you woke up a few hours after schlatt got out of bed. he’s doing some work in the living room, both cats by his side just chilling. and here you are, sleepy, hair a mess, and his hoodie completely enveloping you.

“morning sleepyhead,” he says, grinning. you hum, lazily reaching for him. he obliges, lifting you into his arms and pressing soft kisses onto your hair. you bury your face into his shoulder, closing your eyes again.

“come back to bed.” your words are muffled and still laced with sleep.

“can’t, pretty. need to finish this video.”

you whine. “then work in bed... wanna cuddle.”

“oh, alright. let’s go back to bed.” 

the cats follow you back to your shared bedroom, jambo cuddling beside you as schlatt wraps his arms around your waist. 

and as you’re falling back asleep, schlatt watches you as if he’s falling in love with you all over again.

I woke up this morning and had a thought. So I'm gonna share it :)

You know how a player loses their exp levels upon death and it travels to the closest player (when there's multiple people around the body)?

What if when an egg dies, and the exp goes to their parent, the parent sees their memories and how they felt during those moments.

With Ramón, in this scenario, Fit sees how Spreen "raised" him whilst he wasn't there.

With Chayanne, Phil sees Chayanne waiting for Missa to wake up and it's getting later and later but he's still holding onto the hope that his Papa will wake up and take care of him.

With Leo, it's her trying to drive the speedboat while their dad's not there physically, trying to escape the cachalot whale before his death.

And all their parents can do is feel the emotions that their child felt during that moment. All the pain; of being bitten, shot by arrows, the loneliness, the devastating realisation that there's nothing this small child could do.

my courses started today and I slept like 2 hours, but still I’m not feeling too bad about this autumn currently. Ik it’s gonna be very busy bc got bunch of courses and one of them is a big one which will take most of my time and will have to juggle to fit the rest in somehow. But idk, I have faith I’ll make it work (tim gunn) somehow.

Anyways, I got books this saturday! Bought a french translation of a finnish book, which is a weird move from a finnish person (I’ve read it in finnish already and it’s one of my fave books ever, so I figured it would get me to actually read in my very rusty french. Plus I’m curious abt the translation bc the language in it is very rich, so seeing how they translated that is going to be very interesting (it will take forever to read yes))

I’m glad you’re liking the band tho!!! All of us worked really hard to make things happen and it always warms my heart to see people enjoy it. While you’re here you should totally and absolutely listen to the Song Jam 2023, it’s literally just a collection of some of the best music we’ve ever made not as the garages but as the queer music collective Fourth Strike (previously the record label). My personal fav is Prelude to Avuncilicide because holy shit that song makes you headbang so fucking hard
