Ask me what I did for an hour and a half after dinner with friends on a Friday? I will tell you now...spent that time drawing Mark Strong as Sir Godfrey in the Crowe Robin Hood film. Depicting the ending we all deserved and I think he would have liked it.

All cropped which is a shame. I spent some real time on...lower parts especially the derriere.

This is supposed to be Mark Strong but I always alter real people faces and in this case didn't have a ref for him, just got right to it. Have to look abit close to see details.

Part two to the previous comic (this one)

The scene where Godfrey died BROKE ME, the entire fight both Emmet and Godfrey were slowly getting their HP chipped away at, neither of them were getting downed at all. And then, when both were in the single digits (emmet was at 2 hp), Godfrey stepped in and blocked an attack from Strahd. After he died, Diego managed to get a hit on Strahd and it turned out that was the last hit needed to down him. Strahd retreated, we chased after him, and killed him. Diego being the one to land the final blow because he had the sun sword.

Emmet collected Godfrey's ashes, and when the party went their separate ways. He returned to the Amber Temple with Rissc, and asked Exethanter if he could reunite him and Godfrey just so they could talk. He was able to, and the two were able to talk for a minute. Godfrey confessing his feelings to Emmet and promising to watch over him/that he'll be there for him always, even if he couldn't feel or see him.

In light of our attention being brought to the adorable life-affirming fact that Ed had butterflies in his updo for the hoity toity French boat party, let's not forget that Stede also had a whole bunch of flowers in his wig as well!! Literally have watched this so many times and each time thought that he had ribbons/ bows. I am thrilled to see that they are in fact flowers. Plus his flower and tree covered silver jacket paired with the checker patterned vest is so killer.

They both have flowers in their hair in fact!

Anyways this is just such a queer thing to do, go to some hoity toity party filled with racist, straight, cis neurotypicals and just make your whole get up look super whimsical and magical. :)))))

This painting shows the Harvey family of Rolls Park, Chigwell, Essex. Their family wealth was based on business as merchants trading in the Levant (modern-day Syria and Lebanon) with the Ottoman Empire. An ancestor was William Harvey, who discovered the circulation of blood. The scale and format of this picture imitates the aristocratic style of grand courtly portraiture. Such striking paintings were meant to be seen in country house galleries where other portraits were on show, so that the continuity of the family over generations could be stressed.
