a break?”
“Didn’t you?”
The question made him pause, his breath hitching. “No. God, no. I was angry. I was frustrated. I didn’t mean any of it.”
“Then tell her that. Keep trying. She loves you, Lando.”
Lando nodded even though Max couldn’t see him. “She did. I don’t know if she does anymore.”
That night was worse than the first. Lando sat on the couch, his head in his hands, the silence of their apartment a cruel reminder of what he had lost. He picked up his phone and called her again.
Ring… ring… beep.
“Y/N,” he choked out, his voice shaking. “Please. Please pick up. I’m losing my mind over here. I don’t know where you are, and I’m scared. I’m scared I’ve lost you, and I can’t—” His voice broke, a sob escaping him. “I can’t lose you. I love you. I love you so much. I don’t care about the fight, I don’t care about anything but you. Just… just come home. Or call me. Please, Y/N. I’m begging you.”
He hung up, his shoulders shaking as he buried his face in his hands. For the first time in years, Lando Norris cried. He cried for the girl who had been by his side since they were teenagers, the girl he had built a life with, the girl he had pushed away.
And he cried for the possibility that he might never hear her voice again.
--
The doorbell rang, and Lando’s heart skipped a beat, though he couldn’t explain why. He wasn’t expecting anyone. It was too early for anyone to check in on him.
But when he opened the door, there stood Carlos Sainz, a look of concern etched on his face. His eyes softened when he saw Lando, but there was a quiet tension in his posture.
“Carlos…” Lando started, his voice hoarse from the sleepless nights.
Carlos looked at him, his jaw tightening. “I’m here to grab some of Y/N’s things.”
Lando stepped back, letting Carlos in. His apartment felt emptier than it ever had before, each room echoing with the absence of Y/N’s warmth. Carlos entered, his gaze scanning the space, lingering on the couch where they had spent so many nights together, the kitchen counter where they’d cooked meals, the small details that once made the place feel like a home.
“You’re really going through with this, huh?” Carlos asked quietly, his voice laced with disappointment.
Lando swallowed hard, his eyes avoiding Carlos’s. He had never wanted it to come to this. He never thought it would. But now, standing here in the emptiness of the apartment, the reality of the situation hit him harder than ever.
“I didn’t mean for any of this to happen,” Lando muttered, his hands shaking. “I didn’t mean to push her away, Carlos. But she… she wouldn’t talk to me. She just… she left. She hasn’t even answered my calls.”
Carlos shook his head, his face hardening with frustration. “You don’t get it, do you, Lando?”
Lando looked up, surprised by the venom in Carlos’s tone. “What do you mean?”
“She’s my childhood friend, man,” Carlos snapped, his voice rising. “I’ve known her since we were kids. I’ve seen her go through everything, and I’ve watched her give you everything, and you—you—treated her like this? Like she’s disposable?”
Lando’s chest tightened at the accusation, but Carlos wasn’t done.
“I’ve seen the way she looks at you, how much she cares for you,” Carlos continued, his voice breaking as he ran a hand through his hair. “And you—you—just pushed her away like she was nothing. Like she wasn’t the person who was always there for you, who stuck by your side through everything, through all your races, all your highs and lows.”
Lando’s heart sank. He could feel the weight of Carlos’s words sinking deep into him. He knew he had screwed up, but hearing it like this—coming from someone who knew Y/N like Carlos did—made him realize just how badly he had messed up.
“I didn’t mean for her to think she wasn’t enough,” Lando whispered, his voice barely audible. “I love her. I always have. I just… I don’t know what happened. I was frustrated, and I said things I didn’t mean. I didn’t want to hurt her, Carlos. I swear to you.”
Carlos’s gaze softened, but his disappointment was still evident. He sighed heavily, his shoulders slumping. “You hurt her, Lando. And now, you have to fix it. But she’s not just going to come back because you say sorry. You’re going to have to fight for her. And honestly, I don’t know if you’re ready to do that.”
Lando looked down at the floor, tears welling up in his eyes as the guilt hit him full force. He knew Carlos was right.
Carlos reached for the duffel bag by the door, picking it up and unzipping it. “I’m just getting her stuff. I told her I’d bring it by. But you…” He paused, looking Lando in the eye, his voice quiet but firm. “You need to think long and hard about what you want. And if you want her back, you need to prove it. Because right now? You don’t deserve her. Not after what you did.”
Lando felt his heart crack at the truth in Carlos’s words, and his voice trembled as he whispered, “I know.”
Carlos hesitated for a moment, then turned and grabbed a few of Y/N’s things from the shelf, placing them into the bag. He looked back at Lando one last time before heading for the door.
“You’ll figure it out, mate,” Carlos said quietly, his voice softer now. “But you’d better start trying, and fast. She won’t wait forever.”
Lando nodded, unable to say anything. He was already too choked up, the weight of the past few days crashing down on him.
Carlos walked out the door, leaving Lando standing there, broken and alone.
Lando stared at the door for a long time after Carlos left, his thoughts swirling, the pain of losing Y/N gnawing at him from the inside out. He needed her. He couldn’t live without her. But the real question was—would she still want him when he finally realized just how much she meant to him?
And how could he prove to her that he was worthy of a second chance?
--
It had been a week since she left. A week of silence. A week of empty calls and unanswered messages. A week of Lando spiraling, his world without her a place he didn’t recognize anymore.
Now, here he was—sitting on the couch, waiting. He knew she would come back at some point. Y/N never stayed away for too long. But the anxiety had eaten away at him, each passing day a reminder of how badly he had screwed up.
The door opened, and he could hear the soft click of her heels on the hardwood floor. His heart skipped a beat, but when he looked up, his breath hitched in his throat.
Y/N was standing there, her back straight, her face expressionless. In her hands was a suitcase—half-filled.
She was packing.
“Y/N…” Lando’s voice broke as he stood up. His chest was tight, his hands trembling slightly. “What… what are you doing?”
Y/N didn’t answer. She simply moved past him and into their bedroom, not sparing him a glance. Lando’s stomach twisted.
“Please, Y/N,” he pleaded, his voice cracking. He followed her to the bedroom, his eyes not leaving her. “Please, don’t do this. We can fix this. We can talk.”
She didn’t respond, not even a flicker of acknowledgment. It was like he wasn’t even there.
Lando stood by the door, frozen. He watched as Y/N picked up clothes from their closet and threw them into the suitcase without a single word. Each piece she grabbed felt like another piece of his heart being ripped away, like she was disappearing right before his eyes.
“Y/N, please… talk to me.” His voice shook with desperation, but she still said nothing.
Tears welled up in his eyes as he stepped closer, his chest tightening with the fear that she was really going to leave.
“I’m sorry,” he whispered. “I know I hurt you. I know I was a mess. I should’ve been better. I should have been better for you. I shouldn’t have said those things, and I shouldn’t have pushed you away. I was angry, and I didn’t know how to handle it, but I swear to you… I swear I love you. I always have. And I need you. Please, please don’t leave me.”
Y/N didn’t stop packing. She moved mechanically, and the silence between them felt suffocating.
“I was scared,” Lando continued, his voice growing quieter, more raw. “I was scared that I wasn’t enough for you. That one day, you’d realize you deserve someone better than me. And I pushed you away because I didn’t know how to let you in. But I do love you. I do. And I’ll do anything to prove it to you. Anything.”
She picked up another piece of clothing, folding it with such precision that it made Lando’s heart shatter.
“No, no, no…” Lando whispered, panic rising in his chest. “Please, Y/N. Don’t do this. Please, I can’t lose you. I know I’ve been an idiot. I know I hurt you. But you are my heart, and I can’t let you walk out of that door without knowing how much I need you. Without you, I’m nothing.”
He was shaking now, the weight of his words settling into the pit of his stomach. His voice was barely above a whisper, thick with emotion.
“I can’t breathe without you,” he choked out, his eyes glossy with tears. “I’ve been waking up every day wondering how I could have been so stupid, so selfish. But all I know is that I love you. I need you. And I don’t want to spend another day without you in my life. So, please… please don’t leave me. I’ll fix it. I’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. Just… don’t walk out that door. Please, don’t leave me alone.”
The words hung in the air, and for a long moment, there was nothing but the sound of her folding clothes and his heavy breathing.
Finally, Y/N stopped moving. She didn’t turn to face him, but her shoulders trembled, and Lando could feel the weight of the silence press against him.
“I know you’re angry,” Lando continued softly, his voice breaking. “And I understand that. But I can’t lose you. I can’t lose the one person who knows me better than anyone. The one person who loves me no matter what. You’ve been my constant, Y/N. And I don’t deserve you, but I’ll do everything to show you that I want to be better. For you. I’ll be better, just… don’t leave.”
There was a long silence. Then, almost imperceptibly, Y/N set down the last piece of clothing in the suitcase and turned to face him. Her eyes were glossy, but she said nothing.
Lando took a step closer, his heart pounding in his chest. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry for everything I’ve done. But I can’t imagine my life without you. You’ve always been my best friend. You’ve always been there for me. I don’t deserve you, but please… please don’t walk away. I need you more than anything.”
And that was when Y/N finally broke.
A single tear slid down her cheek as she looked up at him, her eyes full of so much pain that it shattered him.
“You hurt me, Lando,” she whispered, her voice small but raw. “You hurt me so badly. I don’t know if I can just forget that. I don’t know if I can go back to what we were. But I…” She choked on the words. “I love you, too. I just… I don’t know if I can trust you again.”
Lando’s breath hitched. He couldn’t lose her. He couldn’t.
“I swear, I’ll never hurt you again,” he promised, his voice full of sincerity. “Please… let me show you. Let me prove it to you.”
Y/N wiped her eyes, still unsure, but there was something in Lando’s eyes that made her pause. Something raw. Something that made her think—maybe this wasn’t the end.
“I don’t know if I can just forget what happened,” Y/N said, her voice shaky. “But I do want to try again. I want to believe you, Lando. I want to believe that we can fix this.”
Lando’s heart soared as he rushed to her side, pulling her into a tight embrace.
“I swear, I’ll spend every single day proving it to you,” he whispered into her hair, his tears falling freely now. “I’ll make it right. I’ll never take you for granted again. I love you, Y/N. I love you so much.”
And for the first time in days, she let herself breathe. She hugged him back, the warmth of their embrace a promise that maybe—just maybe—they could get through this together.
It wasn’t perfect. But they had each other. And that was all that mattered.
--
It had been a few days since everything had fallen into place. Y/N and Lando were slowly rebuilding their bond, piece by piece, and while the tension between them had melted, something was still different. The scars of the fight remained, but Y/N wasn’t thinking about it anymore. The past was behind them. She was focused on the present.
But Lando? Lando still couldn’t shake the feeling that any moment, she might walk out again. It wasn’t that Y/N had given him a reason to doubt her, but the guilt gnawed at him constantly. He had hurt her so deeply, and no matter how many times she reassured him, the fear lingered. What if one day, she grew tired of him? What if he wasn’t enough for her?
Tonight was supposed to be just another quiet night in. Lando had arranged a cozy dinner, hoping to make her smile, to show her how much he loved her. He’d gone all out, buying a fancy dress he thought she’d look amazing in. Maybe, just maybe, if he gave her something beautiful, he could make up for the ugliness of the past.
When Y/N walked into their living room, he was holding the dress in his hands, eyes brimming with hope.
“Lando,” she smiled softly, as she entered, sensing the warmth in the air. “What’s this?”
“Just—just something for you,” he said, a little shy, as he handed her the dress. “I know it’s a bit much, but I thought… well, you’d look incredible in it.”
Y/N laughed, though there was something oddly sweet and bittersweet in her eyes. She looked up at him, still feeling the remnants of their past conversation, yet no longer letting it weigh on her.
She took the dress from his hands and examined it, grinning at the fabric.
“You really don’t have to do this,” she said, her tone playful but tender. “I’m happy just being here with you.”
Lando felt his heart race. He wanted to keep proving himself, to show her how sorry he was. But deep down, his insecurities kept churning. What if this wasn’t enough? What if it wasn’t going to be enough?
Y/N noticed the flicker of unease in his eyes. She stepped closer, putting the dress down on the couch.
“Lando…” she began, her voice soft but firm. “You don’t need to keep doing this. You don’t need to keep going all out just to make me happy. You don’t need to prove anything.”
Lando froze, the words hanging in the air, yet it felt like the ground had been ripped out from under him.
“But I want to,” he said quietly, as though trying to explain the reason behind his actions, his voice trembling. “I need to make it up to you, Y/N. You deserve so much better than how I treated you.” His voice cracked with emotion. “I don’t know how to fix it. But I need to make it right.”
Y/N’s heart ached, seeing how much he was carrying. She stepped forward, reaching for his hand, but his nerves kept him at arm's length.
“Lando, I’ve already forgiven you. I don’t need grand gestures or endless apologies. I just need you,” she said, her voice steady and full of love. “I want you. Just the way you are.”
Lando looked up, but the pain and doubt still clouded his eyes. He shook his head, feeling as though he could never do enough to atone for the way he had hurt her.
“No, I don’t deserve you,” Lando whispered, his voice barely above a sob. “I’ve been an idiot. I hurt you, and I don’t know how to forgive myself. Every time I see you, I feel like I’m not enough. That one day, you’ll leave. And I—”
Before he could finish, Y/N launched herself into his arms. Her legs wrapped around his waist, and she buried her face into his neck.
“Stop,” she whispered softly, her hands gently brushing his hair. “You’re my baby, Lando. I’m not going anywhere. I love you. Don’t you see that?”
Lando froze for a moment, his whole body tensing as her words hit him like a wave. Her voice was so tender, so sure, that it broke through the wall of self-doubt he had built around himself. He didn’t know why he had been so scared.
“I need you to stop thinking I’m going to leave,” she continued, her voice firm and comforting at the same time. “You’re my home. You always have been. I’m not going anywhere, Lando. I love you so much, it hurts. So, please, stop trying so hard.”
Lando’s heart melted in her arms as he clung to her, desperate to make sense of everything he had been feeling. “But I hurt you, Y/N. I hurt you so badly. I didn’t know how to fix it.”
Y/N tilted his face to look at her, her fingers gently wiping away his tears. “We’re fixing it, Lando. We’re here. Together.” Her voice softened even further. “I’m not going anywhere. You’re my world. You’ve always been. And nothing’s going to change that.”
Lando’s breath hitched as he buried his face in her hair, holding her tighter, like if he let go for even a second, she might disappear again.
“I’m so sorry,” he whispered against her skin, the words a soft plea in the air. “I promise, I’ll do better. I’ll be better for you. I swear.”
Y/N laughed, the sound like music to his ears, and pulled back just enough to look into his eyes. “You don’t have to be perfect, Lando. You just need to be you. And that’s more than enough for me.”
Lando looked at her with a mixture of love and relief in his eyes, finally feeling like he could breathe again.
She smiled, her hands cupping his face gently. “You’re mine, Lando. Forever. I’m not going anywhere.”
“I love you,” he whispered, his voice breaking. “I love you so much. I’m so sorry for ever making you doubt that.”
Y/N kissed him softly, then pulled back just a little, her smile soft and content. “I love you, too, Lando. Always.”
And for the first time in days, Lando believed it. He believed in them. He believed in her. And as he held her close, he finally let go of the fear that had gripped him for so long. She wasn’t leaving. They were in this together.
Forever.

The rain lashed against the windows of Lando’s sprawling penthouse, the rhythmic tapping an eerie counterpoint to the storm brewing inside.
You stood near the door, your hands trembling as you clutched the strap of your bag. Every muscle in your body screamed for you to turn and leave, but your legs wouldn’t move.
Lando stood across the room, his figure cast in shadow, the dim light from the fireplace flickering over his sharp features.
"You're leaving?" he asked, his voice low, dangerous. The calmness in his tone only made it worse—it was the calm before the storm. You had seen him angry before, but this wasn’t anger.
This was disbelief, a quiet devastation he wasn’t willing to show outright.
You swallowed hard, your throat dry. “I can’t do this anymore, Lando. I can’t stay.”
His jaw clenched, and he took a step closer. The weight of his presence filled the room, making it hard to breathe. “Why?” he asked, though he already knew the answer. “Why now?”
You tried to steady your voice, to summon courage you didn’t feel. “I can’t live like this. With the secrets, the danger, the—” You gestured toward him, at his sharp suit, his cufflinks glinting like the knives you knew he kept hidden. “You.”
His expression hardened, and for a moment, you saw the man who ruled the shadows of the city, the man whose name was spoken in whispers.
But then his shoulders sagged, and he looked at you not as Lando Norris, the feared leader of a criminal empire, but as Lando, the man who had once loved you with all his heart.
“I’ve kept you out of it,” he said softly, his accent thicker, his voice tinged with frustration. “I’ve kept you safe.”
“But I’m not safe, Lando,” you said, your voice breaking. “Not when I know what you’re capable of.”
His head snapped up, his eyes narrowing. “You think I’d hurt you?” The words came out sharper than he intended, and you flinched.
The reaction cut deeper than any bullet ever could.
You took a step back, your hand gripping the doorframe for support. “I don’t know, Lando. That’s the problem. I don’t know what you’d do—to me, to anyone who gets in your way.”
For a moment, the only sound in the room was the rain pounding against the glass. Lando’s face was unreadable, but his eyes betrayed him—hurt, raw and unfiltered. “You really believe that,” he said, almost to himself. “You think I’d harm the one person I’d burn this entire city down for?”
You didn’t answer. You couldn’t.
You hadn’t always been afraid of Lando. When you first met him, he’d been charming, playful, a little mysterious but never threatening. He’d swept you off your feet with his effortless charisma and the way he made you feel like the center of his world.
It wasn’t until you were in too deep that you started to see the cracks in the façade.
The late-night phone calls, the meetings that went long into the night, the bruises he’d brush off with a nonchalant “It’s nothing.” You’d asked questions, but his answers were always vague, carefully crafted to give you just enough reassurance without revealing the truth.
And then you found out.
Not from him, but from the news.
A headline splashed across the TV, a grainy photo of Lando standing over a man in a dimly lit alley, his expression cold, unfeeling.
The article labeled him as the shadowy figure behind a sprawling criminal empire, the mastermind pulling the strings of illegal trades and underground dealings.
You confronted him, demanded answers, and for the first time, Lando didn’t lie. He told you everything—how he’d been born into it, how there was no escape from a life dictated by power and violence. But he promised you one thing: “You’re not part of this world. I’ll keep you safe. Always.”
At first, you believed him.
He shielded you from the darkness, kept you far from the bloodshed and danger. But as time went on, the walls he’d built around you began to feel like a cage.
Every time he came home with bruised knuckles or a haunted look in his eyes, the fear grew. Not just fear of the world he lived in, but fear of him.
“Please,” you said, your voice trembling. “Just let me go.”
Lando took another step closer, his movements slow, measured, like he was approaching a wounded animal. “I can’t do that,” he said softly. “You’re mine. I can’t let you walk away.”
The possessiveness in his words sent a chill down your spine, but it was the vulnerability in his eyes that made your chest ache.
He wasn’t threatening you.
He was begging you to stay.
“I’m scared of you, Lando,” you admitted, tears streaming down your face. “I’m scared of what you’ve done, of what you might do. I can’t live like this, constantly looking over my shoulder.”
His breath hitched, and he ran a hand through his hair, the usually composed man unraveling before your eyes. “I would never hurt you,” he said, his voice cracking. “Never. You’re the only good thing in my life.”
“Then prove it,” you said, your voice shaking but firm. “Prove that I don’t have to be afraid of you.”
Lando’s gaze locked onto yours, and for a moment, he was silent. Then, slowly, he sank to his knees in front of you. The sight of him, the most powerful man you knew, brought low by your words, took your breath away.
“You’re right to be scared of me,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper. “I’ve done terrible things. I’ve hurt people, destroyed lives. But you...” His voice broke, and he looked up at you, his eyes glistening with unshed tears. “You’re the one person I’d never hurt. I’d die before I let anyone touch you, and I’d give up everything if it meant keeping you safe.”
Your heart clenched painfully, the sincerity in his voice cutting through your fear. But the scars of the past were still there, and they wouldn’t fade easily. “I need more than words, Lando. I need to know that I can trust you.”
He nodded, his jaw tightening. “Then I’ll prove it. I’ll give you whatever you need, whatever it takes. Just... don’t leave me.”
The days that followed were tense, filled with cautious conversations and hesitant touches. Lando gave you space, though it was clear it killed him to keep his distance. He stayed in the background, watching, waiting, his every move careful and deliberate.
One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink, he approached you on the balcony. He held something in his hand—a simple silver necklace with a tiny charm shaped like a key.
“I had this made for you,” he said, his voice soft. “It’s not just a gift. It’s a promise.”
You looked at him, confused. “A promise?”
He nodded, his gaze steady. “A promise that I’ll change. That I’ll do whatever it takes to give you the life you deserve. I know I can’t undo what I’ve done, but I can start over. For you.”
Tears filled your eyes as you took the necklace from his hand. It was such a small thing, and yet it carried the weight of everything he was trying to say.
You hesitated for a moment before slipping it around your neck.
“Thank you,” you whispered, your voice thick with emotion.
Lando stepped closer, his hands hovering at his sides like he was afraid to touch you. “I’m not asking you to forgive me right away. I know it’ll take time. But I love you, and I’ll spend the rest of my life proving it if I have to.”
That night, as you lay in bed, your thoughts were a whirlwind of emotions. Lando’s words echoed in your mind, the sincerity in his eyes haunting you. You knew he wasn’t perfect—far from it. But beneath the darkness, there was a man who loved you fiercely, who was willing to fight for you in ways you couldn’t even comprehend.
When you woke the next morning, Lando was sitting in the chair by the window, his head resting in his hands. He looked up when he heard you stir, his expression a mix of hope and fear.
“I’m still here,” you said, your voice quiet but firm.
Relief washed over his face, and for the first time in weeks, you saw the ghost of a smile. “You don’t know how much that means to me.”
You sat up, pulling the blanket around you. “This doesn’t mean everything’s okay,” you warned. “But I’m willing to try. If you are.”
Lando crossed the room in three quick strides, sinking to his knees beside the bed. He took your hands in his, his grip firm but gentle. “I’ll spend the rest of my life making this right,” he said. “I promise.”
And as you looked into his eyes, you believed him.
Thank you for reading!

wc. 670 | a/n; mueheh i’m so impulsive | m.list | coming friday dec. 06,2024
“you’re quite the handsome man, are you a friend of heesung?” grandmother lee asks.
you stare at the elderly lady, eyes narrow. “you could say that.”
she smiles, placing a cup of coffee in front of you. you watch the steam before gently taking it, bowing respectfully at her in thanks. heesung sighs, sitting next to you on the small couch.
“mrs.lee, i’m working with heesung in your case, i had a question to make.” you say decisively.
she looks at you with a startled expression. “oh! go ahead,” she smiles.
“has anyone threatened you about paying more in your bills?” you eye her, hands on the coffee mug. “on your rent?”
heesung looks at you annoyingly before facing his sweet grandmother with a soft expression. he doesn’t know why a knot forms in his throat when she stops smiling.
“yes… a man came in a few weeks ago, maybe even a month ago, saying i had to pay more. an absurd price….” she looks down.
heesung’s brows furrow. when did this happen? why hasn’t she told him? he naturally looks over at you, who has an indecipherable expression.
“and did you pay it?”
her eyes water, “i had to… he and his men said if i didn’t then they’d hurt my boys.”
“your boys?” you ask, unsure of who she means other than heesung.
“my best friend works with her, she technically raised us both,” he elaborates gently. “ma, why didn’t you tell me? is that why you told jay to-“
“you won’t have to worry about those men coming to threaten you anymore,” you say, eyes boring into her. “because i know they have.”
she nods, confessing the issue. heesung can’t believe this. his poor grandmother has been suffering from such goading. he won’t stand by it. with a kiss of reassurance on the forehead he sends her to bed, staying back to watch you go.
“so tomorrow, right?” he says as he guides you out the house.
the height difference is a little noticeable as you stand by the gate and look down at him. the street light casting a shadow on heesung from your frame. your eyes are intense, he realizes they always are.
“i’ll pick you up?” you smile, expression changing.
he’s unsure if it’s creepy or amusing. “uh, i’ll get there on bus. just send me the address.”
“it’s really far.”
“yeah.”
“you could get lost, it’s also really secluded.”
“okay.”
“it would be more efficient if i send someone to pick you up-“
“i don’t care! just send me the address! i’ll be there at 9 exact! don’t look down on me you piece of shit.” he huffs before spinning around and leaving you outside the house gates.
you smile as his figure disappears inside the house. it might seem you’ll get more than what you’re looking for.
“i can get there on bus.” heesung argues.
“do you really want to ride two busses to arrive? spend money you barely have?” you says gently.
he keeps walking, practically stomping, towards the bus stop. “you’re calling me broke?”
“i’m saying you should just get in the car. it’s suspicious to have me drive next to you while you walk.”
“no one is telling you to follow me! leave me alone!”
you sigh, leaning back into your seat. “lawyer lee… just get in. you look like an idiot.”
“you’re causing traffic!” he yells. he stops and looks over at you in the stupid car, “you’re the idiot!”
his eye ticks at how amused you seem. you have six cars beeping after you. a few leaving the lane to merge into the other. heesung truly has no idea why you’re insistent about him going with you. he looks over at your driver, who’s simply there.
“you’ll miss your stop at this rate and you’ll get there later,” you say while looking straight ahead. “i’m paying you for a steady shift, not to be late.”
heesung pauses. he straightens up, looking down at you who now won’t look his way. he’s not scared of you. he’s not intimidated either. so he angrily opens the door and kicks you further into the other seat to take up the one you were in.
and maybe he should be more cautious with his actions, after all, you are part of the mafia.

Could I have a HC of IV letting reader wear his jacket?
He’s a sweetie, his intentions are pure. But sometimes you make him a little bit evil. There’s nothing ten bucks can’t fix. :)
IV x GN reader
Under the cut ~ <3
“IV it’s gone I can’t find it-“
“It’s probably in the car, quick let’s go we’re already gonna be late.”
You guys stayed up late last night. IV had the guys over for dinner, they ended up staying back for some drinks and before you knew it, it was 1am. After a long night of hosting you both crawled into bed, dead to the world in mere moments, and didn’t set any alarms for the plans you’d made for the following day.
A text from ii is what woke IV up, something about traffic and it being best if you two took another route. Which is how you find yourself here. Rushing around the house like psychos trying to get ready as quickly as possible. Except your good jacket, which you had hung by the door especially to wear today, is gone. You can’t find it. And you have no idea where it is.
“IV, I’m gonna be so fucking cold if I don’t have it.”
“I’ll buy you a new one when we get there if I have to, just get your cute ass in the car.”
Spoiler: it wasn’t in the car.
And now you’re on your way to the meeting spot you agreed to meet everyone at, pretending that you’re not even bothered by the cold. Of course the gathering today had to be in a nice park, it’s lovely and it’s quiet. But there’s not one part of you that can enjoy it. You're already dreaming of a hot shower tonight.
“You’re a terrible liar, love.”
“IV, just drop it. I'm not in the mood.”
You frown at the ground. It’s damp and it chills your feet through your shoes. You can’t help but silently wish you didn’t come out at all today.
“One day you’ll realise you’re lucky to have me.”
You can’t even question him on his cryptic comments because your thoughts are immediately cut short. He’s draped something over your shoulders, you don’t even care to find out what it is because the only thing you can acknowledge is that it’s warm. The chill in the wind isn’t nipping at your skin anymore. It feels like you can suddenly breathe again. And when you do all you smell is him.
He’s given you his jacket.
Your head snaps to him. Worry immediately eating at your chest.
“Now you’re just going to be cold why did you-“
Oh.
He was wearing two jackets.
“You were wearing two?”
“Yeah. Thought it was going to be colder but I’m just a bit too warm. Was gonna take it off anyways. Lucky you, huh?”
“This whole time? What kind of evil are you?”
He’s smiling at you. He literally doesn’t care. Because you’re wearing his jacket and you look stunning in it.
“The kind of evil that always comes prepared. I remembered two jackets. You didn’t even remember one.”
You’re huffing and rolling your eyes and shaking your head at him, but you’re smiling. You feel much better now, and you feel so lucky to have him.
“Thank you. But in my defence I didn’t forget it, it’s gone from where I left it I don’t know what happened… I was sure I-“
“Don’t worry about it, love. The day is saved. Now go say hi to the girls. They’ve been dying to see you.”
“You’re an angel, IV. I don’t know what the fuck I’d do without you.”
“Freeze to death, apparently.”
He sends you off with a kiss to the top of your head and a swat to your backside. He watches you part ways for a moment, admiring you dressed up in his favourite jacket. It makes his heart swell and his cheeks warm. It empties his brain and fills it with the impurest thoughts imaginable at the same time.
He watches the girls welcome you into their circle, IIs there as well. He’s happy you get along with his friends. He’s happy they love you.
His ogling is interrupted by a clap to the back from III.
“We get it, mate.”
“Shove off, prick. You’re already on my hit list.”
He has the gall to chuckle.
“Mission success, then?”
“It won’t be if you don’t keep your fucking voice down.”
“Pay up, then.”
IV huffs with a roll of his eyes, but reaches into his back pocket and pulls out a tenner. Slaps it into IIIs palm and shakes his head.
“You couldn’t wait five minutes, could you?”
III can’t help the chuckle that escapes him, yet again.
“Pleasure doing business, sweetcheeks.”
He saunters off with a smile that screams trouble. Headed straight for you. IV watches him say his hellos to you, compliments your ‘new’ jacket with a sickening smile and seamlessly inserts himself into the conversation you were having with II.
He briefly overhears you asking the tall son of a bitch where he disappeared to last night. He makes up some excuse about forgetting to turn his stove top off. IV can’t help the scoff that escapes him. But he doesn’t have long to dwell on it.
“You actually had him do it?”
Vessel stands next to IV, watching you all cozied up in his jacket.
“I asked him to hide the jacket, fucker took it home with him completely, I have no idea how I’m getting it back.”
“You know he’s going to con you out of another tenner, right? He planned this.”
“Yeah well. I can’t say I’m surprised. Plan worked though.”
“You know, I’ve heard just asking your partner to share clothes works wonders.”
“Alright, enough out of you. Keep your mouth shut.”
Vessel can’t help but laugh at his friend, a big old sweetie pie on the outside with a little bit of something sinister on the inside. Even if it means he ends up with more work in the end.
Vessel claps IV on the shoulder and walks him over to the rest of the group. IV zeros in on you. Comes up behind you and pulls you into his side. You’re in his jacket. You smell like him. You’re surrounded by his friends and you’re glowing.
He’s a very happy man today.
He doesn’t leave your side the whole time. As if you wearing his clothes wasn’t enough, he just needed to keep a hand on you all day as well. You learnt a long time ago that IV gets into these moods, you’d compare him to a lost puppy during these times. He follows you around with hearts in his droopy eyes and a smile that could tell a million stories. He’s so soft and gentle, and listens to every word that slips from your lips. (Except for the ones that tell him to leave you alone.) (You do not need to pee with the door shut.) (You’d think you’d get that by now.)
Sometimes he can reel it in. Like today, surrounded by his friends. But you know just beneath the surface his urges are festering. Every little squeeze of your hand. Or kiss to the forehead. Or quick little cuddles when the wind picks up, are his ways of trying to dampen his own urges to whisk you away, take you back home and bury you both back in bed.
He thought he’d be able to handle seeing you with his name all over you all day. Guess not.
There’s one moment, while you’re out, III was hungry and Vessel wanted a coffee, so you decided to take the short walk to a nearby cafe just down from the park. You and IV hang back, slowly following along but far enough away to be in your own world for a little bit. His hand is intertwined tightly with yours and he’s pulled you so close your arms keep brushing.
“You look stunning, love.”
It’s said in a low murmur, like he wants it to be a secret. A secret that only he knows how good you look. Your nose and cheeks are slightly pink from the chill in the air, your lips are a little bit cracked and his jacket drowns you. But to him you’re just beautiful. The smile you give him almost sends him into cardiac arrest. He thinks if his heart beats any faster it’ll create enough energy to power your house.
He ponders Vessels words. Wonders how you’d feel if he just outright asked you to wear his clothes when you go out together. Or when you go out without him. Or when you’re home for the day. Or when you’re going to bed. He knows you’d say yes, but there’s something about you being so oblivious that gets him all excited. How you unknowingly just let him dress you. Thinking it was pure coincidence, and that you really are just so lucky to have him.
He might tell you one day. He knows he’ll cop a good amount of teasing from you, but until then he’ll settle for watching you feel so at home and safe with him all over you.
____
“What the fuck?”
“What’s wrong, Bub?”
“My jackets back there.”
IV quickly turns to see what you’re looking at. Mid way through tossing his jacket back there now that you’re back in the car, he follows your eyes to the backseat.
And there it is.
Bunched up on the floor like it was there the whole time.
“I must be blind or something, I swear it wasn’t there this morning. Fucking hell… all that and it was here the whole time…”
He turns back to the road and bites back an amused smile.
III might put him through strife sometimes, but he’s clearly not stupid. He makes a mental note to send him a text when you two are home.
Lucky bastard lives to see another day.

Yesterday i was listening to tv by billie and it gave me a random idea about a fic, like izzy going on tour and you kinda wait for him to contact (call/send letters) and you keep sending him letters since it's a long tour, you just dont get anything, and he comes back to find out none of his letters got delivered to you 😮💨 i love angst omg
That's really random to associate with tv but the original idea is that you send him almost at the end of the tour a video tape or idk what singing this song (but like ignoring the internet and etc since is the 80's lmao) if that helps as an inspiration, you're free to use this idea too idk sorry thank you bye 😭😭😭😭
˖⁺‧₊˚ ˚₊‧⁺˖✮-------------------✮˖⁺‧₊˚ ˚₊‧⁺˖
sinking in the sofa
izzy’s gone on tour and you try to reach out to him.
warnings: angsty
a/n: i didn’t follow the second bit of your request exactly so i hope it’s still ok 😣 (also if u ever want to req for billie please do!! i write for her as well!!)
7 days. a whole week since izzy had left for the use your illusion tour. you missed him like crazy. he told you he’d write you, but you hadn’t got any letters yet. you brushed it off as him just being busy. not to worry. you’d get a letter soon.
7 days soon became 10. 10 days and izzy hasn’t even called you. he was starting to worry you - had something happened? you picked up and dialled the number of the hotel he told you he’d be staying at that night. izzy has been kind enough to lay that all out for you: which hotel he’d be at, which venue he’d be playing, etc.
“hello,” you spoke into the receiver, “can you out me through izzy stradlin’s room please?”
whoever was on the other end of the line coughed a little. “i’m afraid i can’t do that. sorry.”
“well… what about jeff isabell?” you questioned. maybe he had checked in under his real name?
“i can’t do that. it’s policy. sorry for any inconvenience caused.” the receptionist droned.
“but-” you started, before being hung up on.
that conversation quickly became a regular routine as every night you called each hotel and were met with more or less the same answer. sometimes they’d say “let me check with my manager!”, and you’d get hopeful, but it never worked out.
you’d been writing izzy letters, but now you started to doubt if he was even seeing them. or getting them. you wrote him at least 3 times a week normally, but as the weeks went on with no word from him, that number diminished until it was one maybe every 2 weeks.
of course, you still wanted to write him. he was your boyfriend - why wouldn’t you? but he wasn’t writing to you at all. not making any contact. you watched mtv religiously, looking out for clips of concerts. you did the same with magazines too, scouring the racks in every store for a feature on guns n roses.
weeks became months and you got fed up. every day you waited for at least one letter or call, and every day you got none. you waited every day, until you turned on the tv and saw what had happened in st louis the night before. a riot. at one of guns n roses’ shows. you were furious. not at the fact that that had happened, but that izzy hadn’t given you a call. he couldn’t even call you when a RIOT happened!
that was the last straw for you. you just started sobbing as the tv kept playing, detailing everything that had happened that night. why couldn’t izzy call you? write you? get in contact at all? had you done something? had he done something?
that was how you spent your evening - crying on the sofa with the news on. you cried til you couldn’t anymore. but as your tears dried, your guitar caught your eye. it had been sitting in the corner, untouched, since izzy had played you a song on it the night before he left. jumping off the sofa, you had an idea. you could write a song. get everything off your chest. so you did.
a few hours later, and ‘tv’ was done. every chord was perfect, and every lyric was straight from your heart. over the next month, you played it every day and you had it memorised.
late at night you were playing the song again when the door of your apartment opened. you didn’t hear it; you were too in the zone to realise it was izzy coming in with his spare key. the use your illusion tour had landed in LA, so izzy decided to come home to visit you.
“baby! i’ve missed you!” he exclaimed, coming into the living room. you snapped your head around and looked at izzy, spooked by his unannounced entrance.
“what the fuck?“ was all you could say.
“what? baby- the tour’s in LA. i wanted to come see you since i haven’t been able-”
“don’t fucking play with me, izzy. you don’t reply to my letters, don’t pick up my calls, and then you just fucking waltz into my apartment saying how much you’ve missed me? are you insane?”
your boyfriend stared at you dumbfounded. “what do you mean?”
“what do i mean? you know rightly what i mean!” you laughed out of shock and anger.
“i’ve been writing you letters. nearly every day. i thought you weren’t writing back ‘cause i was constantly moving from city to city.”
you felt like crying. was he serious? he had been writing you? this whole time? “oh my god. i never got any. did you not get mine?”
izzy shook his head.
“i’ve been phoning you too. every day. every hotel you stayed at. they never put me through to you.” you added as tears started to well in your eyes.
izzy joined you on the sofa and pulled you into a tight hug. it felt refreshing and warm, and you cried into his neck.
you stayed like that for a while. it was sad, but it felt natural. you two talked for hours, explaining everything you’d said in your letters to eachother. finally, he was home. for a while, at least.
#my writingg 😚#gnr#guns n roses#izzy stradlin#izzy stradlin x reader#anon you are so cute ahhh thank you for the request!!

one thing abt being disabled/chronically ill that some people don’t get is that sometimes body maintenance that ensures you have the absolute minimum amount of function can also be something that takes away a lot of control and autonomy. you can argue till the cows come home that making those decisions to try and help yourself (or realistically to try to make sure things aren’t worse than they already are) is something that exhibits control and autonomy and stuff, but they can be so limiting in practice because they’re things that take up so much time but have to be done to do anything else
#i have to sleep a lot. i’m at the point where functioning requires 8 hours of sleep if not more#I should probably be getting 10+ but i’m a student and i work so 8 is the minimum. but then also getting ready for bed is a whole process s#the whole thing can take 10-12 hours depending how much im sleeping. just to make sure i can do anything#that is time in my day i cannot use for anything else. it’s not ‘oh but i can push through it’ because i can’t without spending the next da#lightheaded and nauseous and vaguely dizzy and with such intense brain fog I can’t think with my fatigue so bad i genuinely don’t know how#get myself to work a lot of days. my abled peers don’t have to deal with this at all. they have unlimited study time if they want to#and yeah it is a choice i’m making that’s true i could just not do. except i would lose my job and fail out of college because i would not#be able to get to classes or do my homework or think. but being told ‘but you are making choices about your life’ when i have lost so much#of what i used to be able to do because i am spiralling down and continuing to get worse is so.#literally last year i would wake up at 6:30 and then go to school till 3 and then go to my internship until 10 and get home at 11 and be in#bed anywhere from midnight to two in the morning and then wake up the next day and do it all again. i graduated with a 3.9 gpa and made it#into my top college while dealing with my cancer symptoms and then the two surgeries about it#but now i lose half my day to just making sure i can get out of bed. i can’t go anywhere because my body is physically too exhausted#any extra time goes into doing homework or occasionally time to myself#not decimating my health by doing minimum body care responsibilities isn’t freeing. occasionally i have a good day which is freeing but tha#usually goes into just. other things outside class or work or eating. I don’t go do something for myself or go do something fun on good day#because I still can’t. good days just mean i don’t want to lie down on the pavement when i’m going somewhere#I just. I don’t magically have control over my life because i try to get enough sleep. i lose half my day to doing that and ultimately it’s#just a bodily function that would have to happen anyway#this is a vent post im just having a really hard time right now because it feels like im in exponential decline. it was nowhere near this#bad last semester. my grades are tanking and i have no free time because anything outside of sleep is either work or school#vent tw#yall can rb this just ignore my tags completely#disability#chronically ill#i keep trying to explain to people how pots works because that’s all logical but there’s no way to explain what it’s doing to my body or ho#i feel all the time. the last time i felt this bad was when i had a bad flu or immediately after surgeries because i don’t react well to#anesthesia and always come out of them feeling like shit. and now i just feel like this all the time and it’s only getting worse#I can’t even stay up late anymore because my body feels like it isn’t counting the sleep even if I get 8 hours#I can deal if I have a free day the day after but that just leaves Friday and Saturday nights and I usually still have to do homework

what’s up with me and plane crashing dreams. perhaps my life long obsession with the show air crash investigations is hitting or smth
#this is the second time in a row#I slept like four hours but i still managed to dream something#and I dreamed all of this between this post and my last reblog.#basically it all started that I was reading a post (idk if it was Twitter) of a woman saying that she had to wait for 3 hours on a airplane#for the bathroom to free and she had to stay awake the entire time#and a moment later I was on that plane too. watching her. I was about to return to my seat (I think). also i was in first class. the only#way I’ll ever experience it) but OUT OF THE NOWHERE my last year surpervisor for an expo and her husband (which I saw once a picture) stand#up. and she starts screaming something about “something sweet coming for women”…? I have no idea what that means. but all the women/girls#on the airplane stand up (they were all sleeping before) and start to crowd in front of me and i start to feel like we are going down. DOWN.#and we were in fact. going down. crashing. and I was scared as hell so while everyone was laughing/celebrating (???) I was screaming of#horror. but just before we crash I wake up and I’m in my bed (but I know I’m still dreaming. because it’s like a slow downloading of the#image). I wake up and I decided I’m late for school (which i don’t have) and I get ready quickly and I march in full force to the bus statio#then I realize there is no school and I’m outside at 5am. I found a supermarket cart and idk why but I take it with me and only when I get#home I realize that the supermarket is nowhere close to my house (like irl) and now I have a freacking shipping cart and I decided to park#it in my garage#and then my mom woke me up as my alarm for 7am went off.#I feel like by brain has been fucked. I’m not used anymore to sleeping poorly because I’ve taken a great interest in better sleeping since#last year and I can’t stand this now ugh.#good morning people tho#dream

shouldn’t have checked my bank account as expected my mother has taken thousands more dollars from my savings and has almost run me dry more or less. Cool!
#I’m going to fucking call the bank and ask about a second checking account because she’s never going to make her own fucking account#it’s been like a year since she said she would and it’s just not gonna happen#she owes me thousands of dollars via me paying her fucking overdraft fees and she always says ‘what you think I won’t pay you back?’ no!!!!!#no I don’t!!!!!!! because you literally never have!!!!!!!!!!!#and where the fuck are you going to get like 8000 dollars anyway. because that’s what she owes me at the very least#even if you want to factor in like. paying her monthly for the groceries she buys and cat food and whatever that’s still. thousands of#dollars. and the worst part about it is I just have no safety net anymore#because my savings is basically nothing at this point. like nothing that can help in a dire situation anymore.#I keep thinking about whatever im going to have to end up paying for top surgery and I WOULD have a significant amount saved up to#contribute to that but haha! no I don’t! it’s fucking gone!#and I’ve been getting paid basically fucking nothing lately because of how few hours they’re scheduling me so that does not fucking help#my last paycheck was literally like half of what I should be getting. I made like 1K in the past two paychecks. that’s fucking depressing#anyway I’ve given myself a headache#I’ve been avoiding looking at my bank account because I knew it would be bad and it’d stress me the fuck out but I also have been anxious#not knowing and my mother making a few vague comments that implied she must have fucked me over. so I checked today and yeah she sure did#if I don’t make a new checking account that she can’t access i am actually going to be broke within the nenxt few months at this rate#my head hurts and I am so upset I am so upset I work so fucking hard and it doesn’t even matter i just lose money constantly#I get nothing I just pay her fucking fees and pay for my tuition and pay for everything else of any significance#and I am not exaggerating I work my ass off. I am the only person I know at my job who begs to work holidays and extra days and stay as late#as possible and it . doesn’t even matter#im going to kill myself I swear to god. there’s shit I need to buy. what am I supposed to do.#kibumblabs#vent#like shit I need to buy for WORK. my manager is getting on me about not having proper shoes for example and yeah I can get a discount#through shoes for crews but I still dont have the fucking money for anything anymore#not unless I want to run myself into the fucking ground#I need a new binder badly. I need new black pants also for work since mine are so faded at this point.#I only have one fitted sheet that doesn’t have giant holes in it#I can’t stop thinking about my last paycheck it was literally the worst I’ve seen since starting this job a year ago. fucking infuriating

(trans!)zach and aviva were bunkmates at science camp. i know because i was there
#imagine them both at their first year of science camp! young and excited but also nervous and already feelin homesick on the first night#and they take comfort in each other and bond over their shared love of engineering#and become best buds practically overnight#and they keep getting each other as bunkmates every year and they pair up for everything and it’s all GREAT until it isn’t anymore#tfw some kid you met at summer camp becomes your lifelong sworn enemy. oops!#i have SO many thoughts about this concept#look. aviva being able to list out facts abt zach in mystery of the weird looking walrus can’t be just some plot-convenient intuition thing#those were things she learned over YEARS of friendship and staying up late at night trading whispered secrets#you can’t convince me otherwise#these two’s relationship has so much complexity to it actually. idc if canon barely touches on their history i’ll do it myself#hrnsgdhghh just imagine them sitting under a blanket together with flashlights after curfew because zach is afraid of the dark#aviva on her very first night of camp realizing that Uh Oh! she misses her family! and she doesn’t know anyone else here! and what if maybe#science camp isn’t gonna be as fun as she’d thought! only for the oncoming tears to stop in their tracks in order to comfort#this distraught bunkmate of hers. she adopts zach on the spot#them being penpals after camp ends PLEASE#wild kratts#zach varmitech#aviva corcovado#i also imagine that zach conveniently has his “wait i’m a dude” revelation at abt the same time their friendship ends#so they get new bunkmates for the first time that year#and also that their friendship ends at the beginning of their last/one of their last yrs of camp

GWUH i love when comments tell me how i might have prolonged certain aspects of my fic but then reassure me it Gets Better to read (very important to meeeee).. thank u to user swirling wind of repetition ur comment made my DAY!!!!! (crying)
UGHHELDEWOSKPENEPEJDPSKEKDKE SOMEONE TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE ALL OF THIS IM SICKKKK IM SO TOUCHED
#egg boils#comments#<- was that my tag#UGHHHHH THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY.#I ALSO GOT MORE COMMENTS AFTER THIS AND I. WE FRUCKINB CRODEEEE#FAVE#save#also smth abt the angst is that it was literally the basis of the fic bc i wanted hoshina to be comforting her each time and i know his own#thoughts must’ve been so frustrating to read MY BAD REALLY like what is ur problem girl but also#<- thinking abt it i did make hoshina confess First Verbally which is woah. in its own sense bc all this while he would only initiate to#comfort or help his captain…. but when he doesn’t have that excuse of reaching out anymore n she’s the one who takes care of him instead 🤔#i guess that also helps him gain a bit more confidence and see where he truly stands beside her#like yeah flowers r cute and all but the confirmation she wants him and will stay by his side too.. (something she said previously and Then#proceeded to do so when she found him in the dojo) WHICH BTW. she figured out smth was wrong w the text messages but never got the chance to#find out properly bc she’d always miss the timing. girl who’s been staying on base recently and KNOWS where hoshina wld go when he can’t#sleep but never catches him bc she’s either too late or he never shows up (choosing to lie awake in bed instead)#ARGHHHHHH MY HSMN#hoshina afraid to take the first step but he does it anyway DOES IT ANYWAY BECSUSE HE WONT LIVE FOREVER AND i think with the raid on#tachikawa base and other significant deaths it gets a lot more Obvious

i should really just go to sleep but i don’t want toooooo i don’t want to wake up and go to work 😭😭😭😭😭
#i wish i could have a month off of work no consequences and i still got money for it i just wanna be able to do whatever i want and have#free time and i don’t want to have to work this kuchhhhh i’m sick of it and i’m SO TIRED IN THE MORNING it makes it absolute HELL to try to#get to work on time i’m late every single day and have been for MONTHS bc my schedule is exhausting for someone who can’t keep a consistent#and GOOD sleep schedule i just wanna stay up late sometimes and sleep early other times but i work the same time all of the time so i’m just#running off not enough sleep EVER and have to take naps if i even CAN and then that in turn fucks up the time i’ll sleep after that#like i literally CANNOT win here i don’t get what i’m supposed to do i don’t want to do it anymore dude#i wish at. LEAST i could go in like a half an hour later i genuinely think i wouldn’t be late everday but waking up between 6-7 is HARD and#the earlier i wake up the more time i need to try to be awake but the later i wake up the more i scramble and fight to try and get ready#fast enough like even THAT i can’t get down right !!!!!! i just want to be able to go to work on time and not have anxiety about it everyday#my boss clearly doesn’t care enough and that’s fine i should be relieved to know she just cares that i show up and do my shift but like i#just don’t know dude i’m just going on and on and i need to shut up#i’m going to smoke and go to bed soon i guess???? idk i’ll be on here til i do tho

disclaimer : this is a personal life vent look away
shouldn’t be sharing this but i need to take it off my brain (wow reading it back it really sounds like i lost my mind but unfortunately it’s all true and not all of it fits in 30 tags lmaooo)
#because at this point it’s too funny not to share#keep in mind that all of this happened in the last two months 😭#so my dad wants to introduce us to his new gf who he met barely two weeks ago on holidays and will now move in and look for a job here caus#she’s from romania and wants to stay ?????#i know because my dad asked me to clear my room so she has one which okay i guess#my room that’s currently full cause we had to get the stuff we stored at my grandparents following my parents breakup as they’re themselves#getting a divorce after 60 years together and selling the family home we all grew up in#this happening because my grandma got diagnosed with alzheimer n my grandpa so this as an escape door to talk about her being violent#cause breaking news we all looked up to them as the inspiration for a couple but apparently she’s been abusive their whole life#we also just learned to our last name should be different as my grandpa never knew his dad and too his mothers name#all of this we learned having to question our aunt cause we found out by randomly seeing to house on selling website and our dad just sayin#'sometimes people aren’t in love anymore' like we’re 5 yo#i don’t think my dad ever processed any emotion#taking it back to my dad he wants to introduce us on the 16th which funny thing is the day my mom is getting married to her partner#and im still not sure if my dad knows#marriage that makes me sicker the closer it gets cause the guy is a walking red flag and lately i haven’t seen my mom that much#cause i can’t stand him and how she is when he’s around#which he always. is.#oh and his daughter who hasn’t talked to him in years and truly i get it sis will be here but everyone knows#it’s to ask him for the money he doesn’t have again#so im torn but also i up she makes a fuss and everything gets cancel so i don’t have to talk to my mom about how she’s doing exactly#what she promised to never fall for again after finally ditching my dad#and like at least my mom’s side is out of the equation as there’s probably still a murderer on the loose looking for her sicko sister#who herself threatened my mom several times cause my mom dared calling her out on abandoning her disabled daughter to live#with their parents for twenty years and still now with them nearing 80 being sick and broke cause they never made it official and she’s#still the one getting money support lmaooo#oh how could i forget im also staying at my dads cause my big sister moved back with my mom and took my room#following her breakup with her bf of 4 years when she caught him cheating with a 16 years old#oh and now some of my best friends are still deliberating wether they ever wanna talk to me again#this could be fine if i could cry **** *** and dissociate but i no longer have my own room :) being so so brave rn :)

Welp, it seems today is already off to a melancholy start
#this time it’s because of lamenting physical distance between me and my friends#instead of starting at 11/9/anytime/11/10 like last semester it’s now anytime/9/9/9/10 this semester#which as you can see from that basically means I can no longer ever really stay up late enough to talk to friends in timezones behind mine#*which is most of them*#last night was such a nice experience for me getting to talk to the friends I was talking to#but I ended up having to stay up until three in the morning for that experience to actually be as feasible as it was#nothing can be done about it and I am absolutely not blaming my friends for how i feel right now because why would you do that#I just know I won’t be able to do that anymore once lessons start again because of how morning-shifted my timetable is this time around#and I really struggle a lot when I don’t get enough sleep so I can’t just. keep staying up late to talk to friends like I want to#I don’t really know where this was going (again. running on six hours’ sleep right now.) but. yeah. timezones#a call from the void#posts made by me#unfortunate echoes#update: I switched to a different course so now i start at 11/10/9/11/10#which is so so much more manageable
