💪Shoulders & Chest💪 Day #1 of Death by Strength week💀 . I gotta say I couldn't go to my max today because I got this pain on my left shoulder this afternoon ☹️ I don't know if it's because I didn't sleep well last night or I didn't do one of the moves right from yesterday's workout... Either way I had to alternate between 5lb & 10lb dumbbells, nothing higher than that & also had to take my vest off and only used it for the cardio section.
