Not a very productive year for me unfortunately, I was sick for most of it 😅

But I made progress on some wips I’ve had for a while and hopefully next year I can dedicate more time to finishing the backlog!!

I also want to get better at comics, I’ve made/started more this year than ever before which is exciting!!

the table was just as lively as ever, filled with random chatter and bickering of everyone’s day and what not.

she listened as mammon talked on and on to asmo across the table while subconsciously fiddling with beel’s fingers as he sat next to her.

the sixth born didn’t mind, he had no trouble stuffing his face with using only one hand. he would flex his fingers under hers from time to time.

she was also right next to lucifer, by his order (and not because he loved to have her physically next to him), as he also listened to what his brothers were talking about.

she stuck some food into her mouth, tuning in to what was being discussed.

“you know what can liven this place up-“ mammon began, sticking his fork into his food and pointing with it, “a pet.”

lucifer rose a hand up, “no. you can barely take care of yourself, mammon.” he ignored his younger brother sputtering at the insult, “and besides, we have cerbeus.”

“that thing is barley a pet!” asmo spoke, gripping his arms tightly, “we can’t even go down there without the risk of getting eaten alive!”

the oldest held back an eye roll, “and may I remind you of levi’s old pet?” levi flinched at the call back, looking up from his phone, “he-hey! don’t bring henry 1.0 into this!”

satan snorted a bit, a grin stretched on his lips. “don’t think I forgot about your hoarding problem, satan.”

green eyes snapped towards the end of the table, his grin gone as he scoffed, “I do not have a hoarding problem, lucifer.”

“I’ve woken up with more cat hair in my mouth in your room than anywhere.” belphie mumbled, eyes closed as he leaned on his palm.

satan rolled his eyes, grumbling something to himself as he stabbed his fork into his food.

she listened on for a little while more, before she cleared her throat. “my brothers actually had like….how much was it-four or five lizards.”

she pulled her hand away and began counting on her fingers, “actually we had a dog, four lizards, a tortoise, a bearded dragon, and oh- another dog.”

a hum escaped her lips, “I wonder how they’re doing.” she mumbled to herself, putting her hand down as she began to eat again.

it was only after a minute that the table grew quiet, her gaze moving upwards to find them all staring at her. she covered her mouth with one hand, a bit of food in her mouth as she swallowed, “….what?”

beel scooted a bit closer to her, “what did you say right now?” he spoke, stuffing his mouth with food afterwards.

“about the pets, oh, that I had like-“

“no no no, sweetheart-“ asmo grinned, cupping his hands together as he leaned onto the table, a grin on his face, “you said something about…brothers?”

her brows furrowed, nodding her head, “oh, yeah, I have brothers, a little sister too.” the avatar of lust gasped, a little squeal escaping his lips.

lucifer rose a brow, “you never mentioned anything about siblings.” she gave a awkward smile and a small shrug, “ah, well….it never got brought up.”

mammon leaned back into his chair, “really? you could had atleast told me, I mean, we’ve basically told each other everything!” he bit his lip in thought after a moment, “I mean, not everything, but you know-!”

satan propped his hand on his chin, “you mentioned brothers…how much do you have?” he asked, his tone a bit curious.

she tapped her finger on the table, feeling her smile grow a little wider, “four.”

levi sputtered a bit, finally giving his full attention, “fuh-four?! you had to deal with four brothers?!”

belphie grumbled a bit at the loud noise, though he seemed more awake than usual, “no wonder she can put up with us so easily.”

beel laughed a bit at that, turning to face his twin, “yeah, she has experience with brother stupidity.” he looked back at her again, “and you have a little sister?”

she nodded, twirling a strand of hair between her fingers, “ye-yeah,” she cleared her throat, “I have five siblings, I’m the second oldest.”

mammon grinned at that, “I didn’t know you were a second born too! no wonder we are so good together.” he pressed a hand to his chest, “second oldest are obviously the best ones.”

his younger brothers all groaned at that, lucifer shifting to pick up his wine glass as a tiny grin spread across his lips, “so, you come from a big family, hm?”

and with that, a whole flurry of questions were unloaded on her. all coming from different sides of her.

“how did you deal with so much brothers?”

“do any of them like anime?”

“family dinners must be fulfilling to feed that much.”

“imagine taking trips with that much siblings! did you all fit in a car?”

she shrunk a bit in her chair, feeling her ears grow warmer as she tried her best to answer the questions.

lucifer watched with a grin all the while, seeing how much his brothers seemed so invested in her families life.

“you know,” he started off, making the table go silent as he took another sip of wine, “it’s only cordial to….meet your parents as well.”

she let out a awkward laugh, “ah-ah? meet-meet my parents?” she stuttered, not knowing if he was actually joking or not.

he nodded, “of course, it’s only natural if we meet our girlfriends parents and family, is it not?” his grin grew a bit more, his tone ever the more serious as it always is.

asmo clapped a that, squealing, “ohh, we just have to go!” he cupped his cheek as he dreamily sighed, “a trip to the human world to meet your family, and to think what they can show us about you,”

he began to list off the things out loud, “childhood stories, family history, baby pictures-“ he then cut himself off with a gasp, slamming his hands on the table as he let out a squeal once more, “baby pictures! oh I bet you were adorable!”

she blinked, “wha-what are you-“

“hey, parents love showing their kids partners baby photos.” mammon pointed out, getting excited too, “I bet if we asked, they would show us her whole photo album!”

levi giggled a bit, hiding his face with his hands as his voice came through, “ahhh! cute-cuteness overload!”

beel spoke with his mouth full, “we should start packing.” his voice was muffled a bit, but his brothers knew what he said.

before she could stop anyone, satan stood up, sly grin on his face, “I’m already on it.” he then turned and began walking out, the others following.

“no-no wait, guys-!”

“I’m keeping a picture for when we get back!” levi began, making asmo whine, “no fair! I want one too!”

mammon ran after them, “I call standing next to her when lucifer makes the portal!”

“we already called it.” beel spoke, walking passed him with belphie next to him, “snooze you lose, mammon,” the youngest spoke, yawing a bit as mammon groaned, “hey! I’m older, so I have more authority!”

soon enough, it was just her and lucifer at the table. she shot a look at him, who still had that stupid handsome grin on his face, “why didn’t you say anything?”

he hummed, grabbing a napkin and wiping his mouth with it, “who am I to crush their spirits?” he spoke, standing up from his chair and walking behind her.

“where are you going?” she asked, following him with her eyes as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

“well, what else? going to inform diavolo of our….upcoming trip.” he rubbed the spot for a bit, before moving the hand to her hair and brushing through it and walking away, “better begin packing.”

she watched as he walked away, hearing his footsteps echo until it was finally quiet. she groaned and rested her head on the table, letting out a long sigh.

she should have just kept her mouth shut.

He can't drink scrumpy, so instead, he drinks catnip water (teehee). He rolls around and purrs. Also the biggest cat napper on earth btw. Likes bell balls and catnip toys. Sharp canines ^_^ Verry tolerant, loves being pet. I think he would have a brown tabby coated pair of scottish fold ears, and a long tail that really shows of his tabby coat.

BIGGEST SUCK EVER. He's like, rubbing against your hand when u pet him. Likes lasers, like Medic. And yarn/string, despite it not being a cat toy. Bad engie! You'll get sick! But u can't be mad at him bc he's the sweetest thing ever. Is a slight biter but only gentle nibbles when he's happy ^_^ slightly sharp canines . Bushy bobtail ears, and a small little bushy bobtail >_<

Junhui was the one who read off your order to the others, only to stop when he saw the special instruction in the delivery spot: send ur cutest guy, pls. 

Of course, being someone with access to the internet, Jun had heard of this kind of thing before. People who throw in instructions like that for fun, or people who ask for things to be drawn on their to-go boxes (he always did those when they popped up--his art skills might not be perfect, but he can draw a little cat saying ‘enjoy your food!’ any day), or sometimes the occasional message from someone to another (the ‘person loves you’ or ‘person says to get well soon’ kind of deal). But this? Here? Well...

“Which one of us is the cutest?” He mused aloud, catching Jeonghan’s attention as he stepped away from the kitchen to wipe the sweat off his brow.

“What?”

Jun nodded toward the screen and your specific instruction. “They asked for a cute delivery guy. Who’s working today?”

Jeonghan paused, musing on the question. “Soonyoung, Wonwoo, Vernon,” he listed off, although he continued to wrack his brain to see if that Namjoon guy was in as well. Nah--Maybe on the weekend when they’re busier and need the extra hands, but three already is kind of overkill as it is.

(Not that any of them are complaining, that is: they’re still getting some sort of payment for all of this.)

“It doesn’t say cutest delivery guy,” Jeonghan said. “Just our cutest guy.”

Seungcheol looked up from his clipboard as he came back, brow raised. “Me?”

Jeonghan scoffed, rolling his eyes. “Obviously, I’m the cutest one here. I’ll make it.”

It was at this point that they’d started gathering the attention of everyone currently in (which, today, had been everyone except for Soonyoung, who was still out on a delivery across the city).

Seungcheol stared at him, “You don’t work delivery--”

“So?” Jeonghan said. “I don’t mind going--”

“You don’t, either,” Jun piped up. “I could run if I need to--”

Seungkwan was finally the one to speak up, “What are you talking about?”

For a moment, the three said nothing. If everyone got into this conversation, it’d be an all-out bloodbath, especially with Seungkwan taking part. Yet Wonwoo, who had been sitting nearby, enjoying his few minutes of rest after his own series of deliveries, looked up.

“Someone asked for a cute delivery guy, and they’re debating about it,” he shrugged, looking back at his phone--although the tiny smile on his face was still evident. The rotten fucker--

“I can go,” Joshua spoke up, as if he wasn’t literally working on your order alongside Mingyu. “Just gimme a sec, I’ll change shirts.”

Seokmin, who had been busy rolling out pizza dough, looked up. “Is this really a debate? I think we all know I’m the cutest one here...”

“Both of you work in the kitchens,” Seungcheol said, “you can’t leave.”

“All of us are in today, and it’s slow right now,” Chan said, already washing his hands of flour, ready to remove his apron in a moment. “You guys won’t miss me.”

“Who said you were going?!” Seungkwan whipped around, “If anyone goes, it should be me! Everyone who comes in tells points out how cute I am!”

Mingyu looked up, a cocky smile tugging at his lips. “Who gets asked out the most here?”

Silence. The motherfucker...

And then Minghao looked up. “They said cutest. Not hottest. Which eliminates all of you--”

“I’m very cute!” Seungkwan huffed, “That’s why it should be me.”

Vernon looked up from his phone, yet another delivery boy who probably should just take the order when it’s ready. “I dunno. I think I’m pretty cute. I could do it. Plus,” he shrugged, “kind of my job--”

“You’re hot and you know it,” Jeonghan spoke up. “Hao has a point. They requested the cutest guy--which means it’s down to Seungkwan, Chan, and I.”

Minghao scoffed, rolling up his sleeves. “Just you three?”

Mingyu had thrown an arm around Jihoon’s shoulders, dragging him from his quiet spot of observation straight into the conversation. “Jihoon should be included, too.”

“Oh? What if this person flirts with him?” Jeonghan chuckled. “They’re paying in cash and Jihoon would probably walk off without it.”

Jihoon’s face turned red. “I’m not that bad--”

“You almost did it last time you had to work the window.”

“They were too upfront!” Jihoon huffed, his face slowly turning red. “If they had said to you what they said to me, you’d run, too! That’s why Jun had to take over!”

“They said you had pretty eyes!”

Jihoon’s face burned with embarrassment. “It was the way they said it...”

As if in his own world, Jun quietly mused aloud, “I think I’m pretty cute,” as he continued looking over the order again.

“And if Jun’s cute, then I’m cute.” Joshua wiped his hands down his apron, turning back. “Jun, does the order say anything else?”

He shook his head. The only note you had put in was the note they were debating about now: send ur cutest guy, pls. Nothing more, nothing less. Hell, none of them even knew why you’d asked for their cutest guy. Was it a joke? Were you kind of desperate for something? Was this going to be the really bad intro to a porno? The questions persisted.

Seungcheol had been the one who pulled your pizza from the oven when it was time, boxing it up and carefully sealing it. “Who’s delivering it?”

Immediately, several people had volunteered.

He rolled his eyes. “Wonwoo, Vernon--”

Vernon raised his brows. “Dude, what the hell--”

“You know you’re hot, shut up.” Seungkwan turned. “If they want someone cute, then it’s only between a few of us. Not including Jeonghan.”

Jeonghan gasped, turning around as he pressed a hand to his chest. “I’m angelic--”

“That’s a lie and you know it!”

The bell chimed as Soonyoung made his way in, going completely ungreeted as the conversation continued. He looked to Wonwoo, who merely shrugged in exchange before watching as Minghao began to make the very well formulated argument that he was the cutest (his fairy-like giggle was direct proof, in his own words--the others called him cute all the time for it). Which caused Seungcheol to argue back that if he was including laughs as evidence, then his own could count because plenty of people found it endearing. Soonyoung said nothing, walking over to where the orders were as he began looking through them for another delivery since his break would come later tonight.

“I’m not saying your laugh isn’t cute,” Seungcheol said, “I’m saying you can’t use it as proof when all of us have cute laughs!”

“Some of you sound like a hyena,” Minghao rolled his eyes, “and some of you are too ‘hot’ to be cute! You talk about how handsome you are all the time--”

“Stop, you’ll make him pout,” Jeonghan chuckled from nearby, “and then he’ll really start insisting he’s the cutest of us.”

The bell chimed again, and Jun merely glanced up to see that it was only Soonyoung leaving. He turned back. “People tell me I’m cute. I’m carefree.”

“Childish cute doesn’t count,” Seungkwan said, lips pursed. “I’m cute because of my mannerisms.”

“The same mannerisms you get mad at Soonyoung for imitating,” Seokmin muttered under his breath, only to earn a deadly glare from Seungkwan. “You do!”

Wonwoo looked back down at his phone, wondering if he should have been recording this entire conversation. “I think I’m cute.”

“One of us has to go,” Joshua spoke up, “before their food gets cold. And I think I should do it because I’ll be the fastest--”

“Dude,” Vernon looked up. “I’m pretty fast on my bike.”

“It’s a bike, we’d all be fast  on it,” Minghao scoffed. “Why aren’t one of them doing it?” Minghao gestured toward Wonwoo and Vernon. “They’re the delivery boys!”

“Still on break,” Wonwoo said without looking up, “for another few minutes.” 

Seungcheol opened his mouth to say something--probably about how one of their breaks had already ended by now.

“Also, Soonyoung just left with it,” Wonwoo added casually enough.

Immediately, several pairs of eyes went to where the order had been left... and sure enough, it was gone.

And then chaos ensued, and Wonwoo hid yet another smile as he listened to several people bemoan that little factoid. Yet Soonyoung was pedaling away, completely lost as to what had gone down while he was gone.

(And when he showed up, bragging about the huge tip that you had given him while laughing about the fact the others had been arguing... Well. They knew what was going to happen the next time you threw in that special request.)

I have this mod where I have date nights with the person I'm married to(Harvey) and he either takes the farmer out to go shopping with him just because spending time at Pierre's and you can have a kot of choices to get whatever you wanna get and you can pay for the stuff when Harvey says he'll be paying but you can still pay for it and it gets Harvey all blushful when you insist on doing so and then when you're done he whispers into the farmers ear abt having some fun time at home like woah!!

(he/she/they/it any basically) Agender - Panromantic Asexual

*giggles, kicks feet, twirls hair* Mal... Anyways! Some of y'all probably been waiting for this one! My silly fae prince, whose identity may or may not be based on my own. Sue me, this bitch is hella relatable.

- So, onto the headcanons, I felt like Mal wasn't all that intimidating when he first popped up outside our house. Idk, I see a cat-type personality and all my self preservation is thrown out the nearest window. She's just a big meow. But I wanted them to actually look rather intimidating, making his bangs cover his eyes a bit more, darker makeup, whatnot.

- I know Mal is canonically taller than the rest of the cast but Imma make her even taller. Its 6'6" without the horns and like 6'11 or 7' with them. I want them to be a cryptid!! Also the height difference with Lilia bout to be crazy.

- I like the idea that my prefect made her some lil Howl's Moving Castle earrings, even though it obvious doesn't exist in their world. Or maybe it does??? Who knows.

- *scientist voice* The autism is this subject is astronomical. *cough* Yeah, it's also not up for debate. The gargoyles, the general demeanour. Yuu is their favoured person.

- Malleus and my prefect would probably interact a little differently than Yuu does canonically, as we're both silly little autistic people, but I'll save that for my Yuusona post lol.

- Really tempted to throw in that it has a forked tongue. Does have fangs but Mal and Jamil probably both have forked tongues, j st for funsies.

- Loves to read sappy romance novels, is giggling and kicking her feet at soulmate stuff in particular. Has a whole list of little date ideas in a notebook (totally not saying this because /I/ have one or anything)...

Not mush else to say give I've only canonically interacted with her like three times but now for everyone's favourite grandpa!

🦇Lilia Vanrouge🦇

(he/she) - Bisexual

- Teehee! So I saw someone headcanons Lilia as Indian and I was SO here for it, though I think he's be half Indian, half Mexican or smth.

- Gave this girl SO many piercing. I feel like she got them 'cause she was bored. Idk, 500 years is pretty old, ya gotta spice things up some how.

- Some scars from 'ye old days'(tm) and I made his hair a bit wavy and added a green gradient to the ends, just to mimick Malleus' hair. Also, this bitch stands a proud 5'3" on a good day (aka with heels).

- He's the kind of dad that makes his kids wear matching pjs during the winter holidays and while he knows his kids like the back of his hand, chooses to give them silly gifts most of the time. Also, he spoils Mal and Silver rotten.

- Absolutely tries to get Malleus to properly flirt with MC but it never works out like he plans. Silver just watches with mild amusement.

(he/they) Demiboy - Achillic Asexual

- Yes, I was mad he doesn't canonically have a last name. I figured that Lilia would have officially adopted him at some point or another and typically you need a last name for a lot of things so I just gave them Lilia's.

- I think that Silver's gray hair is natural and once it gets to be a certain length, it just becomes gray. Additionally, Lilia's a cool dad so Silver got dyed ends and piercings too.

- I actually headcanon that Silver's blind and has narcolepsy (though that's pretty much canon). It was likely from birth or manifested early on and as a result, Malleus is a bit protective of Silver (and Sebek is too but he'd never admit it lol). He has a service dog, which is probably a cute golden retriever named Aurora, and records lectures to listen back to. He, Kalim, and Ruggie have little study groups as second years. Also, Silver's autistic. Lilia really out here collecting autistic children lmaooo.

- He really likes to knit. Don't ask why but I think he'd enjoy the rhythym of it. (He's made Ruggie and Kalim scarves and both treasure them a ton) He likes to make blankets for Malleus and Lilia as well as himself. He loves to work with the chunkier and softer yarns, especially because it makes keeping track of the stitches easier.

- Owes SO MANY plushies. His bed is half dedicated to them, most probably give to him by Lilia for birthdays and holidays. He loves soft things so all the plushies are like squishmellows and stuff.

Ah, I love Silver. Onto our last canon character,

🐊Sebek Zigvolt🐊

(he/him) - Achillic

Oh boy, this design was such a pain. I literally had to redo it because I didn't like it. Though, in the end, I think it turned out pretty neat.

- On with the physical stuff, I fucked around with his skin tone a bit because it did not look right with his hair in my og design which had a more lime, yellowy green instead of the mint. I made it warmer and ditched the yellow green for the original design's mint, just darker. Finally, I thought I needed a kick of something so I gave him some violet streaks and eyes and BOOM! A Sebek!

- I gave him a bit of a rounder face, I feel like he wouldn't have outgrown his baby chub yet, and a single dimple. I thought it'd be super cute, sue me. Cute lil freckles, the works.

- One thing I am super proud of was his Lichtenburg scar (I believe that's what it's called, I've only really heard in in TMA oops). While I certainly didn't do it justice here, I'll be fleshing it out at some point. I think it's a cool addition to the character based on lighting, maybe his magic accidentally hit him or damaged him at some point idk.

- He is, wait for it... also autistic. Shocker, pun intended. He's actually AuDHD to me and has issues with volume regulation, which is real idk. Would actually also be sensitive to loud noise, as backwards as that sounds. Has noise-cancelling headphones courtesy of Idia. Malleus is his favoured person and he looks up to him a lot.

- Grew up loving dragons and thinking they were like the coolest fcuking things then met Mal and was in awe. Was a totally nerd about dragons as a kid and still has figures and posters and whatnot.

🪡Thumbelina Souster🪡

Third Year - (they/she) Genderqueer - Pansexual

She looks like Zelda. I know... but she's pretty!

- Thumbelina is 'twisted' from the loom in the story of Sleeping Beauty. IF EPEL IS LITERALLY AN APPLE, she can be a loom. Anyhow, I made her a fae as well, likely one of the craft fairies, just taking on a more human-sized form. She takes a ton of inspo from the og story of Thumbelina, as a tiny little fae she got separated from her kin and raised by human parents. That's why she doesn't have the 'ick' about humans that most fae have.

- When she got accepted to NRC, Crowley gave her access to a potion that changes her size so she'd be able to attend school easier. Her parents were tailors and so she grew up around sewing but could never do it because of how tiny she was. When she changed sizes, she immediately wanted to try her hand at sewing, official joining (or maybe founding) the sewing club.

- After intially joining Diasomnia and seeing Lilia's piercings, they piqued her curiosity and she got some.

- As a fae, she loves to be outdoors and tends to a garden outside of the dorm. She also rather oblivious when some expresses interest in her as she's not familiar with human courting. Lilia adopts yet another autistic child lmao.

🥀Munkh Sarnai🥀

Second Year - (they/he/she) Genderfluid - Asexual Aromantic

- Munkh is my character for the thorns that encircled Aurora's castle. Minorly abstract but hey, cool ass character design.

- They're Mongolian and I wanted the spikey aspect to really shine through, giving them liberty spikes thanks to my friend's suggestion! Wanted to go really punk especially because I haven't really done so in a character design before and I LOVE IT!

- She was originally going to have a Maleficent colour palette for the spikes but it was getting too close to some of the other designs so I made it black and red to emulate roses.

- He's a part of the music club as well, likely a vocalist or drummer. He loves the energy and the people are really cool, plus obviously his vice housewarden's there.

- They're also on the athletic side and enjoy various sports, namely Spelldrive. Also, she does own her own blastcycle and immediately bonds with Deuce over a shared love of them. Deuce and Munkh like this 🤞.

Last but not least...

First Year - (she/her) - Sapphic

Pspsps... TMA fandom... pspsps Delano...

- Kyra's my oc twisted from Tick Tock, the alligator(?) from Peter Pan. I gave her the yellow-green from my original Sebek design and it looks way better here.

- I think as a reference to the clock and like 'ticking', she'd have Tourette's. It sometimes flares up more than others so she has an agreement with the teachers about class times where it's acting up.

- I think she'd have like mild beef with Josephina because they met on a wrong foot during orientation but it's not a huge deal. Probably sleep-deprived Josephina said something insulting Diasomnia and Kyra was like, "What the hell?". They have a friendly competition going on now, every gym class.

- She's a part of the track and field club and is one of the fastest on the team. That being said, she's not a huge fan of physical activity and prefer to read in the library or study.

I feel like Satoru immediately knows you're different from them. I like to think it's his first time seeing a human, but he isn't necessarily fearful because you're so much smaller than him. It's like a human instinctively seeing a tiny fuzzy thing with big eyes that keeps yelling out in squeaks and going 'awwww cute!'

Again, when Suguru met you, you were kicking and screaming in Satoru's arms. He's gonna be less than pleased, especially considering how loud you are, but he quickly grows to like you. It's sort of like dad looking at a cat his kids just brought in and going 'yeah we're not keeping it' and then immediately the cat becomes his favorite thing.
