#emiltalk#soo good. definitely recommend getting high and cooking shit#for those curious:#white rice (w mirin bc it was a little dry)#onions stewed in a good pat of butter for a good long while#+ mushroom + hickory smoked packaged tuna#w garlic salt and pepper#and I decided near the end that I wanted a lil bit of dill flavor#and I have shaquandas banjee ranch in the fridge and that's pretty dill heavy#(I saw it at work and was like oh I saw that on hot ones so I bought it <3 it's good)#so I cooked it in that for a bit and then just let it sit in the pan as the burner cooled down so it'd brown a bit more#and after I plated it I added a lil teriyaki sauce on top bc I thought that'd be pretty good#and it was <3#oh yea and softboiled egg from my egg cooker#bc I will Never boil eggs myself again. it's so fucking easy now
