Maple Walnut Shortbread Cookies Ingredients: For the Cookies: 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 1/2 cup maple sugar (or substitute with light brown or granulated sugar) 1/2 teaspoon pure maple extract (or almond extract if unavailable) 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 cup finely chopped walnuts, plus more for topping For the Maple Frosting: 1 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted About 5 tablespoons pure maple syrup Directions: In a large bowl, cream the butter and maple sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the maple extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and cornstarch. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until it forms a dough. Stir in the finely chopped walnuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Turn the dough out onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper and form it into a log, about 9-10 inches long. Wrap it tightly, smoothing the shape, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Slice the chilled dough into 1/4 to 1/3 inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Thinner slices will bake up crispier, while thicker slices will be more buttery and soft. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes. They will still be pale and soft but will firm up as they cool. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. To make the frosting, whisk the sifted confectioner's sugar with enough maple syrup to form a spreadable consistency. If the frosting is too thick, add more syrup; if too thin, add more sugar. Spread a layer of frosting on each cooled cookie and sprinkle with additional crushed walnuts. Allow the frosting to harden as it dries. Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus 3 hours chilling) Cooking Time: 12 minutes Total Time: 3 hours 27 minutes Kcal: 180 kcal per serving Servings: 24 cookies These Maple Walnut Shortbread Cookies are the ultimate treat for fall, blending buttery shortbread with the rich, warm flavors of maple and walnuts. The cookies are tender and crumbly, with finely chopped walnuts adding a delightful crunch to every bite. The sweet maple frosting takes them to the next level, creating the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Whether you're preparing for holiday gatherings or simply want a cozy snack to enjoy with a cup of tea, these cookies are a crowd-pleaser. The maple frosting hardens as it cools, giving the cookies a glossy finish thats both beautiful and delicious. Garnished with extra walnuts, theyre a true autumn indulgence.

People who are on a keto or low carb diet will love these Easy Low Carb Shortbread Cookies. They also follow the rules of the Plant Paradox program, so people who follow its principles can use them. You can make these buttery, crumbly cookies quickly with just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/3 cup powdered erythritol sweetener. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 325F 160C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put almond flour, powdered erythritol sweetener, softened butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix until you get a dough. Make little balls out of the dough and put them on the baking sheet that has been ready. For a classic shortbread pattern, gently press down on each ball with a fork to make it a little flatter. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. After it has cooled, keep it at room temperature in a container that won't let air in. These low-carb shortbread cookies are a tasty treat that won't make you feel bad.

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Mix the flour and salt together in a bowl. When the butter is soft, put it in a separate large bowl and mix it with the sugar until it is light and fluffy. The vanilla extract should be added. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until the dough comes together. Put the dough in the fridge for at least an hour after making a flat disc out of it. Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Spread the chilled dough out on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the cookies into the shapes you want and put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Get the extra dough, roll it out again, and cut out more cookies. After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. If you want, you can add icing or sprinkles to the cookies after they have cooled.

Indulge in the delightful combination of buttery shortbread cookies speckled with rainbow sprinkles and dipped in rich dark chocolate. These cookies are perfect for special occasions or whenever you're craving a sweet treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract until it's all well mixed in. Mix in the flour and salt little by little until a soft dough forms. Make sure the rainbow sprinkles are spread out evenly in the dough before you fold them in. Split the dough in half, making two equal parts. Make a log out of each piece that is about 1.5 inches across. Put the logs in the fridge for at least an hour, or until they are firm. Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Cut the chilled dough logs into rounds that are about 1/4 inch thick. Don't crowd the cookie rounds on the baking sheet; leave some space between them. For 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. In 20-second bursts, stir the dark chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave until they are smooth and melted. Once the cookies are cool, dip them half way into the melted dark chocolate and let the extra chocolate drip off. The cookies should be put on parchment paper to let the chocolate set. You can leave them at room temperature or put them in the fridge. The cookies are ready to eat once the chocolate has set.

Melting Moments Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cornstarch (corn flour) 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract Topping: 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted Directions: Prepare the dough: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Set aside. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and powdered sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and flour mixture: Mix in the vanilla extract, then gradually add the flour mixture, continuing to mix until well incorporated. Shape the dough: Divide the dough into 2-3 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 1-inch diameter log on a piece of plastic wrap. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap tightly to enclose the dough, making sure it's airtight. Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm. Slice and chill: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the dough into 1/2-inch thick bites and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each cookie. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before baking. Bake: Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. Finish with powdered sugar: Once the cookies are cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Alternatively, you can roll the slightly cooled cookies in powdered sugar to fully coat them. Store: Place the cookies in an airtight container, layering them between sheets of wax paper. These cookies will keep well for about 2 weeks. Prep Time: 20 minutes | Chilling Time: 1 hour 30 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours Kcal: 110 kcal per cookie | Servings: 24 cookies Melting Moments are a classic cookie known for their delicate, buttery texture that crumbles and melts the moment they hit your tongue. just changed my user from shortbreadcookies to shivroyscunt because im sick of the shiv slander. she is the only main character i did not get sick of ever not even ONCE. time and time again the whole family shits on her and burns her and treats her like crap and clearly does not respect her even though shes the only one of them who has ever had a somewhat legitimate profession and she gets back up and dusts herself off and fucking fights for herself because yeah shes the only fucking person who will do it. people will literally act like tom shits rainbows when he is equally insane. this isnt even about morals bc this show is not ab morals the POINT is everyone rides kendalls dick to the ends of the earth so literally why not shiv. im sick of it. shivroyscunt is going to ride shivroysdick so hard and nobody can stop me
#sry#im pretty sure this is the first time ive posted about fandom stuff on my main blog so uhhh. i guess shivs the one who finally cracked me#shiv roy#succession#btw this is not kendall or tom slander im just sayinv shiv deserves better
