Bungou Stray Dogs, Silent Hill 3 and other related media SIGMA PROPAGANDA- He's gone on about being a normal, ordinary man a few too many times, and he wears a ridiculous amount of shirt layers. And I have a small compilation of him doing the trans guy slouch. Also vibes. And he's stylish so I guess that's where the swag bit comes in. He's tragic as hell, he was created from a reality altering book and there's no one else like him in his world and so he's lonely and desperate for a home. He's got a really cool ability to exchange information via touch, finding out what he wants to know most in exchange for what the other person wants to know most. Fave trans-ish moment is this absolute idiot going on about being a totally normal man bless him. [Pollrunner's Note: I used the manga design because one of the submitters asked very nicely, you're welcome] HEATHER PROPAGANDA- the mirror dialogue, the way she dresses, her story having to do with her identity and autonomy over her body she fought god with a glock after having an abortion in an amusement park. fucking iconic

[Pollrunner's Note: Silent Hill 3 is about the horror of growing up as a young woman- especially the horror of how fertility, sexuality and motherhood are forced onto teenage girls. While definitely not intended to be a transmasculine story it is still a deeply relatable one for anyone who had to grow up being seen as "a girl", regardless if one continued to be one or not]

It's interesting how similar Fear The Spotlight is to Silent Hill 4:

The two protagonists are unexpectedly pulled through into an alternate version of an area familiar to them by the antagonist who becomes fixated on one of the main characters for his own warped desires

The other version of said familiar location was created after the initial death of the main antagonist before his return as a monster. The place is also haunted by his victims from the inciting incident that is the game's backstory

The final confrontation occurs in the location of the antagonists death with the protagonist's companion being trapped abo where it takes place in

The display case in the school's library contains the iconic pocket radio alongside the Book of Lost Memories as an actual physical tome

Vivian is forced to squeeze through a gap in the rundown 1991 library wall much like James does during the Historical Society segment of Silent Hill 2.

The two main characters escape a collapsing location towards a glowing white portal much like Harry does with a newborn Heather at the very end of Silent Hill 1
