Oh, yeah that one will do. I will NOT however be using eckrich sausage because they're awful ant taste like they're made of old mustard, fake smoke, and sadness.

#adventures in recipes #i have a nice aldi brand smoked sausage in the freezer #and a bag of potatoes #and frozen green beans #apparently you can make some interesting one pot things with those ingredients #all the recipes seem pretty basic #pot-onion-butter-garlic-water-salt-pepper #sausage-potatoes-green beans- and simmer for a while til potatoes are done #i'll freestyle the seasoning tho i think #i have some ras al hanout that needs to be used #wish i had some mushrooms

#emiltalk #soo good. definitely recommend getting high and cooking shit #for those curious:#white rice (w mirin bc it was a little dry)#onions stewed in a good pat of butter for a good long while #+ mushroom + hickory smoked packaged tuna #w garlic salt and pepper #and I decided near the end that I wanted a lil bit of dill flavor #and I have shaquandas banjee ranch in the fridge and that's pretty dill heavy #(I saw it at work and was like oh I saw that on hot ones so I bought it <3 it's good)#so I cooked it in that for a bit and then just let it sit in the pan as the burner cooled down so it'd brown a bit more #and after I plated it I added a lil teriyaki sauce on top bc I thought that'd be pretty good #and it was <3 #oh yea and softboiled egg from my egg cooker #bc I will Never boil eggs myself again. it's so fucking easy now
