New Tiers Subscriber Tiers (April 2023)

I've decided to update my tiers! The main changes are: -All tiers are now mirrored on my ko-fi, so you can pick your preferred platform when subscribing -There's a new 3€ tier for early art and timelapses -The 5€ and 10€ tiers now have more rewards -The physical rewards will be shipped every 3 months instead of monthly, you still you receive the same amount of prints and stickers as before! hello! your art is so lovely and inspiring. i had a quick question about your patreon if you don't mind: for the snail mail (regular and supreme) nsfw tiers, are the physical rewards sent nsfw, or do they just allow for the nsfw posts in the patreon feed? i'd love to see the nsfw art digitally, but am unable to display nsfw pieces currently so i wanted to clarify that before choosing a tier. thanks for your time!

yes it's the first one !! physical prints are all safe for work and the same across the snail mail tiers, and nsfw images are only shared digitally!

the patreon with a snail mail reward system is pretty sensible for me to consider since I know people who pull this off succesfully, but I have to admit it must look hilarious that my kee-jerk reaction to an online social network winding down is to immediately revert back to the postal system

I used to get my contacts at a discount from my optometrist but apparently they stopped giving the discount bc now acuvue has its own rewards program which would be annoying on its own but it turns out that you have to APPLY for the rebate via SNAIL MAIL. I HAVE TO WRITE A CONFIRMATION CODE ON MY RECEIPT AND SEND IT TO KALAMAZOO IT MAKES NO SENSE AND I HATE IT HEREEE!!!!!!

1. Are you named after anyone?

nope! kind of the opposite, almost. ultrasound technology wasnt.... the best..... around when i was born, so my parents were expecting a boy, and then like twelve hours before i was born my mom had a funny feeling and they started shuffling through name books until they found my names. ha, jokes on them i grew up to be agender anyway

2. When was the last time you cried?

idk, probably no more than two days ago. i never used to cry, and now i cry at everything

3. Do you have kids?

i have my internet hellions @potatoesandsadness and @depressedwetnapkin, and also two baby nieces who i love a lot (but who taught me that yeah i probably dont want my own children. they are exhausting)

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

mm, i guess? i try to only do it if its obviously a joke bc i have a hard time telling when other people are sometimes, and i dont want anyone to struggle to interpret what im saying

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?

in person, probably height? im pretty short so its a notable feature for me. online, i guess whatever the first handful of posts i see from them have in common?

6. What's your eye color?

bluegreengrey. they shift color depending on what im wearing and sometimes with my mood

7. Any special talents?

the first time i cook something it always turns out really well, and im good at remembering numerical passcodes and passwords. it took me exactly one time seeing it used to remember the code to the mail room door at my job (and my reward for that is that my boss always sends me over now to check it lmao)

8. What are your hobbies?

i read a lot, trad pub and fanfic (my favorite novel i've read this year is 'a taste of gold and iron' by alex rowland. my ao3 history is between me, myself, and i. god is not invited to this party, not even by implication). allegedly, i also write fic. im not very good at video games but i love playing uno on discord's knock-off uno app with @quack-snail-umbrella. im taking a ceramics class again bc i really enjoy it and that's the best and easiest way to get my hands on the materials. pressing plants for my collection, and occasionally making really stupid memes in a drawing app to inflict on my discord friends about niche things. does collecting books count as a hobby?

9. What sports do you play/have played?

i did gymnastics as a kid, and ice skating. i did archery in my teens, and nothing else since, bc between those three things ive made every single one of my joints permanently angry at me

10. How tall are you?

5' 2" with a lil upwards wiggle room

11. Favorite subiects in school?

art and history in high school, all my applied botany and ecology type classes im taking currently for my AS right now

12. Dream job?

that's kind of a tough one. i guess anything that helps me make a material, positive impact on the world? im not super picky i just want to not hate my job

I have been thinking about my 'afterlife' if tumblr inevitably goes down for a while, as this and instagram are my main revenue, and there's not really any other public options besides twitter which is pay to win now basically, fb I do update for pretty much my aunts, and Youtube I'd like to explore in the future but there's a learning curve in turning to video

the possibility I have is getting a patreon with a minimum pledge (€1) and just continue there like I do here, and then if I could get about 20 ideally 30 people to take a €5 tier I could do like a snail mail reward where every month you get a card/sticker/drawing whatever's flat in the mail. But I'd need this minimum amount of people to take part in that in order to be able to afford to print a new thing every month, or I'd need to have a wide enough range of stuff I already sell to dip into while it builds up.

I don't think tumblr is going down tomorrow but I do think it is time to get our evacuation plan ready haha. In any case my instagram will be there as a totally free way to access my stuff but it would be nice to have something that's a bit more intimate you know, I'd miss not being in a weird gigantic groupchat with everyone.
