I hope no one who supported Israel, I hope no one who said “Israel has the right to defend itself”, I hope no one that stayed silent, I hope no one that stayed neutral, I hope no one who cried “both sides”, I hope no one preaching “nuance”, EVER gets to experience another peaceful day again. I hope every last one of them suffers for the remainder of their lives. I hope the guilt eats at them every single day to the point they can’t take it anymore and they choose to do the world a favour and off themselves. I hope every last one of them pays severely for their crimes and for their support of genocide. I hope their very existence is plagued with nightmares. I hope they experience what it’s like to have never ending bombs rain over their heads.
Whatever happens in Gaza tonight or tomorrow or after, know that we won’t forget and we will never forgive.

You can’t “stay out of it” in a genocide
“I don’t wanna pick sides” you just did
“I don’t want to upset anyone” you will
Neutrality does not exist in a genocide
Your silence is costing human lives
Speak the fuck up

it kind of fucking astounds me how people can choose to be ignorant about so many things. i don’t get how you can see people dying and NOT CARE? why does it take convincing for you to say fucking SOMETHING about the millions of people right now who are dying or suffering because of the system YOU uphold. over 31,000 people have died in gaza. over 10 MILLION people in sudan have been displaced. over 580,000 people in the USA are homeless. on average, black women are 6 times more likely to be homicide victims than white women are. i don’t know how many more fucking numbers you guys need to see to care, since apparently you lack the sympathy to give a fuck when we tell you that PEOPLE ARE DYING. PEOPLE’S LIVES ARE BEING DESTROYED. i don’t give a shit about your politics or your opinions. don’t wait until you are effected, say something now.

politics vs. genocide
Tumblr media
this is what they want us to believe when we think of the palestinian genocide. they want us to believe that this is a debate or conflict among individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve power. they want us to believe that this is a governmental activity.
no. this is not a conflict, not a war, not a debate, not something to keep quiet on because it’s “too political.” this is not political. this is the ethnic cleansing of millions of people. this is the slaughtering of women, men, children, elderly, pets, loved ones, friends, family.
this is not a conflict. why? because it has escalated. a conflict is defined as such:
Tumblr media
this is not a serious disagreement or argument. this is not a simple argument that can be resolved with an easy solution. this is not something to be stuffed into a singular word with only two definitions when people’s lives are at stake every single day, every hour, every minute, every second.
a child in gaza dies every 10 minutes.
put that into perspective. most households have 3-9 people, depending on where you live, and 2-5 of those people are kids.
say you’re doing the laundry. 10 minutes pass, and then one of those kids dies.
20 minutes pass. the neighbor’s kid dies.
30 minutes pass. the kid you saw at the store the other day who wouldn’t stop crying dies.
everyday people with everyday lives and dreams that you won’t remember, and I’m not blaming you. they’re just background noise, and why would you wanna remember the kid that wouldn’t stop screaming about his toy that fell on the ground?
but they are children, regardless. they could’ve had the chance to live, to grow, to learn, no matter how forgettable they are, and they didn’t.
there are 1,440 minutes in a day.
divide that by ten.
144 children in gaza, some just turning one, some barely out of the womb, some nearing adulthood, some just breaking into their teenage years.
144 children in gaza, who perish at the hands of israel.
this is not a war, either. why? because a war means both sides are fighting against each other. palestine is not fighting back in the sense that they are fighting with an army, because that has been revoked. (this is not to say palestine isn't fighting back, it's just that their means of defense has been stripped away)
Tumblr media
this is a war. armed conflict. palestine is not armed. palestine is helpless while bombs are being dropped on innocent people.
do you see palestine on the front lines? no, you don't, because everything has been taken from them - electricity, water, medical aid, a military, their land - while israel has bombs and fundings from the usa and other countries. israel has an army. israel has hospitals that aren't reduced to rubble because of airstrikes. israel has clean water that people can drink from freely. israel has warm places to stay and safe places to sleep.
palestine doesn't.
this is not a debate.
a debate is defined as such:
Tumblr media
this is not formal. this is not something to be discussed. it is facts.
palestine is under attack.
palestine is currently having bombs dropped on them.
we cannot debate this simply because there is nothing to debate about. zionists can pull the antisemitic card all they'd like and word the narrative differently so it's in their favor, but facts are facts. no matter how hard the damn pill is to swallow, you've got to take it or else you fall into sickness.
if you don't swallow the "speak-now-for-palestine" pill or the "genocide-isn't-political-it's-slaughter" pill, you fall into the sickness of complicity.
you comply with what they want. they want you to be silent. it gives them more support. they don't want you to speak. they want you to be obedient. they want you to live your consumeristic lives and wonder about whether you should buy an apple or a samsung instead of donating to families who need it more than you. they want you to remain focused on your first-world problems. they don't want you to look outward.
speak up for palestine, or you risk being on the wrong side of history. of things that will be in your children's textbooks and of their children and of their children.

An image, showing some of the babies killed in Gaza due to Israel airstrikes, last updated Jan. 9th. Someone calculated it to be over 8600 babies.

To borrow a slogan from the U.S AIDS epidemic, "Silence = Death"
Call your representatives. Uplift Palestinian voices. Make noise.
Don't get used to the death and the trauma.
Don't get accept it.
Palestinians don't have the luxury of staying silent. And we mustn't let ourselves do that either.

how does this only have 1700 IG views after two days??
Please boost!!!
(huge shoutout to anyone that already has tysm…but don’t be afraid to repost it multiple times!)
A group of journalists held a public appeal yesterday for an end to Israel’s siege of the northern Gaza Strip, where practically no food aid has entered since October 2023. People in the north are living and dying in famine due to the complete blockade by the IOF.
To make matters worse, most mainstream media outlets are ignoring the plight of north Gaza, as the journalists and other people remaining in the north are predominantly Arabic-speaking. The north of Gaza is starving in silence.
Instagram user faridaek has been kind enough to repost the appeal with English subtitles added. This is a significant undertaking that we greatly appreciate, and we ask everyone with an Instagram account to share the video.
The journalist speaking is Islam Bader. He and his colleagues are making this appeal on behalf of the people of northern Gaza. The journalists present include Abed Alqadr Sabbah, Mahmoud Al-Awadia, Momin Abu Owda, Mahmoud Sabbah, Mahmoud El-Shareef, Anas Al-Sharif, Islam Bader, Mohammed Ahmed, and Fadi Al-Whidi, among others. The subtitles read
From the north of the Gaza Strip, we, as journalists still stationed here in the north stand today driven by our ethical responsibility and national duty as a voice for all those who remain steadfast in Gaza and its north who are being subjected to a policy of extermination and a policy of starvation which is no less than extermination. The markets have been emptied of all essentials, and there is no flour available except in rare instances. The occupation does not allow aid to enter, maintaining its obstinate siege against our people and our families. We are of this people, and today we speak for Palestinians, for the besieged and for those denied life’s essentials. The most basic necessities have now become extremely rare in Gaza.
Therefore, we issue this call as a final warning, about a severe famine that is unprecedented on a global scale and impacting all facets of life, particularly children, individuals with chronic conditions and society’s most vulnerable groups. We hold the Israeli occupation and the international community especially the United States responsible for this starvation because it is happening in front of the eyes and ears of the entire world without any concrete action [on the ground] to stop it. The occupation’s claims of aid delivery are deceptive and unfounded. In reality, nothing has entered the north of the Gaza Strip.
Therefore, this final call, on behalf of all these people, on behalf of our fellow journalists, on behalf of our families and on behalf of Palestinians and the displaced in the north of the Gaza Strip is for the world to uphold its responsibility. North Gaza is starving, and this famine must be stopped.

just thinking about how future american schoolchildren will learn about palestine and they’ll think it was just a minor conflict, nothing too big, surely america was helping all throughout it, because they don’t know any better.
just thinking about how american schoolchildren will read about the image of palestine in their textbooks and won’t bother to look into it any further because ‘it’s in the past’
just thinking about how future generations will be raised to believe that israel was justified in committing genocide on the state of palestine because they’re born of the country that supplied israel money to do so
just thinking about how textbooks will paint the literal genocide to be a war or a conflict.
to all future children,
this is not a conflict.
this is a not a war.
israel was not justified.
america is not justified.
palestine is under genocide.
millions of schoolchildren- your age, and younger - are being blown up and people are calling it a conflict
silence is complicity.
you have to act.
america’s first amendment was freedom of speech. we all learnt that in school.
then why does the internet filter out news about palestine?
why are kids at columbia having their scholarships revoked when they’re speaking?
america was supposed to be built on freedom.
america is just destroying everyone else’s freedom so it can defend itself.

Generally, I'm not good at compiling posts as I'm not exactly sure what to say, nor what could make it easiest to digest to people. But this is a small reminder that there are still people in the north of Gaza who are starving, even if "Israel" is saying that it has been fully "cleansed". People are starving. People are being prevented insulin and medicine. They're grinding down animal feed into flour to make bread to sustain themselves. They're resorting to killing and eating donkeys and other livestock just to keep themselves alive, because they have no other choice. The north is being starved, and the south is being carpet bombed.
It's a genocide. Not only should this affect you, it will affect you, due to the damages this is causing to our environment. What's happening in Gaza is an issue everyone should feel passionate about, and just because the oppressor is "Israel" doesn't mean they get to cry "anti-semitism" and get off scot free when it comes to war crimes.
Your silence is compliance. Keep pushing Palestinian voices and keep calling for a ceasefire if you can. The strike for Palestine still has 2 days. Your boycotts work, your pressure works, and the only way to make a difference is by speaking up. Doesn't matter how small and insignificant you think your voice is.

IF WHAT YOU WERE DOING WAS FROM A PLACE OF JUSTICE YOU WOULD NOT NEED TO WISH DEATH AND HATRED UPON OTHERS FOR YOUR SUCCESS!!!!!!!! FREE PALESTINE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's funny when my sister shows me videos of a few pro-Palestinian protesters calling for the death of all Jews and saying that they love death. I've seen hundreds of videos of pro-Palestinian protesters being peaceful and actually treating people with kindness. All videos of Palestinian activists have no trace of antisemitism.
yet, whenever I see a video of a pro-Israeli activist or someone protesting for Israel, there's always hate. I have seen videos of nine and ten-year-old children saying that they wanted to kill the arab child they met and how they want to make all Arabs their slaves.
every single video I have seen of an Israeli official speaking about the genocide has nothing but hateful and disgusting things to say.
the double standard is real. it is real and it is very much still present in today's world.
one video, just one video, of a pro-Palestinian person who says they wish all Jews were dead can outweigh the millions of other activists who know that Judaism and Zionism are fundamentally different and cannot be correlated.
yt no matter how many videos of Israelis and Zionists being hateful come up, people will never say anything.
it disgusts me that this is the standard our world has adopted.
