Yay part 2 of

Re-Madhouse — Marah

Marah is a current love interest of G, don’t know why lilligant and butterfree were dumped but ok I guess. I’ve done a post with my initial reaction to the age of marah compared the G’s age {HERE} so I won’t beat a fainted ponyta with it.

Her overall mannerisms from innocent obliviousness to childlike naivety, marah is pretty immature for a full grown gardevoir. So how did I rewrite and design her?

As mentioned with G’s redesign notes, I wanted to keep young, but not in a relationship with G. So I reworked her character that will be revealed more once she’s made her entrance and moved us along! So who would be the basis for the design?

With the vision in sight I went to work sketching and coloring! Until I got a design that felt just right to Marah’s character!

I knew for a fact that I wanted her design to counter balance G’s more elongated and thin silhouette, I also really wanted to give her lil fairy godmother wings that will flap whenever she’s giddy and excited! But I gave her a single horn that has some plot relevance 👀

And with that we have Bonnie’s Day Out!! Marah

Bell in the Woods!

What’s the story?

Bell in the woods follows Obi, a 24-26 year old Lesh who’s been living in the vast and marvelous hidden gem of a natural-wonder Notterre National Park. Practically raised by the “park’s guardian” Føss a couple centuries old Lesh who holds such bitterness towards humans who come and go from the park.

What is a Lesh?

Lesh is a mix of many forest guardian and forest gremlin mythological creatures, the name sake being Leshie from European folklore.

What’s the overall story?

Obi and Føss growing with their own respected perspectives of the world

Are there other fantastical creatures in this world?

Yes. And many cryptids!

How can we follow the story?

Any hooters I’ve been feeling bad for neglecting this story for over a year now so I thought I’d let them roam on tumblr! Have fun!!!

We advise that you eat after flying or if before flying to wait an hour as not to make a mess inside the aviarium. Please keep children away from the aviarium if they have yet to molt their baby plumage. Any injury after signing wavers is not liable on behalf of the flight-porium(mostly to do in part to the fact no grievous injuries or incidents have happened since opening back in 1078AD). Please call before hand if planning birthday parties as we have a sectioned area designated for children and minors. Bonnie’s Day Out!!

1st Official open collab!

What’s it for?:

Bonnie needs some books for her persona library! She’s still learning to read so something that’s age appropriate and not complicated! Trust me: she’s had to be read Lily’s work for a long while so she needs a break from it!

There’s no competition, no top posts, this is just good wholesome silly fun and a bit of experimentation for anyone wanting to try something new with their art! As this is a collab there are some guidelines.

Rules:

1. Nothing graphic (smut, gore, if it can’t be found in the kids section of Barnes and noble than it isn’t good)

2. Age appropriate reading material: what are books you would read as a kid or were read to you before bed?

3. Can’t just drop names

the idea is to redraw or remake existing books that youd recommend to 4 year old Bonnie!

I strongly encourage you to try and mimic or recreate the covers and characters from these stories as…well… Pokémon! (Photobashing, traditional or digital art, have fun with it!)

4. You can make as many submissions as you want but don’t try to push yourself with cranking out

5. No deadline!

(Cause I know it’ll take me a while to get to the chapter)

Yall I have one wish for crimnis

And that wish is

To get to 100 followers before the end of the year!

It’s crazy to think that in the span of a few months my silly lil blog has almost reached 100 followers! Even if some of you started following for my lorch posting suffice to say I’m thankful that yall stuck around even when I started to slowdown and step away from it! I genuinely mean this too! There’s a twelve year old gobbo in me that has never felt more happier knowing that we are finally sharing are stories and people are interacting with them!

I have something very big planned for a New Year’s party so to speak on my YouTube that I hope you come to see! It’s a project that’s been in the works for a full year and I’m excited that we’re getting closer to its premiere!
